Abstrak Tulisan ini merupakan studi tokoh pemikiran Jasser Auda yang menawarkan maqāṣid al-syarī’ah dengan pendekatan sistem. Tawaran yang dihasilkan Auda merupakan hasil dialektika ilmu pengetahuan dengan realitas yang dihadapi umat manusia di era kontemporer. Alasan penulis memilih Jasser Auda tidak lebih karena integritas ketokohan Jasser Auda sebagai pionir maqāṣid al-syarī’ah era kontemporer dan juga buku-bukunya yang dijadikan rujukan akademisi di perguruan tinggi. Dalam tulisan ini peneliti akan mengkritisi pemikiran Jasser Auda dan menenemukan dinamika formulasi menuju reformulasi maqāṣid al-syarī’ah di era kontemporer. Peneliti penyimpulkan bahwa terdapat tiga reformulasi yang digagas oleh Auda, yaiti 1). Maqāṣid yang berupa pengembangan (development), dan hak (right) yang keduanya menyasar sumber daya manusia (human resources), 2). Hak Asasi Manusia merupakan landasan dalam menyusun tipologi teori hukum Islam kontemporer, 3). Sistem hukum Islam yang berbasis maqāṣid al-syarī’ah dengan mengandalkan watak kognitif hukum Islam (cognitive nature), kemenyeluruhan sistem hukum Islam (wholeness), keterbukaan sistem hukum Islam (openness), interelasi hierarki sistem hukum Islam (interrelated hierarchy), multidimensi sistem hukum Islam (multi-dimensionality), tujuan sistem hukum Islam (porposefulness) sebagai fitur-fitur sistem. Perjalanan integrasi pendidikan Islam on procces sejak sekitaran tahun 2007 hingga sekarang alih-alih menunjukkan produktifitas ilmu-ilmu agama, yang terjadi justru terkesan "umumisasi" (termasuk gelar kesarjanaan). Kesalahan itu disebabkan tidak saja karena implementasi integrasi yang hanya sebatas ta'arruf al-'ulum (mendekatkan ilmu), namun sejak semula telah terjadi kesalahan dalam memosisikan filsafat, agama, dan ilmu pengetahuan. Tulisan dengan metodologi riset kepustakaan ini menawarkan pergeseran paradigma integrasi keilmuan ke arah fertilisasi keilmuan dalam pendidikan Islam. Namun sebelum menawarkan paradigma fertilisasi tersebut, tulisan ini terlebih dahulu mereposisi agama, filsafat, dan ilmu pengetahuan. Reposisi tersebut akan berkontribusi terhadap pengayaan epistemologi keilmuan Islam. Dengan begitu, proses fertilisasi dalam pendidikan Islam dapat lebih mudah diimplementasikan melalui perubahan kurikulum dan rekonstruksi tradisi akademik.

Ketika dapat melaksanakan suatu pembelajaran guna menerapkan rencana kurikulum (secara langsung program) standar proses pembelajaran, dengan adanya pelibatan antara para siswa bersama guru yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Pembelajaran online pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) whatshapp groupmerupakan suatu pembelajaran dapat berlangsung dalam jaringan dimana gejolak guru dan cara memberi bahan ajar tidak bertemu langsung. Pembelajaran online whatshapp groupialah progres pembelajaran ketika sekolah bisa menerapkan penekanan pembentukan karakter dari berbagai kepribadian para siswa, baik karakter intrapersonal dan interpersonal. Dari latar belakang penelitian, peneliti bisa membuat rumusan masalah yakni terlaksananya pembelajaran online PAI berbasis soft skill, efektivitas pembelajaran online PAI berbasis soft skill, pengendalian pembelajaran online PAI berbasis soft skill, serta evaluatif pembelajaran online berbasis soft skill. The research aims to reveal the position of Islamic education towards development in the form of UNESCO's four pillars of education offering and the use of the metaverse. This research uses literature study as a qualitative method and approach. Primary sources and secondary sources that are relevant to the research variables are traced first to obtain the required data. Data is classified to facilitate analysis and drawing conclusions. The four pillars namely learning to know, learning to do, learning to be and learning to live together have principles that are aligned and Islamic education can use them in the learning process. The Metaverse, which offers a more complex life in the virtual realm, offers many benefits as well as several risks. Metaverse eases the learning process and reduces time and space constraints. Metaverse also helps provide a more comprehensive understanding of learning materials. However, there are issues of morality that have the potential to be violated in virtual space. In fact, the virtual realm is not a value-free realm and is still bound by the values espoused by civilized society. Islamic education has a role to strengthen the application of these values so that people do not fall into immoral acts even though they are carried out in the virtual realm as the second realm of life in this era. It is necessary to strengthen the morality of society so that there is no dichotomy in the living space which can lead to actions that demean human dignity and violate the rights of other individuals.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa prestasi belajar melalui metode Number head together (NHT) pada materi sistem koloid siswa kelas X ternak unggas. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan prestasi belajar kimia melalui metode Numbered Heads Together ( NHT) pada materi sistem koloid siswa kelas XI Ternak Unggas SMK Negeri 1 Woyla. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas, subjek dalam peneliyian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Woyla, tekhnis analisis data menggunakan tekhnik Lembar kerja siswa (LKS) dan Analisis hasil ulangan harian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulan bahwa penerapan metode Numbered Head Together (NHT) pada mata pelajaran kimia khususnya pada pokok bahasan sistem koloid dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Ternak Unggas SMK Negeri 1 Woyla. Hal ini ditujukan dengan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 pertemuan I dari 16 orang siswa yang memperoleh nilai 65 keatas sebanyak 4 orang atau 25% yang tuntas dan 12 orang atau 75% memperoleh nilai 65 kebawah atau belum tuntas. Pada siklus 1 pertemuan II dari 16 orang siswa yang memperoleh nilai 65 keatas sebanyak 6 orang atau 37% yang tuntas dan 10 orang atau 63% memperoleh nilai 65 kebawah atau belum tuntas. Pada siklus 2 pertemuan I dari 16 orang siswa yang memperoleh nilai 65 keatas sebanyak 11 orang atau 69% yang tuntas dan 5 orang atau 31% memperoleh nilai 65 kebawah atau belum tuntas. Sedangkan pada siklus 2 pertemuan II siswa yang mengalami ketuntasan sebanyak 15 orang atau 94% dengan nilai diatas 65 dan siswa yang tidak mengalami ketuntasan sebanyak 1 orang atau 6% dengan nilai dibawah 65. Dengan demikian penggunaan metode Numbered Head Together (NHT) sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI jurusan Ternak Unggas SMK Negeri 1 Woyla. Hal ini ditujukan dengan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 pertemuan I dari 16 orang siswa yang memperoleh nilai 65 keatas sebanyak 4 orang atau 25% yang tuntas dan 12 orang atau 75% memperoleh nilai 65 kebawah atau belum tuntas. Pada siklus 1 pertemuan II dari 16 orang siswa yang memperoleh nilai 65 keatas sebanyak 6 orang atau 37% yang tuntas dan 10 orang atau 63% memperoleh nilai 65 kebawah atau belum tuntas. Pada siklus 2 pertemuan I dari 16 orang siswa yang memperoleh nilai 65 keatas sebanyak 11 orang atau 69% yang tuntas dan 5 orang atau 31% memperoleh nilai 65 kebawah atau belum tuntas. Sedangkan pada siklus 2 pertemuan II siswa yang mengalami ketuntasan sebanyak 15 orang atau 94% dengan nilai diatas 65 dan siswa yang tidak mengalami ketuntasan sebanyak 1 orang atau 6% dengan nilai dibawah 65. Dengan demikian penggunaan metode Numbered Head Together (NHT) sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI jurusan Ternak Unggas SMK Negeri 1 Woyla. This paper aims to discuss contemporary problems precisely according to the contents of our article entitled recent issues in social life. Today, the current issues continue to develop following changes in increasingly sophisticated technology and global development. In modern times, there are many contemporary problems in society, such as marriage contracts by telephone, underhanded marriages, family planning and limiting the number of children, marrying pregnant women for adultery, homosexuals and lesbians, monogamy, and polygamy. The data has been verified previously by conducting a literature study, a qualitative approach, and descriptive analysis. From data processing with this method, a finding was obtained that Muslims must be able to think rationally and critically to address such matters and the need to revisit solutions according to Islamic law to solve these problems. Contemporary problems are not far removed from the classic problems faced by the previous Ulama, which have been discussed in the classic books they have written, such as the LGBT issue, issues around marriage such as birth control or family planning, and many other problems that fatwas can answer. This study aims to examine the application of the sociodrama method in Bungong Jeumpa Kindergarten in Malin Kundang's story about the formation of children's behavior. The type of research used is classroom action research with a quantitative design. The results showed that the application of the sociodrama method to the formation of children's behavior in the first cycle, teacher activities obtained an average number of 3 with high categories (75%), student activities obtained an average number of student activities of 2.5 medium categories (63%) , the average student discipline is 2.5 medium category (63%). Cycle II, the average teacher activity is 3.61 with the high category (87.5%) student activity obtaining an average number of student activities of 3.35 in the high category (84%) and the average number of student disciplines being 3.45 in the high category (86%). The Shiddiq indicator increased by 20%. Patience increased by 18.75%, Fairness increased by 20%, Sincerity increased by 20%, Trustworthiness and Keeping Promises increased by 20%. Manusia sebagai makhluk sosial sangat bergantung terhadap satu sama lainnya. Tidak hanya ketika masih hidup namun juga setelah meninggal dunia. Dalam kehidupan sosial Islam, masyarakat memiliki kewajiban untuk penyelenggaraan terhadap jenazah. Masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui tata cara penyelenggaraan jenazah sehingga tidak berniat dalam melaksanakan kegiatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atensi atau minat masyarakat dalam kegiatan penyelenggaran jenazah. Melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi penulis menemukan hasil penelitian bahwa masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tata cara penyelenggaraan jenazah dan menyerahkan kewajiban tersebut kepada orang yang sudah biasa melakukannya. Hal ini mempengaruhi minat masyarakat dalam berpartisipasi pada kegiatan penyelenggaraan jenazah. sehingga tidak berminat dalam kegiatan penyelenggaraan jenazah.

The existence of Dayah at West Aceh should be able to become a forum to foster the morale of people who can the behavior of the community, Education at Dayah will bring great influence to the generation and society of West Aceh. Today’s condition of the morale of society must be a concern. How can the morals of the people be shaped through Dayah education in West Aceh. So it is necessary to look at the methods used in Dayah in fostering the morale of the people. The use of descriptive research methods in researching aims of this method to make a systematic, factual, and accurate description of the facts, properties, and relationships between the phenomena under investigation. Research locations on several Dayah in West Aceh Regency with the population that is the research sample, namely Dayah educational institutions from the leadership element teungku and students. The West Aceh Dayah Education Office and the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Aceh Regency. The results showed that moral formation is carried out through habituation, and regulations in Dayah, through ketaz'iman, and moral formation also through organizing themselves from leadership and teacher elements, where these conditions will be a reference imitated by every student and society.

Tazkiyah al-nafs merupakan upaya sulit seorang hamba untuk berbenah dari zona kemaksiatan menuju zona aman serta nyaman. Penelitian ini mencoba mengurai terkait keberadaan seorang hamba yang mencoba mencari jalan keluar dalam mebersihkan jiwa atau sebagai rihlah spiritual yang harus ditempuh seorang hamba dalam olah batin. Secara metode penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan mdel library research (non-lapangan). Artinya penelitian ini bersumber dari buku, majalah, artikel serta bahan cetak lain utama kitab mafātih al-ghaib karya Fakhruddin al-Razi yang kemudian di analisa dengan metode content analysis (analisis isi). Fokus penelitian terpusatkan pada; 1) Bagaimana metode tazkiyah al-nafs berdasar nalar Fakhruddin al-Razi dalam kitab mafātih al-ghaib?; 2) Bagaiman Bagaimana konsep tazkiyah an-nafs dalam QS. al-A’la (87): 14-17 dan QS. al-Syamsi (91): 7-10, perspektif Fakhruddin al-Razi dalam Tafsir mafatih al-ghaib?. Sejauh pengamatan penulis menghasilakan; 1) Metode tazkiyah al-nafs perspektif Fakhruddin al-Razi yaitu dengan membaca al-Qur’an, dzikir, doa, qiyam al-lail dan mengingat mati (dzikr al-maut); 2) dalam QS. al-A’la (87): 14-17 menjelaskan adanya penyucian jiwa dengan dzikir dan shlat yang kemudian disebut mukhlafah al-nafs (membedai kebiasaan manusia) seperti shalat malam. Sedangkan dalam dan QS. al-Syamsi (91): 7-10 menjelaskan adanya orang yang taqwa akan memperoleh kebahagiaan dan ada orang yang selalu melakukan kejahatan ‘fujur”. Selai itu tazkiyah al-nafs dilakukan meninggalkan al-tadsiyah, yakni sebuah perbuatan mengotori hati dengan sifat-sifat amoral seperti, dengki, keji, iri dan sebagainya.
