ABSTRAK Gaya kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan pegawai dan etos kerja yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam merupakan variabel yang dapat mendorong adanya perubahan perilaku para pegawai dalam menjalankan aktivitas kerjanya. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengukur sejauh mana tingkat kinerja para pegawai yang berada di lingkungan PAD I BPPD Kota Bandung, hal ini diukur melalui variabel gaya kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan dan etos kerja Islami karena sebagian besar para pegawai di BPPD Kota Bandung beragama Islam. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, displin kerja dan etos kerja Islami terhadap kinerja para pegawai di lingkungan PAD I di BPPD Balai Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan etos kerja Islami berpengaruh. Serta Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Etos Kerja Islami secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di PAD I di BPPD Kota Bandung. Tax avoidance is one of the issues that has attracted researchers' interest in financial management, and efforts to understand the causative factors are of serious concern. This study explicitly reveals the determinants of tax avoidance using the fundamental factor approach (profitability, leverage, and firm) in the automotive sector manufacturing companies. Moreover, the role of size as a moderator is also tested in the proposed model. The data analysis technique shows that profitability, leverage, and size have a negative effect on tax avoidance. Furthermore, the confirmed size moderates the relationship between leverage and tax avoidance but not profitability. The results of this study provide new insights into the role of size, which has been proven as a moderator of tax avoidance.

Abstract. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, service providers, particularly those in the tourism industry, must provide service facilities which support security from the COVID-19 virus, with the emergence of a vaccine program for the community representing a new opportunity for the tourism business to be able to rise. The tourism industry must begin to improve the quality of its services; thus, to continue to exist. One of the most well-known tourist businesses in Purwakarta is the Grand Situ Buleud Hotel; however, this hotel should also prepare for service enhancements since it has received numerous consumer complaints. This research was conducted to analyse and categorise the quality of hotel services provided by the Grand Situ Buleud Hotel to determine the improvement priorities, and the analysis calculation utilised a quantitative descriptive type with the canoe method. In this study, the canoe method analysis yielded the following results: 0 attractive category attributes, 10 must-be attributes that must always be present, 6 one-dimensional attributes that must be improved, and 5 indifferent attributes, indicating that these were less attention. Dimasa pandemi COVID-19 seperti ini penyedia pelayanan jasa khususnya pariwisata harus menyediakan fasilitas layanan yang mendukung keamanan dari virus COVID-19, dengan munculnya program vaksin bagi masyarakat menjadi titik terang baru untuk bisnis pariwisata untuk bisa bangkit. Agar tetap eksis, bisnis pariwisata harus mulai memperbaiki kualitas layanannya. Salah satunya bisnis pariwisata yang cukup terkenal di kota Purwakarta adalah Hotel Grand Situ Buleud, mereka juga harus mempersiapkan perbaikan layanan, karena masih banyaknya ulasan negatif yang mereka dapatkan dari konsumennya. Abstract. study aims 1) To determine the effect of personal values and Islamic organizational culture on employee performance at PT. X Bandung area, 2) To determine the effect of personal values on employee performance at PT. X Bandung area, 3 ) To determine the influence of Islamic organizational culture on employee performance at PT. X Bandung area. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and distributing questionnaires. The object of this research is the employees of PT. X in the Bandung area as many as 1,200 people and the number of samples is 93 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling by random sampling, where the researcher determines the sample at random. Analysis of the data used is descriptive and statistical analysis by using multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test. The results of this study indicate that the personal values variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance and the Islamic organizational culture variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of personal values and Islamic organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. X Bandung area. Abstrak. X area Bandung sebanyak 1.200 orang dan dikerucutkan dalam jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 orang pegawai. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu probability sampling secara random sampling, dimana peneliti menentukan sampel secara acak. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan statistik yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis uji regresi linear berganda, uji F dan uji T. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel personal values secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan variabel budaya organisasi islam secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 摘要。研究目的:1)确定个人价值观和伊斯兰组织文化对X万隆地区员工绩效的影响;2)确定个人价值观对X万隆地区员工绩效的影响;3)确定伊斯兰组织文化对X万隆地区员工绩效的影响。本研究使用的数据收集技术是访谈和分发问卷。本研究的对象是PT. X公司在万隆地区多达1200人的员工,样本数量为93名员工。本研究使用的抽样技术是随机抽样的概率抽样,研究者随机确定样本。使用的数据分析是描述性和统计分析,采用多元线性回归分析,F检验和T检验。本研究结果表明,个人价值观变量对员工绩效有部分显著影响,伊斯兰组织文化变量对员工绩效有部分显著影响。同时,个人价值观和伊斯兰组织文化这两个变量对PT. Abstract. The achievement of organizational goals through the participation of human resources is a form of commitment given by employees to the organization. Employees who are highly committed to the company are certainly willing to give their best work to have a positive effect on the success of the organization. In this research, the method used is the quantitative method, using descriptive and verification research analysis and using the SPSS program in operating the calculations. The data listed were obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The population selected in this study were all employees of the twisting and inspecting division at PT. X as many as 55 people. Meanwhile, for taking the sample, the researcher used a total sampling technique so that the sample in this study was 55 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Commitment by 27.8%. 2) Job Satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on Commitment by 19.2%. 3) Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Commitment by 33.1%. This study concludes that there is an influence between Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Commitment in the Twisting and Inspecting Section at PT. X. Abstrak. Pencapaian tujuan organisasi melalui peran serta sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu bentuk dari komitmen yang diberikan oleh karyawan kepada organisasi. Karyawan yang berkomitmen tinggi terhadap perusahaan tentu bersedia untuk memberikan hasil kerja terbaiknya guna memberikan efek positif bagi keberhasilan organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif serta menggunakan program SPSS dalam menggoperasikan perhitungannya. Adapun data yang tertera diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian twisting dan inspecting pada PT. X sebanyak 55 orang. Sedangkan untuk pengambilan sampelnya peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 55 responden. 摘要通过人力资源的参与来实现组织目标是员工对组织的一种承诺。对公司高度忠诚的员工当然愿意尽自己最大的努力对公司的成功产生积极的影响。在本研究中,使用的方法是定量方法,采用描述性和验证性研究分析,并使用SPSS程序进行计算。所列数据通过问卷调查、访谈和文献研究获得。本研究选取的人群均为PT. Nowadays, millennials are at productive age. They are forced to make financial decisions. These decisions require the ability, knowledge, and good financial behavior. This study aims to find out the level of financial capability which is measured by knowledge, skills, and attitude; financial behavior which is measured by practice regarding cash, credit, and saving management, and their effect on financial satisfaction which is measured by subjective assessments of satisfaction of asset, credit, and saving management on millennials in Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, and Bangkalan regions. Data are obtained through direct and online surveys of 200 millennials using purposive and snowball sampling techniques. The results of this study show that financial capability has a positive effect on financial behavior. The better their financial management ability, the better their financial behavior. Financial behavior has an effect on financial satisfaction and mediates the relation between financial capability and financial satisfaction.

Earnings growth is an indicator that shows the company's capability to increase net profit in a certain period compared to the previous period. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the role of investment decision quality, business risk, and efficiency on corporate earnings growth. The research population includes all companies in the property, real estate and building construction sectors. The research sample was 50 companies which were obtained through purposive sampling method. This research uses linear regression analysis method. The results provide evidence that the quality of investment decisions, business risk and efficiency have a significant role in the earnings growth of the company in the property, real estate and building construction sectors.
