Research on the path of college teaching management team building under the background of the new era 新时代背景下高校教学管理团队建设路径研究

: With the rapid development of China's higher education, higher requirements have been put forward for the teaching management team of colleges, which are mainly reflected in whether it can meet the basic requirements of college education and teaching reform and innovation. Judging from the current situation, most colleges still have some problems in the construction of teaching management teams, such as low theoretical literacy of teaching managers, weak professional ability, lack of innovation ability, etc., which makes it difficult to effectively guarantee the quality of college education and teaching. To this end, this paper first briefly expounds the importance of colleges teaching management team building, then focuses on analyzing the existing problems in the current colleges teaching management team building, and puts forward some scientific construction ideas for reference.
:随着中国高等教育的快速发展,对高校的教学管理团队提出了更高的要求,主要体现在能否满足高校教育教学改革创新的基本要求。从目前的情况来看,大多数高校在教学管理队伍建设方面还存在一些问题,如教学管理人员理论素养低、专业能力弱、创新能力不足等,难以有效保障高校教育教学质量。为此,本文首先简要阐述了高校教学管理团队建设的重要性,然后着重分析了当前高校教学管理团队建设中存在的问题,并提出了一些可供参考的科学建设思路。

Research on the Application of Situated Learning Theory in College Entrepreneurship Programs 情境学习理论在高校创业项目中的应用研究

: The development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has showed some weaknesses, such as teaching practice activities too centered around formalities, lack of authentic start-up practice projects, and lack of emotional resonance in entrepreneurship cultivation. In order to effectively solve these challenges, this paper proposes to introduce the situated learning theory into the entrepreneurship and innovation courses. In doing so, a paradigm to apply situated learning in entrepreneurship education has been developed, covering the overall design of the program, and the principles and framework of micro teaching activities, which constitute the newly-proposed 4 spiral theory of situated learning. With further progress of digital technology, the research and application of situated learning theory will provide strong support for the popularization and deepening of entrepreneurship education, in internalizing knowledge, constructing new thinking, improving abilities, and stimulating emotional resonance.

: Aesthetic education is an education that uses beautiful things to educate and promote human development. Aesthetic education is closely related to the overall development of human beings. The main purpose of aesthetic education is to develop the educational thought practice of human potential in an all-round way. It is composed of aesthetic education, art education, aesthetic education, personality education, emotional education, and aesthetic knowledge. Its appearance includes the recognition of natural beauty, social beauty, scientific beauty, and artistic beauty. At the same time, aesthetic education is an important part of human cultural education. It organically connects various knowledge blocks in related fields to form a relatively independent educational ideology with unique functions, characteristics, laws, properties and methods. Its purpose is to enhance people's ability to recognize, understand, appreciate and create beauty, and ultimately cultivate a sound human nature and noble personality.

: Based on the micro-data of employment of college graduates in Heilongjiang Province in 2020, this paper analyzes the overall employment situation, employment gender, educational structure and other aspects of the data statistics, and defines the characteristics of the total employment volume and structural characteristics of college graduates in Heilongjiang Province in 2020. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the "difficult employment" from the three aspects of the government, colleges and universities and students themselves, so as to provide certain references for improving the employment rate and employment quality of college graduates in Heilongjiang Province.

: With the deepening and promotion of the new round of education reform, ideological and political education has become the fundamental task of the current education work in all disciplines. The new curriculum education thought puts forward the construction idea of curriculum ideological and political education, which requires teachers to integrate ideological and political education content in subject teaching and promote the comprehensive development of students' personality quality. As an important contemporary language type, English is one of the main courses for students to learn. Based on the background of education in the new era, the development of education is not only to develop students' own knowledge literacy, but also to infiltrate the education of students' ideological cognition, moral quality and comprehensive literacy in the process of teaching activities. Based on this background, the construction of ideological and political education in the curriculum has become the main direction of the development of education. As a teacher, we must base on the actual nature of the English curriculum, deeply analyze the ideological and political education elements implied in the content of the English curriculum, integrate ideological and political education in classroom activities, and promote the landing and development of adult talent cultivation. This paper will focus on the ideological and political construction of English subject curriculum in colleges and universities.
