THE EFFECT OF CELEBRITY ENDORSER AND PRICES ON THE JGLOW PRODUCT PURCHASE DECISION PROCESS 名人代言人和价格对JGLOW产品购买决策过程的影响

This research was conducted based on data on the increasing contribution of the creative industry sub-sector of Bandung City to PDRB in 2018 to 2020. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation and coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between celebrity endorser and price on the purchasing decision process. The magnitude of the influence of celebrity endorser and price on the purchasing decision process simultaneously is 53.4% and the remaining 46.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. Partially the magnitude of the influence of celebrity endorsers on the purchasing decision process is 9.4% and the influence of price on the purchasing decision process is 44%, so it can be concluded that the price has the greatest influence on the purchasing decision process.
本研究基于2018年至2020年万隆市创意产业子部门对PDRB贡献不断增加的数据进行。所使用的研究方法是描述性和验证性的方法,共有100名受访者。所使用的数据分析方法是多元线性回归分析、多元相关和决定系数。研究结果表明,名人代言人和价格对购买决策过程有显著的正向影响。名人代言人和价格同时对购买决策过程的影响程度为53.4%,其余46.6%受其他未检验变量的影响。部分名人代言人对购买决策过程的影响程度为9.4%,价格对购买决策进程的影响为44%,因此可以得出价格对购买决定进程的影响最大的结论。

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and locus of control on student interest in entrepreneurship. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection using a questionnaire on a sample of 291 students. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and multiple correction. To test the hypothesis and the coefficient of determination using the SPSS 26 program. The results showed that the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge had an effect of 23% while the locus of control was 55.5% on student interest in entrepreneurship. The total influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and locus of control on entrepreneurial interest is 78.5%. The results of this study reinforce the importance of the higher education curriculum in paying attention to entrepreneurial knowledge and increasing student locus of control to increase student interest in entrepreneurship

QUALITY OF ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS, HR COMPETENCE AND GOVERNMENT INTERN CONTROL SYSTEM IN BELITUNG DISTRICT 伯利兹地区会计信息系统质量、人力资源能力与政府实习生控制系统

This Study aims to determine how much influence the quality of accounting information systems, human resource competencies and government internal control systems have on the performance of local government agencies. Data collection techniques were carried out through primary data with questionnaires. The population in this study were employees at the Dinas-Dinas di Pemerintah Kabupaten Belitung. The results show that partially the quality of the accounting information system affects the performance of the agency with an influence contribution of 25,1%, the competence of human resources affects the performance of the agency with a contribution of 17,3% influence, and the government’s internal control system affects the performance of the agency by influence contribution of 29%. The results of this study also show that simultaneously the quality of accounting information systems, human resource competencies and government intenral control systems have an effect on agency performance with a contribution of 71,4% influence.

BOOTSTRAPPING ANALYSIS OF NORTH SUMATRA PROVINCE INSPECTORATE PERFORMANCE 苏门答腊省北部监察局绩效的自举分析

The goal of this study is to analyze the factors that influence how well the inspectorate in the province of North Sumatra performs. This research is important because it aims to evaluate the performance of the inspectorate's officials and staff in North Sumatra Province so that measures may be taken to raise employee professionalism and quality. The Smart PLS program was employed as the basis for the quantitative research approach. The research subjects were 48 officials and workers in the functional position of auditors who were taken using the Slovin technique. The results indicate that the inspectorate of the North Sumatra Province performs poorly, particularly when it comes to the implementation of good governance and leadership commitment, where indirect good governance has not been able to mediate leadership commitment.

This study aims to determine the effect of media exposure, industry type, and profitability on the disclosure of carbon emissions in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data sourced from the company’s financial statements. The source of data in this study is secondary data. The population in this study is the food and beverage sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017 to 2019 period with a total of 60 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria. Based on the predetermined criteria, a sample of 18 companies was obtained. The analytical method used in this study used logistic regression analysis. The results of this study show that, partially, media exposure has an insignificant effect on carbon emissions, industry type has a significant effect on carbon emissions, profitability has an insignificant effect on carbon emissions, and simultaneously, media exposure, industry type, and profitability have an effect on carbon emissions. The unique findings of this paper are relevant to government, management, and standard setters.

Indonesian Food And Drug Authority (BPOM) has the task of carrying out the preparation and implementation of policies, the preparation of norms, standards, procedures, criteria, the implementation of technical guidance and supervision. This study analyzes the Performance and Level of Service Importance (Importance Performance Analysis-IPA) in BPOM, in Quadrant I shows the highest service performance. In this quadrant there are indicators of Officer Cost and Behavior. On the cost indicator, it does not involve too many officers. Payment of services can be made by customers online with a virtual account. Customers assessing cost indicators are important aspects of the service and the assessment of its satisfactory performance "Good". This means that BPOM service products are in accordance with customer needs.

Sponsors have become one of the essential factors in sports activities, and their role as one of the critical aspects in implementing sports activities cannot be denied. Especially for sports teams, sponsors can provide additional funding that can support operational activities. Meanwhile, from the perspective of sponsors, companies' involvement in providing their support is based more on promotional strategies to expand the symbolic value of sponsors. This brief commentary briefly describes sponsorship, marketing, and future study opportunities.

Pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja

Kepuasan kerja merupakan suatu kondisi menyenangkan atau tidak menyenangkan yang dirasakan oleh karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya. Kepuasan kerja menjadi suatu hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan. Dengan membuat karyawan merasa dihargai sehingga dapat membuat karyawan betah bekerja di perusahaan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dapat dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu faktor intrinsik dan faktor ekstrinsik, contoh faktor ekstrinsik adalah work life balance dan beban kerja (Mangkunegara, 2019). Para karyawan mengalami kesulitan dalam mengatur waktu antara kehidupan pribadi dan kehidupan pekerjaannya. Selain itu, para karyawan kesulitan menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan tepat waktu dikarenakan waktu diberikan terlalu pendek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengolahan datanya menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 25. Teknik sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode Slovin dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian in menunjukkan bahwa 1) Work life balance termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi yang berarti berpengaruh besar terhadap karyawan. 2) Beban kerja termasuk kedalam kategori cukup yang berarti cukup berpengaruh terhadap karyawan. 3) Kepuasan kerja termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi yang berarti berpengaruh besar terhadap karyawan. 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 16%. 5) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 13,7%. 6) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan work life balance dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan bagian department project di PT. Pesona Mitra Kembar Mas Bandung berdasarkan data yang diolah sebesar 22,4%.

Teknik sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode Slovin dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengaruh dimensi equitas merek terhadap kepercayaan konsumen 品牌平等维度对消费者信仰的影响

This research aims to analyze and determine the accuracy of the dimensions of brand equity (brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand associations in influencing brand trust. This study examines instant noodle brands as research objects. The number of samples used was 170 respondents. The sample determination used was the purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires. In analyzing the data, it was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand associations affect consumer trust. This research is expected to confirm the accuracy of the dimensions of brand equity in predicting consumer trust. The practical contribution of this research is that it can provide information to academics and practitioners about the application of brand equity dimensions in predicting consumer trust in instant noodles: indomie and mie sedaap.
本研究旨在分析和确定品牌资产(品牌意识、感知质量和品牌联想)维度对品牌信任的影响准确性。本研究以方便面品牌为研究对象。使用的样本数量为170人。样品测定采用目的取样法。数据是通过发放问卷收集的。在分析数据时,采用多元线性回归分析。本研究结果显示,品牌认知、感知品质、品牌联想等变量影响消费者信任。本研究旨在验证品牌资产维度在预测消费者信任方面的准确性。本研究的实际贡献在于,它可以为学者和实践者提供有关品牌资产维度在预测方便面消费者信任中的应用信息:indomie和mie sedaap。

Good corporate governance, pengungkapan corporate social responsibility dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan

This study aims to determine and prove that the influence of good corporate governance, disclosure of corporate social responsibility, and firm size has implications for the company's values. The sample in this study amounted to 100 from the observation data of the population of 25 companies in the consumer goods manufacturing industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques use analysis using SPSS version 23. The results of this study show that good corporate governance proxied through the audit committee and for disclosure of corporate social responsibility is positive and not significant to the company's value. At the same time, the firm size has a positive and significant on the value of the company.
本研究旨在确定并证明良好的公司治理、企业社会责任披露和公司规模对公司价值观的影响。本研究的样本为100,来自2016-2019年在印度尼西亚证券交易所(IDX)上市的消费品制造业部门25家公司的人口观察数据。抽样技术采用目的抽样法。数据分析技术使用SPSS 23版分析。本研究结果表明,通过审计委员会代理的良好公司治理对公司社会责任的披露是正向的,对公司价值的影响不显著。同时,公司规模对公司价值有显著的正向影响。
