ASSESSMENT OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF THE BUILDING OF THE HEAVY SUSPENSIONS WORKSHOP AFTER A FIRE AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR RESTORATION 大悬架厂房火灾后建筑技术状况评估及修复建议

The article discusses the method of drainage device. The proposed method relates to the field of construction, namely to the device of drainage systems for the protection of buried parts of buildings and structures subject to constant or periodic flooding of natural and man-made nature in conditions of poorly permeable weak soils of the base and shallow occurrence of water-resistant layers. Proper drainage of the territory of a potentially flooded underground structure during operation is achieved by ensuring the trouble-free functioning of its drainage system by harmonizing the functions of all its elements.

The worldwide urbanization and the up-tempo rate growth of urban population around the world gain momentum the relevance of the problem in organizing the secure dwelling and public spaces, determining the criteria of creating a comfortable conditions for activities of the human being, searching an architectural affair in improving the quality of urban environment life. Kind of large cities of Kazakhstan as Almaty have transformed into elaborated and dynamic systems, which are a serious problem for urban planning. Among other different and effective ways to solve the forecited problems is the modeling of a three-dimensional digital model of the city. The purpose of this research is to analyze the functional features of three -dimensional digital model of the city and develop the digital double theoretical concept for the enaction of the city of Almaty. Modern scientific research emphasizes the effectiveness role of a three -dimensional digital model in the management system of city, in the educational process, applicable to designing a secure comfortable urban environment.

Friedensreich Hundertwasser is one of the participants in the process of transforming the original modernist postulates into a more flexible, humane and open system of rational architectural thinking. His objects, including architectural ones, look like a challenge to rationalism, show a new form of creativity in which the ecological (natural) aspect is a priority. At the present stage, architectural solutions aimed at improving the environmental friendliness of residential complexes are of key importance for the formation of the concept of sustainable urban development. Thus, the analysis of the works of F. Hundertwasser, will contribute to the transformation of the applied methods of designing residential structures.

The article discusses modular construction, which is a reasonable alternative to classical capital construction. Modular buildings have a number of advantages, such as: high speed of erection of a modular structure, low cost of construction work, versatility of the structure, the possibility of superstructure, the possibility of dismantling, transportation and assembly at a new location, all-season construction. In modern conditions, when speed and versatility are important, this topic is relevant in the construction market.

At present, there is a great interest in Kazakhstan from different generations of people to folk art crafts. Folk arts and crafts are the basis of the country's cultural identification in the global space. The spatial environment or elements created on the basis of ethno-cultural motifs are a global trend. This article discusses the issues of preserving and reviving the artistic traditions of folk arts and crafts at a new level. The concept of the spatial organization of the environment for the production of folk art products is proposed, taking into account their specifics of technological production. The main goal is to create an appropriate spatial environment for high-quality production of elements of folk art, while maintaining the historical and aesthetic categories of products that ensure their recognition as works of art. The concept of integration of education, science and production, spatial organization of buildings of handicraft production is proposed.

The article presents some results of the study of the history of the development of Kazakh architecture of the XIX century. It presents residential and public buildings of that time, a new type of housing called "Korzhyn", "Modern" urban housing, public buildings, in particular mosque buildings, as well as the development of architecture, a broad understanding of the patterns of architectural compositions. In addition, at present we are talking about the use of architectural elements of buildings of the XIX century.

The article examines the development of trade and economic relations of early and medieval states, the development and formation of tourism, examines architectural monuments, which performed different functions, while continuing to be relevant to the present day, in modern conditions. In this regard, the relationship of the organization of architectural space with the functional preference, the purpose of the object and its importance in the social development of society, culture, economy and political life is traced. The theoretical as well as practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the results of this work can be used in the interests of novice architects and designers, as a theoretical material for the planning structure of agroecotouristic complexes. The materials of this work can be used when giving lectures on topics related to the development of the layout of agroecotouristic complexes.

The article considers the architecture of two unique objects - shopping and entertainment centre Khan Shatyr (Kazakhstan, Astana) and the Heydar Aliyev Centre (Azerbaijan, Baku), which appeared as a response to modern social demands for a new type of social space - multifunctional, image-making, with a unique artistic image. The value of the objects under study lies in the fact that in addition to the pronounced external characteristics, they have innovative structural, technical and technological solutions, dictated by regional natural-climatic and local socio-cultural factors. The study reveals the degree of influence of specific natural, climatic, anthropogenic factors on the imaginative and constructive solutions of the architecture of the new generation of public centres. The unique methods of modelling modern forms, new interpretation of artistic images and innovative technologies of building construction are described.

REDUCING TECHNOGENIC POLLUTION OF THE ENTERPRISE BY GREENING THE SANITARY PROTECTION ZONE 绿化卫生保护区,减少企业的技术性污染

Greening of industrial areas with the use of tree species and shrubs resistant to chemical pollution can reduce dangerous concentrations of dust and gas, reduces the negative physical impact of noise, vibration, electromagnetic fields around the facility on the surrounding area. The extent of damage to green areas by industrial emissions indicates that the pollution of the territory of the facility is becoming increasingly limiting for the environment. The most powerful sources of phytotoxic pollutant emissions are oil production and refining enterprises. The article is devoted to the problem of greening the territory of LLP "Sazankurak" of Atyrau region. One of the main pollutants at the enterprise is inorganic dust. The concentration and duration of exposure to dust depends on the wind rose, topography and location of emission sources. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the operating mode of the enterprise taking into account local climatic conditions, recommendations for establishing sustainable plantings in the sanitary protection zone have been developed. The features of biological sorption of pollutants and the formation of anthropogenic anomalies in the territory of industrial facilities have been studied. The characteristic of species and individual stability of the main species of trees and shrubs of Western Kazakhstan is given. The system of measures for landscaping areas in the crude oil production field "Sazankurak" was substantiated.

The article discusses the experience of using cement concrete roads in foreign countries and Kazakhstan, as well as the dynamics of the volume of use of road transport services in the country. A comparative analysis of asphalt and cement concrete roads in terms of main technical and performance characteristics is given in the article. Based on the results of the analysis it is concluded that cement concrete roads have more advantages.
