The pandemic condition can change the pattern of online shopping behavior in Indonesia. This change in shopping behavior causes the level of visits for each e-commerce in Indonesia to increase. With a high number of visitors, of course, this e-commerce has a quality information system and quality information that greatly affects customer satisfaction. This study can explain that the quality of information systems used by e-commerce affects customer satisfaction, the quality of information produced by e-commerce affects customer satisfaction and the quality of information systems also affects the quality of information produced. Data collecting through a questionnaire and the data processing using SEM PLS.

Advertising is one way for a business to reach more buyers. Utilizing stories in advertisements as an effective marketing communication tool for engaging audience emotions and building a strong relationship between brands and consumers. Through narrative online advertising, it can reach wider consumers, lower advertising costs, and target specific consumers. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of humorous narrative online advertising on attitudes to advertising and the moderating role of advertising involvement in the relationship between the two. Using quantitative method, data collected through a survey of 170 students were analyzed by MRA (moderation regression analysis) with SPSS. This study found that advertising vividness, advertising entertainment, advertising self-referencing, and advertising interactivity affected attitudes to advertising. And advertising involvement weakens the relationship between advertising vividness, self-referencing ad, interactive ad to attitude to advertising, except for entertaining ad. The limitations and implications based on the findings to demonstrate the importance of humorous narrative online advertising in encouraging advertising involvement and attitude to advertising are also discussed in this study.

Access to land is a crucial factor affecting women’s socio-economic status, security, and overall well-being as has increasingly been acknowledged on a global scale in recent years. However, the access and ownership of land by women in sub-Saharan Africa are continually debated, especially in terms of exclusion. The study assessed the extent of women access to customary land titles (CLTs) in Mbozi District, Songwe Region, Tanzania. A crosssectional research design was used in the study alongside non-probability sampling to purposively select 8 villages. Snowball sampling was used to select 290 women beneficiaries 0f CLTs in each village for the study. Primary data collection involved a survey questionnaire, in depth interviews, and focus group discussions. Content analysis was used to assess verbal and written information to get an interpretation of their meaning. The Statistical Package for Social Science (V. 20) was used in the analysis of the quantitative data and summary of the responses into frequencies and percentages. In general, the access of women to CLTs seemed to be on an upward trend in the study areas as acknowledged by 85.6% of the study participants. However, the control of land resources was still dominated by men in most cases. Decision-making by the women of their lands was also on an upward trajectory. Nevertheless, patriarchal domination and customary laws still affected women’s access to CLTs. The present findings are relevant for land governance in Tanzania and other parts of SSA because they evoke the voices of the marginalized gender on land ownership matters.

Based on what we have witnessed in the last two years from several uncontrollable factors, such as natural disasters, disease pandemics and wars, it is worth exploring the potential rising prices of coffee-based products in the future. This research aims to find out people’s perceptions about the actual prices of coffee and their reasoning for their continuous financial contribution to the coffee-based industry. It is also looking for solutions regarding a suitable increase in the price range to maintain customer interest in coffee-based products in the Romanian market. Presuming that the target customers have already noticed the change in prices, different data-gathering methods come into effect to determine the level of awareness that a regular customer has regarding said price fluctuations. This will aid in providing answers to our research problem: How much can the prices be increased before profits drop significantly? The research sample consisted of 22 international people and the data found was processed to obtain the best accuracy of the results, in SPSS.

The Corona virus, also known as COVID-19, has had a significant impact on several elements in the period of disruption. Digitization enables businesses, industries, and individuals to share information, ideas, expertise, goods, and services while also transforming the workplace into a digital environment. As a result, a number of organizations downsize in order to increase organizational performance, as well as pay attention to the effectiveness of existing leadership in order to assess an organization's level of performance. The goal of this study was to see how downsizing affects organizational performance in the age of disruption and digitalization, as mediated by leadership effectiveness. The participants in this study were 85 PT. Halliburton Indonesia managers (52 persons) and 33 PT. Halliburton Malaysia managers (33 persons). Respondents were given questionnaires to complete, which were used to gather data for the study. The data was analyzed using Smart PLS. The findings revealed that downsizing had a positive and significant impact on leadership effectiveness, a positive and significant impact on organizational performance, a positive and significant impact on leadership effectiveness, and a positive and significant impact on organizational performance via leadership effectiveness as a mediator.

The authors desired to approach inside this study possible risks emerging in different areas of research, like environment and finance. As the ranges of investigation are quite different, the writers have tried to find a common driver in the construction of the message. This has been achieved, by addressing to a shared hierarchical level, under the pyramid of Maslow, the second one linked to safety and security needs. Through the examples provided will be shown that even if the areas of research are different, the risks emerging are linked to infrastructure and / or technological innovation and are impacting on the safety and security areas. Collection of the data has been done through interrogation of dedicated open-source information specific to each field of research, legislation or addressing to specialized reports for the technical findings. Through the examples provided the research will show there may be relevant risks emerging in environment area, when meeting with brown bears or in finance, when facing threats linked to cybercrime and cybersecurity. Readers of this article should understand, that risks may occur based on a probability scale and on the appetite for risk of each one of them. In case of manifestation, the level of research and preparation for that particular case of each person or organization may influence on the impact measure and on the outcomes.

Food logistics is a critical sub-category, with major implications for society, in which tech entrepreneurs can bring a significant paradigm shift. We will investigate these changes through the concept of green entrepreneurship and by briefly describing the EU strategy called Farm to Fork. In order to demonstrate that the change is already happening, we will present a case study featuring a tech start-up from Romania. The company is a successful application of sustainable entrepreneurship in the logistics and supply chain area and a practical exemplification of the Farm to Fork strategy.

Integrated information systems are a fundamental component of companies' activity. The existence of such a system allows a much more correct management of the company's resources, streamlining operations and thus bringing a substantial competitive advantage to those who use it. Health is a vast and complex field in which computerization is useful and necessary in both the public and private areas. In the field of health, hospitals that use such integrated information systems can cover the management of the entire activity, from supply, to the management of patients, staff, tests and procedures or the reporting of diagnoses to insurance companies. The desired end result of the introduction of electronic services in health consists in increasing the quality of services and decreasing the costs of these services, for all those involved: patients, healthcare professionals, medical institutions or insurance companies. This paper aims to analyze the importance of implementing an integrated information system in hospitals from theoretical point of view. It presents the particularities of integrated computer systems for hospitals and it details the components of a hospital integrated system as a useful tool for improving the patient care process and reducing costs in these uncertain times.

Effective business operations are the result of correct implementation and coordination of resources for the pursuit of business objectives. Organizations exist to reach a goal, and the processes are designed for this purpose. These processes are in turn staffed by people whose number and set of skills contribute to the fulfillment and are assisted by technology or machines. As a result, success is the outcome of proper planning and effective alignment of people, processes and technology. This article highlights the necessary steps, thought processes and risks involved in running a successful organization, and all the aspects included in the concept of “performance”.
