With the rapid development of information technology, internet financial products have been continuously launched, and many college students have joined the internet financial team. By investigating the current situation of college students’ financial management, this study found several problems and deficiencies in college students’ financial management and proposed countermeasures to these problems for colleges and universities to cultivate students’ internet financial literacy as well as guide them to establish the correct concept of financial management under the internet financial environment, learn financial management knowledge, improve financial management capabilities and risk awareness, as well as choose appropriate internet financial management products.

Financial performance is an indicator to measure the strength of a company’s business operation capability, which is of great concern to enterprise managers, external investors, and government regulators. Based on the data of Chinese listed companies from 2012 to 2016, this paper included government administrative penalties regulation into the study of factors influencing corporate financial performance and conducted an empirical analysis. The research shows that punitive supervision has a significant negative impact on corporate financial performance; rectifying the effect on financial performance would increase the operating cost. Simultaneously, the degree of punitive supervision will also affect corporate financial performance, with the financial performance of listed companies subjected to severe punitive supervision being poorer.

With the rising cost of labor factors in China, several multinational companies that rely on labor-intensive industries have withdrawn their production lines from China, which has had a huge impact on the development of Chinese enterprises. Under the guidance of national policies, many enterprises have begun to climb to the high end of the value chain. This paper analyzes the main function of value chain management by studying the composition of industry value chain management from the perspective of competitive strategy. In view of the lack of enterprise value chain management, this paper discusses from three aspects: product, technology, and price. Product homogeneity has been found to greatly reduce the market competitiveness of products, which is not conducive to the value-added and sustainable development of enterprises. Based on this, corresponding strategies have been proposed, in which enterprises should maximize the advantages of value chain management through scientific and efficient information management techniques.

China is aggressively pursuing digital transformation, and data, alike labor, technology, capital, and knowledge, has become as a crucial factor of production. Digital transformation is accelerating the emergence of a data-intensive society, and the ensuing difficulties of balancing freedom and responsibility, openness and security, as well as free sharing and legal regulation are posing new challenges to national and social governance. Among these challenges, defining data ownership, the social disorder and anomie brought about by the unclear definition of data ownership, and data ownership regulatory path are new propositions that need to be urgently addressed in this data-intensive society. This paper systematically explains the theoretical meaning and practical value of data ownership through a literature review on the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars as well as research think tanks, compares the differences and inherent conflicts between the definition of data ownership by the government, enterprises, and society in China, thoroughly compares the definition standards of the European Union, the United States, and Japan, and on this basis, discusses the formation of a definition of data ownership that meets the requirements of China’s digital transformation.

The perfection of labor law and enhanced legal awareness among employees have caused an increase in labor disputes in China. However, there are only a few studies that systematically analyzed conflict resolutions within organizations in China. In attempt to address this research gap, this study used the conflict management theory and classified the various mechanisms of the conflict management system using a quantitative research design approach, focusing on positing tools specific to the situation in China, as well as analyzed the effect of different conflict management mechanisms on employee outcomes, in hope that the findings would provide constructive suggestions for improving the management of Chinese organizations.

Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in promoting social and economic growth, which is an important foundation for the development of China’s national economy. From the perspective of bank interests, this paper uses the invoice data of small and medium-sized enterprises to evaluate their credit risk and formulates corresponding bank credit strategies for these enterprises in different industries and properties. Firstly, the credit risk identification factor system is constructed by using feature engineering, and the quantitative model of enterprise credit risk is built based on back propagation (BP) neural network to predict the default probability of enterprises. On this basis, the k-prototypes clustering algorithm is used to classify enterprises. According to the default probability of each enterprise and the loss rate under different interest rates, a nonlinear programming model, with the maximum expected profit of banks as the goal, is constructed. The simulated annealing algorithm is used to obtain the optimal solution of the credit strategy.

The logistics industry plays an important role in circular economy. Therefore, not only economic benefits, but also environmental protection factors have to be considered in reverse logistics. This paper uses the multi-objective 0-1 mixed integer programming to establish a reverse logistics network optimization model for waste batteries. The objective function is to minimize both, logistics costs and carbon dioxide emissions. The model considers the basic settings of reverse logistics (including recycling nodes, manufacturing, and processing nodes) and the material flow between different settings. In solving the model, Lingo 14.0 is used in this paper. An actual case of a waste battery reverse logistics enterprise verifies the effectiveness of the model in this paper. The results show that the application of this model can effectively improve the operating efficiency of waste battery reverse logistics enterprises.

As the country has been placing greater emphasis on agricultural development, rural finance based on supply-side structural reform has achieved tremendous growth. However, investigations have found that the rural financial market still has problems in its service modes, organizational systems, product innovation, and risk evaluation, thus requiring urgent attention. Therefore, this study analyzes and expounds on these problems from the aforementioned four aspects and proposes the following solutions: encourage the creation of agricultural service institutions, establish and improve the rural financial organization system, vigorously develop new rustic financial products, and strengthen the risk supervision and management of financial markets. Only in this way can the agricultural supply-side structural reform and the innovative development of rural finance be realized.

The official release of China’s new accounting standards has realized the convergence of its accounting standards and international accounting practices. However, affected by factors such as the economic environment, political environment, social culture, law, and tax system, there are still some differences between China’s accounting standards and international accounting standards, which will have a certain impact on the realization of the integration of accounting standards. Therefore, this paper analyzes the environmental factors of accounting differences between China and foreign countries, as well as explores specific measures to reduce the accounting differences between China and foreign countries, aiming to provide some useful references and promote the internationalization of China’s accounting standards.
