Bahasa Bali dialek Ungasan (BBDU) memiliki keunikan jika dibandingkan dengan bahasa Bali baku (BBB), di sisi lain memiliki beberapa kemiripan dengan bahasa Bali dialek Bali Aga (DBA). Penelitian in berfokus pada tataran fonologis, yakni: menentukan ruas-ruas vokal dan konsonan, menentukan distribusi ruas-ruas asal, dan menentukan proses fonologis, proses fonologis pascaleksikal, dan kaidah-kaidah fonologis BBDU. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori fonologi generatif. Metode simak dan cakap digunakan dalam penyediaan data, metode padan dan agih digunakan dalam analisis data, serta metode formal dan informal digunakan dalam penyajian analisis data.
Hasil analisis data menunjukkan BBDU memiliki 24 ruas asal yang meliputi 18 ruas asal konsonan dan 6 ruas asal vokal. Kedelapan belas ruas konsonan tersebut adalah /p, b, t, d, c, j, k, g, s, h, m, n, ɲ, ŋ, l, r, w, dan y/ dan memiliki sembilan belas realisasi fonetis, yakni [p, b, t, d, c, j, k, ʔ, g, s, h, m, n, ɲ, ŋ, l, r, w, dan y]. BBDU memiliki enam ruas vokal, yakni /i, e, ə, a, u dan o/, tetapi secara fonetis ditemukan 10 bunyi, yakni [i, ɪ, e, ɛ, ə, a, u, ʊ, o, dan ɔ]. Semua konsonan BBDU dapat menempati posisi tengah morfem, tetapi tidak semua konsonan dapat menempati posisi awal dan akhir morfem. Semua vokal BBDU dapat menempati posisi awal dan tengah, tetapi tidak semua bisa menempati posisi akhir morfem.
Enam belas kaidah fonologis yang ditemuka dalam penelitian ini mengungkap proses-proses fonologis yang terjadi. Proses fonologis yang dibahas meliputi proses fonologis leksikal dan pascaleksikal. Sebelas kaidah fonologis yang dibacarakan membahas proses fonologi leksikal, yakni: 1) KF Asimilasi Nasal /ŋ-/; 2) KF Pelesapan Obstruen; 3) KF Penambahan [n]; 4) KF Penambahann [h]; 5) KF Penambahan Nasal; 6) KF Penambahan Semivokal; 7) KF Penambahan Vokal; 8) KF Pengenduran Vokal; 9) KF Pembulatan Vokal /a/; 10) KF Pembulatan Vokal /ə/; dan 11) KF Glotalisasi Konsonan. Lima kaidah fonologis pascaleksikal yang dibagi menjadi tiga bagian. Kaidah fonologis yang diakibatkan karena adanya klitik dalam BBDU, yakni: 12) KF Penambahan konsonan [n]; 13) KF Penambahan konsonan [n]; dan 14) KF Pengenduran Vokal /u/. Kaidah fonologis pada kata-kata tanya pada BBDU, yakni 15) KF: Penambahan vokal. Kaidah fonologis yang terjadi pada kata-kata yang menyatakan arah mata angin, yakni 16) KF: Penambahan Suku Kata /su/.

Kedisan Traditional Village is one of the Old Villages located in Kintamani District, Bangli Regency which is often referred to as Bali Aga Village or I Kraman Wingkang Ranu. Kedisan Traditional Village has various traditions, customs, culture, and dresta which are indeed passed down from generation to generation. Every inheritance of traditions in the village through various methods of its own. One of the traditions in the Kedisan Traditional Village is the oral tradition of gending mamanda. Gending mamanda is a type of sacred song sung by village women who are married and belong to the cluster of Let Village and Anyar Village, which number 185 people. This implementation is carried out at Dalem Pingit Temple when the ceremony and ceremony of the Nusaba ke-dasa are about to end or at the time of nganakin. But preceded by Mendak Ratu Puseh. Solving this problem by using descriptive qualitative methods with the type of method ex past facto. The preservation of Mamanda's music uses a learning method so that it remains sustainable in the midst of the onslaught of the globalization era. The methods used are the note-taking method, the reading method, and the listening method.

The aim of this research is to describe the form, function and meaning of treatment for bebainan disease. This research uses the theory of semiotic analysis. The method used is a qualitative method. The instruments used in this research were interviews, observation, in-depth literature study of informants. Determining informants used purposive sampling techniques. The results of this research are: first, treatment/cure for bebai disease, based on stories he has heard that bebai is made from various kinds of ingredients, including from the scrapes of dead babies, from the blood of people who died in accidents, there are also those who use ingredients from animals such as parts. certain of the horses so that they become jaran guyang, there are those who use white cloth which is tattooed in the form of rangda decorated with basic letters. Second, Tamba or serana is one unit as a tool that heals sick people, both support each other so that it can function optimally as a treatment

Linguistik merupakan ilmu yang mempelajari tentang bahasa. Bahasa bali merupakan bahasa yang digunakan oleh masyarakat bali untuk berkomunikasi. Bahasa juga dipergunakan dalam menuangkan rasa seni manusia misalnya pembuatan sebuah karya sastra. Dalam penelitian ini meneliti penggunaan tata bahasa dalam sebuah karya sastra, yang dijadikan objek penelitian adalah frase. Frase merupakan suatu kontruksi yang dibangun oleh konstituen dengan aneka kategori atau kelas kata. Terdapat banyak variasi yang akan terbentuk dalam sebuah frase. The existence of the Balinese language is increasingly threatened, especially when there are more opportunities for language competition to occur. When tourism began to bloom in Bali, the local language competed with foreign languages that entered Bali, especially English. Quite a number of Balinese people think that learning a foreign language is far more economically profitable than learning Balinese. This has caused many local Balinese to choose to teach foreign languages to their children rather than regional languages. The existence of the Balinese language has not yet become extinct, but this has led to a massive reduction. More and more Balinese young people do not understand the rules for using the Balinese language properly and correctly, such as sor singgih basa, along with its spelling and how to write it. In addition, there is also blindness to other skills related to Balinese, such as mageguritan, masatua, mapidarta, Balinese ngorti, macecimpedan, and so on. Gradually, in the midst of the hustle and bustle of tourism, the Balinese began to feel unsure about their identity. Born and living in Bali, I am unable to use the proper and correct Balinese language. Since then, efforts have appeared that lead to the re-literacy of Balinese, starting at the family, school, community, and even government bureaucratic levels. This study aims to describe KAMIKEBALI literacy at SMP Negeri 2 Semarapura, which is part of a broader Balinese language literacy effort. This research method is qualitative, with a concentration on field research. KAMIKEBALI activities at SMPN 2 Semarapura are a form of linguistic literacy that includes the stages of introduction, application, and stabilization or civilization.

The presence of General Elections as an arena for political contestation brings several challenges to its dynamics. The challenges of the General Election lead to the presence of identity politics, money politics, black campaigns, and other challenges. Some of these challenges have actually been reflected through one of the characters in the Mahābhārata story, namely Śakuni. Based on this, the researcher in this case is interested in analyzing the character of Śakuni and then linking it to the situation before the political contestation in Indonesia. Based on this topic, three problem formulations are presented, including: The essence of the Mahābhārata story, Śakuni's actions, and the analysis of Śakuni's character in responding to the situation before the General Election. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a philosophical hermeneutic approach. Data sources come from literature studies and data processing using the Miles and Huberman analysis pattern. The result of this research is that the character analysis of Śakuni in the situation before the General Election has a contextual connection. This concerns the existence of money politics, black campaigns, and identity politics that can threaten the dynamics of politics in Indonesia. This paper aims to serve as a guideline in the formation of smart and wise voters.

This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a philosophical hermeneutic approach. Data sources come from literature studies and data processing using the Miles and Huberman analysis pattern. The result of this research is that the character analysis of Śakuni in the situation before the General Election has a contextual connection. This concerns the existence of money politics, black campaigns, and identity politics that can threaten the dynamics of politics in Indonesia. AbstractSukawana Traditional Village as Bali Mula Village has a variety of unique cultures, one of which is oral literature, namely Gending Méméjra. Gending Méméjra is a sacred hymn belonging to the oral tradition. When viewed from the existence of literature in Bali, this gending is included in traditional literature that is sacred, because it functions as an accompaniment to religious ceremonies. As an oral tradition, many do not know the existence of gending, especially this gending is only sung to coincide with the posa ceremony which is held once a year. As a sacred tradition, the existence of gending is used as a guide for the community in living life. There are several values contained in it that should be known by the general public. From this, the purpose of this study is to values contained in each Gending Méméjra lyrics and determine the existence of Gending Méméjra. The results of this study show that Gending Méméjra still exists today, shown by the enthusiasm of the community singing gending. This gending is used as a tool to summon ancestral spirits to come during the posa ceremony and functions as a welcoming song and accompaniment to ancestral spirits present at the posa procession. In addition to storing religious values, this gending also stores social values, cultural preservation, and as a means of maintaining the Balinese language and as wll as being used as medium of entertainmet.

Terdapat beberapa nilai yang terkandung didalamnya yang patut untuk diketahui oleh masyarakat umum. Dari hal tersebut tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk nilai-nilai yang terkandung disetiap lirik serta mengetahui keberadaan Gending Méméjra diera sekarang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selain menyimpan nilai religi gending ini juga menyimpan nilai sosial, pelestarian budaya, dan sebagai sarana pemeliharaan bahasa Bali serta sebagai media hiburan. Ditengah perkembangan teknologi seperti sekarang, keberadaan Gending Méméjra masih dijaga kelestarianya.

The aims of this research are (1) to understand the formal structure of the Numbrag short story, (2) to describe the narrative structure of the Numbrag short story, and (3) to describe the value of character education in the Numbrag short story. This research uses formal methods and qualitative methods. The formal method is used to describe the formal and narrative structure in the Numbrag short story, while the qualitative method is used to describe the value of character education in the Numbrag short story. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data because this research is oriented towards a description of the formal and narrative structure as well as the value of character education in the short story Numbrag. Primary data in this study were obtained directly from the text of the Numbrag short story while secondary data was obtained from relevant sources such as scientific journals and reference books. Data collection uses the document recording method. After the data is collected, then the data is processed using non-statistical analysis or descriptive data processing using induction and argumentation techniques. From the results of research and linguists it can be seen that the formal structure that builds the Numbrag short story consists of a variety of languages and language styles. The variety of languages used include alus, medium, andap and rough bases. While the style of language used is the type of sesawangan. The narrative structure consists of a synopsis, theme, character, characterization, plot, setting and message. There are three character education values contained in the Numbrag Short Story, namely discipline, social care and fond of reading.

Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengkaji nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam Lontar Tutur Aji Saraswati. Masalah yang diungkapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi Lontar Tutur Aji Saraswati dan kajian Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Karakter yang terkandung di dalamnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan secara luas tentang salah satu sastra Hindu yang perlu dipahami dan dipelajari. dan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang dapat diperoleh dari Lontar Tutur Aji Saraswati. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dideskripsikan dalam bentuk kata-kata. Lontar Tutur Aji Saraswati dianalisis dan diinterpretasikan sesuai dengan kemampuan dan daya nalar peneliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Tutur Aji Saraswati merupakan teks yang berisi ajaran dan nasihat mengenai ilmu spiritual seperti penyucian diri dalam mencapai pencerahan. Lontar ini juga memuat ajaran tentang kamoksan serta penjelasan tentang kata (bunyi) dan aksara (Dasa Aksara) dalam kaitannya dengan Bhuwana Alit dan Bhuwana Agung. Sedangkan nilai karakter yang diperoleh dari Lontar adalah Nilai Religius, Nilai Jujur, Nilai Disiplin, Nilai Kreatif dan Nilai Tanggung Jawab.

The development of today's era, which has entered the era of globalization which is very rapid, so that the existence of technology cannot be separated by today's society. These technological tools are also used when learning at school. Therefore, the world of education must be prepared for this technological progress, because it can have a good or bad impact. Likewise, this is used when learning Balinese script. How can technology have a good impact on learning Balinese. One of the influences of globalization on the Balinese language is the emergence of the Bali Simbar Application.
Answering the three problem formulations the researcher uses constructivism theory, problematic theory and conflict theory. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach through data analysis, namely data collection, reduction, and data conclusion.In this study, findings were obtained regarding the type of Balinese simbar application used at SMP Dwijendra, namely the new Bali simbar type in 2021 using Keyman 8.0. (a) the new form of application includes programs such as automatic pagers, automatic diacritical marks, and musical notation. (b) when learning uses the Bali Simbar application, there are obstacles that are obtained, namely the students are not proficient in using computers and installing pageh, but the obstacle is that there is already an effort, namely the teacher explains using the application and is interspersed with teaching without an application besides the efforts of the school to overcome the problems encountered namely making a literary competition so that students study diligently about the Balinese script, and there are also extracurriculars in the field of Balinese language (c) After the Balinese simbar application was carried out the obstacles felt by teachers and students had positive and negative impacts. The positive is that learning is easy to understand. The negative is that students forget to write Balinese script on paper
