The article analyzes the advantages of electronic voting and the potential risks formed in the process of its use. Focusing on the security problems characteristic of the implementation of remote electronic voting technologies, the author concludes that it is possible to neutralize risks due to the improvement of appropriate tools and notes the importance of electronic voting technologies in decision-making and improving their quality.

The article examines the importance of a new discipline «Fundamentals of Russian statehood» in higher education institutions and presents a brief overview of the most relevant literature on this topic. The author chose the prognostic method and the principle of historicism as the methodological basis of the study. Knowledge of the «Fundamentals of Russian statehood» aims to improve students' knowledge of Russia and their love for it. In the five parts of the new discipline, an important place is occupied by the last part «Challenges of the future and the development of the country» – the prognostic one. This part of the «Fundamentals of Russian statehood» is the most difficult one. It, in addition to forecasting the scenario of the future of Russia, gives an assessment of Russian values and Russian identity.

The article studies the issue of the strategy, forms and methods of the foreign policy of the Mongolian People's Republic during the Cold War. Mongolia in the socialist period, despite its limited foreign policy potential, successfully defended its own interests, using the advantages of a small country. Key factors of Ulaanbaatar's soft power were ethno-cultural and religious ties with the peoples of the East, a common post-colonial past and the desire to overcome its legacy, and the lack of ambitions of a great power. Being closely tied by allied relationship with the USSR, Mongolia actively participated in the expansion and strengthening of the socialist bloc in post-colonial Asia.

The authors analyze the existing forms of interaction between state authorities and the expert community in the framework of the formation of priorities for the state scientific and technical policy. The study is based on an expert survey of representatives of the scientific community, public organizations, as well as federal and regional government bodies responsible for the formation and implementation of state science and technology policy. The particular relevance of this article is determined by the fact that at present the Russian Federation is at a stage of uncertainty due to the imposition of sanctions and the creation of a negative image of our country by a number of states. It can create an unfavorable environment within the country, in particular in the scientific and educational sphere.

The article attempts to conduct a theoretical review and empirical generalization of some key parameters of profanity, decomposing the impact of obscenity on society and the spiritual world of a person, identified by scientists, religious thinkers, philosophers, publicists and writers. Its main content lies in the title, which suggests a search for an answer to the question, what are the main factors that determine the large-scale spread of foul language in modern Russian society, as well as how to protect the purity of speech. There are no reliable recipes here, but there are a number of provisions with which, if adopted, it is easier to overcome this problem, which has become extremely aggravated in our time. Touching upon aspects of the origin of swearing, the authors reveal the arguments of defenders and opponents of profanity, and consider the main results of polls of Voronezh residents on this issue. In addition, the article describes the legal liability for obscene language in Russia. The authors conclude that freedom of speech should in no way contradict the traditional rights of citizens, including the right to cleanse the public sphere of profanity, which corresponds to the desire of the vast majority of the population.

The article examines the reaction of the leadership of the leading socio-political association of the European Union – the European People's Party to the situation of a deep geopolitical crisis caused by a sharp aggravation of the Russian-Ukrainian confrontation. The author focuses on the political attitudes of the European right-wing centrists and traces the dynamics of their development in the context of the growing alienation between Russia and Western countries. The Ukrainian conflict, perceived by party leaders as a challenge from Moscow and a threat to European security, encourages them to weaken the Russian state, including by military force. At the same time, the very situation of the conflict is interpreted by representatives of the European political mainstream within the framework of anti-Russian discourse, which makes us see in what is happening a clash of incompatible value systems. At the same time, despite the attitudes embedded in the mass consciousness of Europeans about the full compliance of the values declared by Kiev with their own political and cultural patterns and standards, the public space of the European Union is not ready to recognize the integration association as a whole and its constituent countries as participants in the conflict.

The paper reveals the normative content of the «child friendly city» and approaches to its conceptualization. The author shows a lack of research works on the conceptualization and implementation of child-friendly city policy in the context of Asian countries. The paper reveals specifics of the implementation of the concept of a «child-friendly city» in India and China. The author concludes that «child-friendly city» initiatives take different forms and are carried out at different scales and with varying degrees of depth in different countries and cities while sharing fundamental principles. The prospects for further research are associated with the use of an interdisciplinary approach that has undoubted potential in the conceptualization of the «city, friendly to children», allowing to explore its various dimensions.

The article presents the principles of promoting the ideas of patriotism among Russian students. The author highlights the key problems that hinder the effective patriotic education of students including the problem of regional disproportion in socio-economic development and the difference in relations between the center and regions, significant costs for organizational needs, the confinement of patriotic events mainly on four holidays, the formality of the events and involvement in participation of the same students. The article presents possible formats of events aimed at promoting the ideas of patriotism and gives recommendations to improve their effectiveness.

The article analyses the content of the term of energy security from the point of view of assessing the state of the environment and the energy transition to broad use of renewable energy sources (RES). The vast majority of world energy production still comes from fossil fuels, and energy policy of each state requires a deep understanding of the interconnection of complex issues, such as the continued demand for traditional hydrocarbon resources, the environmental problems caused by their consumption and the need for the transition to green economy. The author argues that the energy transition significantly affects the transformation of the content of energy security.
