With the continuous development of global economic integration, China's foreign cultural dissemination and exchange have shown a rising trend. Over a hundred Confucius Institutes and Confucius Classrooms around the world have become important platforms to promote China's excellent traditional culture to the world. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen the cultivation of Chinese international talents in China. With the deepening development of science and technology, digitization, informatization, and intelligence have played an important role in promoting the development of education reform in China. Promoting digital education, building a society of lifelong learning for all, promoting China's digital transformation of education, and reshaping the high-quality education system are the focus of our country's education work. Under the globalization trend, strengthening the digital construction of Teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages major is an important strategic content. Guided by modern educational concepts, Chinese language education majors in China should actively explore new models of talent cultivation, attach importance to the cultivation of composite, practical, and applied talents, and gradually improve the teaching level of Teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages major majors. At present, there are still some problems in the target cultivation, course content, and actual teaching plans of Teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages major majors in China, which have caused some obstacles to the further development of Teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages major. The paper focuses on the talent cultivation model of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages major in China, aiming to further promote the reform of the talent cultivation model and promote the high-quality development of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages major in China.

: According to the analysis of the development speed and situation in recent years, the progress of the national economy and comprehensive strength. The demand for high-quality and high-capacity talents is increasing. However, the emergence of the epidemic at the beginning of 2020 has had a huge impact on the development of talent cultivation. As an important tray for the long-term development of China's culture, the cultural industry talent cultivation is particularly important. At present, the epidemic situation has entered the normalization stage, and there are a series of problems in the development of talent cultivation in the cultural industry, such as the importance of education activities on campus over society, the importance of education work on theory over practice, the importance of cultivation methods on tradition and the lack of innovation. The existence of these problems greatly limits the effectiveness of talent cultivation in the cultural industry in colleges and universities. : William E. Doll Jr. is the master of post-modern curriculum theory. Based on the curriculum concepts of openness, dialogue, reflection, experience and self-organization, he proposed 4R standards of curriculum, namely richness, recursion, relationality and rigor. The post-modern perspective on curriculum of Doll will bring new ideas and new perspectives to curriculum ideological and political. However, the post-modern perspective on curriculum has been criticized and questioned by many scholars. We should analyze the post-modern perspective on curriculum of Doll dialectically and absorb its reasonable components critically. In the process of curriculum ideological and political construction, we insist on combining preset goals with generative goals, combining closed content with open content, combining teaching with dialogue, and combining discriminative evaluation with developmental evaluation.

: Cultural industry management is one of the emerging majors in recent years, which aims to cultivate high-quality management talents for the cultural industry market and promote the development and innovation of the cultural industry. Cultural industry management contains important knowledge of culture and management. In the training of talents in this major, we should not only pay attention to their cultural and artistic cultivation, but also improve their management ability to promote the all-round development of students. Therefore, it is very important to achieve the integration of the five educations in professional teaching, combine the cultural industry management with the concept of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor education, and do a good job in top-level design, in order to promote the construction and improvement of the curriculum, and finally achieve the goal of the integration of the five educations. : The country attaches great importance to the construction of curriculum ideology and politics. This study investigates the understanding of curriculum ideology and politics among students majoring in accounting at different grades in college A in Foshan. Using simple random sampling to conduct an online questionnaire survey, the results show that accounting students of different grades have different identifications with course ideology and politics. They have less understanding and interest in course ideology and politics, and they tend to pay more attention to course ideology and politics about social hotspots. Therefore, in order to promote the ideological and political construction of the curriculum, corresponding suggestions are put forward.
