: With the rapid development of China's higher education, higher requirements have been put forward for the teaching management team of colleges, which are mainly reflected in whether it can meet the basic requirements of college education and teaching reform and innovation. Judging from the current situation, most colleges still have some problems in the construction of teaching management teams, such as low theoretical literacy of teaching managers, weak professional ability, lack of innovation ability, etc., which makes it difficult to effectively guarantee the quality of college education and teaching. To this end, this paper first briefly expounds the importance of colleges teaching management team building, then focuses on analyzing the existing problems in the current colleges teaching management team building, and puts forward some scientific construction ideas for reference.

: The development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has showed some weaknesses, such as teaching practice activities too centered around formalities, lack of authentic start-up practice projects, and lack of emotional resonance in entrepreneurship cultivation. In order to effectively solve these challenges, this paper proposes to introduce the situated learning theory into the entrepreneurship and innovation courses. In doing so, a paradigm to apply situated learning in entrepreneurship education has been developed, covering the overall design of the program, and the principles and framework of micro teaching activities, which constitute the newly-proposed 4 spiral theory of situated learning. With further progress of digital technology, the research and application of situated learning theory will provide strong support for the popularization and deepening of entrepreneurship education, in internalizing knowledge, constructing new thinking, improving abilities, and stimulating emotional resonance.

: With the deepening and promotion of the new round of education reform, ideological and political education has become the fundamental task of the current education work in all disciplines. The new curriculum education thought puts forward the construction idea of curriculum ideological and political education, which requires teachers to integrate ideological and political education content in subject teaching and promote the comprehensive development of students' personality quality. As an important contemporary language type, English is one of the main courses for students to learn. Based on the background of education in the new era, the development of education is not only to develop students' own knowledge literacy, but also to infiltrate the education of students' ideological cognition, moral quality and comprehensive literacy in the process of teaching activities.
