Smartphone integration for high school students has significant potential in physics learning. This research aims to analyze smartphone sensor data in the context of physics experiments carried out at traveling carnivals. This research uses experimental methods to compare smartphone sensor data collected via the Phyphox application with video analysis data obtained using Tracker software. The research results show the effectiveness of smartphone sensors in several carnival games, including simple leg swings, bicycle spins, kora-kora vehicles, and merry-go-rounds. Smartphone sensors can show graphs of simple harmonic motion, angular velocity, and centripetal acceleration on the game vehicle. However, limitations arise in the case of Ferris wheels and mini Ferris wheels, where smartphone sensors show reduced effectiveness caused by the instability of passenger seats during the ride. This research suggests avenues for further exploration by computing physical quantity values derived from smartphone sensor data, offering insights into potential improvements and applications in dynamic environments such as theme parks.

The aim of developing an electronic module based on Collaborative Problem Solving is to determine the characteristics and quality of an e-module based on Collaborative Problem Solving on buffer solution material. This research is motivated by the lack of learning processes that utilize e-learning; one e-learning application is electronic modules based on Collaborative Problem Solving. This development research design uses the 4-D model, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The type of data obtained is qualitative data, which contains interview results, comments, suggestions, or input regarding the development of electronic modules. In contrast, quantitative data is obtained using questionnaire scores, which include four categories, namely strongly agree, agree, disagree, and strongly disagree. The quality of electronic modules is assessed based on expert assessments, chemistry teacher assessments, and student assessments. The results of the expert assessment were 96%, the Quality Assessment by the Chemistry Teacher was 86.77%, and the Student Assessment was 81.94%, obtaining very high validity results, so it can be concluded that the development of electronic modules can be used in schools on buffer solution materials.

Online learning has started to be used since the emergence of internet technology and became increasingly popular when the Covid 19 pandemic hit. Online learning during the pandemic has given rise to many unique problems for both lecturers and students, such as limitations in presenting material in the sense that the material presented is monotonous and uninteresting, the difficulty of building activity, the difficulty of creating interaction between lecturers and students and between students. Online learning is more stressful than studying in a regular classroom because students are trapped studying alone, the absence of clearly structured learning steps makes it difficult for students to focus on studying. The aims of this research are: to determine the design of an online learning module with an ICARE learning flow based on the U-Learning Class LMS, to determine the feasibility of an online learning module with an ICARE learning flow based on the U-Learning Class LMS. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) for Education design with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. All stages have been completed and resulted in an online learning module with an LMS-based ICARE learning flow in the Learning Media course which has met the eligibility criteria as a learning resource for use in learning.

This study aims to determine the need for developing STEM-ESD-based teaching materials as a learning resource for students in physics subjects in high school. This research uses mixed methods, which consisted of qualitative data and quantitative data. This research involved 26 respondents spread across several schools in Majalengka The instruments used are 17 questionnaires, namely 8 questions to identify difficulties in solving physics problems, 7 questions about student responses to the teaching materials used and 2 questions about causal factors and expected textbooks. Based on the preliminary study conducted, it is known that the teaching materials used so far have not met the indicators of good teaching materials, students have difficulty solving physics problems with a percentage of 73%, the student responses to the teaching materials used with a percentage of 81%, so require STEM-ESD-based teaching materials as a resource study. The results of the preliminary study also see that the teaching materials developed later can measure critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Based on this, the use of teaching materials as a learning resource is needed by students, so it is necessary to conduct a needs analysis in the development of STEM-ESD-based teaching materials.

Greywater is wastewater from domestic activities sourced from kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry water. Greywater discharged directly into the environment can cause a decrease in surface water quality due to its high organic content, nutrients, pathogenic bacteria, and detergents and surfactants. One method that can be used to remove organic and nutrient content is adsorption. The success of the adsorption process is determined by several factors, such as adsorbent type, dosage, contact time, and others. One adsorbent that has attracted the attention of many researchers in recent years is magnetic biochar. This study aims to remove chemical oxygen demand (COD), total suspended solids (TSS), oil, and grease from greywater with a magnetic biochar adsorbent made from palm shells. The study was conducted by varying the dose of 1.2–8.55 g/l and the contact time of 30–150 minutes. The results showed that increasing the dose and contact time can increase the removal efficiency of COD, TSS, oil, and grease. The best results were obtained at a dose of 8.55 g/l and a contact time of 150 minutes. The removal of COD, TSS, oil, and grease was 87.91%, 88.46%, and 99.96%, respectively.
