This study aims at investigation the sufficiency's digital Learning Objects (DLOs) among Basic Education's Teachers. The descriptive method was used, Population consists of Karary Basic education's teachers (4049). The Digital Learning Objects sufficiency questionnaire consists of 46 items among five factors: observe, select, collect, planning to used, and used, was used to collect the data. Chi square, t. test, and repeated one way ANOVA were used to analysis data. Result showed that the teacher beliefs the digital learning objects sufficiency's are necessary, there are differences in the digital learning objects sufficiency's for the select, and there are not differences at the digital learning objects sufficiency's due to gender. The relevance of punishment to the school situation is quite obvious. Discipline and general state of order have to be maintained if teaching is to proceed in a smooth manner. However, such conditions are not always guaranteed. The teacher then has to revert to punishment .The main objective of this paper is to highlight the meaning of "punishment" and ways in which it can possibly be justified, besides pinpointing the relevance of punishment to the educational process. For that purpose, philosophical and analytical method have been used in addition to reference to current literature on the subject. The conclusion that has been arrived at is that: if punishment is to be ataljustified, special considerations have to be paid to the issue concerning the aim or aims punishment is supposed to achieve. Punishment is normally justified in view of three broadly opposed approaches: the retributive, which is some sort of "hitting back", the utilitarian which is mostly associated with deterrence and the reformative which has special consideration for reform and rehabilitation. The retributivist approach is unacceptable in the educational environments while there is something to be said about determent and reformative theories. In the school situation, the absence of deterrence may cause, disorder on a large scale. The reformative approach is much more acceptable. Punishment can play a role in children`s moral and personal development when it is inflicted in appropriate situations on "offending" children on condition that they are shown the reason why it is inflicted upon them. However, Punishment, whatever form it may take, may be a necessary evil, or it is an evil nonetheless. It would, therefore, seem desirable punishment could be avoided as far as possible and only as a last resort, provided that the reasons and aims behind it are first examined and evaluated.

The study aims at identifying the current situation of secondary school teachers' training (preparation) programs in some faculties of education in universities in Sudan. Emphasis will be on the scrutiny and evaluation of the objectives of training (preparation) programs and how they contribute to the development of academic, educational and cultural capabilities of teachers. The study also attempts to identify the difficulties associated with these training programs.The study adopted the descriptive method. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. The population of the study was composed of fourth year students in faculties of education of the universities of Khartoum, ALazhary, Kordofan and West Kordofan from which a random sample of 248 students was chosen.The most important results are; the objectives of secondary school teacher training programs in the faculties of education under question were similar; there was a maked absence of strategic objectives and clear standards for designing teachers’ training programs; The number of Credit Hours devoted for education subjects is different from one faculty to another. Cultural Programs are poor and,more, the programs do not provide the student teachers with adequate language skills which can help him/ her in teaching . Further,the programs of the `content of the academic subjects of specialization are not regularily up- dated and improved. There are, also, difficulties facing teachers' training programs in the examined faculties such as absence of clear standards for designing programs, absence of the integration between theory and practice, poor evaluation and assessment methods, lack of Laboratories and multi-media centers, poor libraries, lack of basic references, unfavourable lecture rooms conditions and absence of academic supervision of the students. Pushed by these results, In light of these results, the study recommended that the notion of student and regional and environmental diversity should be taken into consideration when designing the aims of faculty programs and the services these faculties provides to society. In addition, the Credit Hours devoted to cultural, educational and academic programs should be similar among all faculties of Eeucation.

This study aimed to design a program based on programmed education for the development of reading skills for low-achievers. The study based on the semi-experimental method. The sample consisted of 12 low-achievment students from fourth grade. The sample was divided into two groups: a control group of 6 students students and an experimental group consisting of students. The study used the scale of socio-economic level of the family, and the scale of reading skills whereby the two scales were applied on the two groups.The results showed that the program, which bases on the programmed education is very effective as an educational tool. The study recommended that more studies be conducted on enrichment programs for low achievers at different age levels

The paper aims to reveal the value of poetry literature included in history books in order to show the literary value of these books. The significance of this paper lies on that it draws the attention of researchers to look for Arabic literature in various sources beyond the specialized booksin the field such as history books, biographies and translations.The paper includes an introduction of the Imam Ibn -eljawzi and his books “Almuntadham” in the history of kings and nations which contains more than two hundreds poems, more than nine hundreds poetry pieces in addition to verses, “Rajaz” and other types of poetry It also includes a study of the poetry of Ibn-eljawzi not mentioned the above-mentioned book but included in the books of other poets whoare mostly his friendsThe researcher adopts the descriptive analytical methodology. The most important findings include;: history books contain a great literary value because they contain in many instances selected texts which blend the narration of historical events and biographies. This study aims to evaluate the developed science curriculum implemented in intermediate and secondary schools, which has been developed by accommodation of global foreign scientific series resembled by Mc Graw Hill series through dealing with the data collected as feed-back from supervisors and teachers of science at intermediate and secondary schools (women) in KSA. (At Najran regoin).This study tries to give an answer to the main question:To what extent could the developed science curriculum succeed in achieving the objectives of the project of development?A number of sub-questions arise from this main question.The Researcher used the descriptive analytical research methodology. Tools of the study were a questionnaire to be answered by teachers and supervisors of science in intermediate and secondary schools at Najran rejoin. The data collected was analyzed by using SPSS package. The results achieved were as follows:- Supervisors and teachers accept the idea of development of science curriculum by accommodation.- They agree about the effectiveness of the developed science curriculum in achieving the objectives of the project of of science curriculum development in line with global standards.The researcher concluded with the following recommendations:- Greater care should be given to the laboratories and equipments.- Ministry of education should support and motivate teacher's professional activities.
