CONSERVATIVE IDEOLOGY OF INDONESIAN MUSLIMS: THE ROLE OF EPISTEMIC MOTIVATION, AUTHORITARIANISM AND ISLAMIC TOTALISM 印尼穆斯林的保守意识形态:认知动机、威权主义与伊斯兰极权主义的作用

This research proves that religiosity (Islamic totalism) is a predictor of conservative ideology, as is the need for cognitive closure and right wing authoritarian which has been proven as a psychological variable that affects conservative ideology. The ideology of conservatism emphasizes on the tendency to preserve what is already established, resist change and maintain existing orders whether social, economic, legal, religious, political, or cultural (Jost, Glaser, Kruglanski, & Sulloway, 2003). This research utilized a quantitative survey method. Participants of this study were 528 college students from Jakarta with multiple regression analysis. The results obtained are 1) Islamic totalism, cognitive closure and right wing authoritarian are social and economic conservatism predictors; 2) only Islamic totalism is a religious conservatism predictor; 3) Islamic totalism has the greatest influence on social, economic and religious conservatives.

SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTS OF PAC IPNU MAGELANG REGENCY 属灵智慧与组织承诺的关系

This study was conducted at the branch subsidiary (PAC) IPNU (Nahdhatul Ulama Student Association) in Magelang Regency. The study population was the administrators of Magelang Regency IPNU PAC which consisted of 18 PACs. The sample in this study amounted to 157 people selected by cluster random sampling technique. The topic of research is the extent to which the organizational commitment of the board when linked to spiritual intelligence, because managing a non-profit organization is different when we are managing a profit organization. The scale of spiritual intelligence and the scale of organizational commitment become data collection tools in this study where the second scale was made by researchers. The data collected were analyzed with the product moment correlation technique resulting in a value of 0.556 with a significance level of 0,000 (p <0.01), indicating that spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment of PAC IPNU administrators in Magelang Regency were highly correlated. The effective contribution of the spiritual intelligence variable contributed 30.9% to the organizational commitment of the PAC IPNU Magelang District management, while 69.1% of the organizational commitment was influenced by other factors.

ISLAMIC RELIGIOSITY TOWARD ACADEMIC FRAUD STUDENT OF UIN RADEN FATAH PALEMBANG 伊斯兰教对学术造假的虔诚态度

The goal of this research is to discover the relations between Islamic religiosity toward academic fraud of student of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research is quantitative research. Subjects of the research are 204 students of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The hypothesis in this research there is a relationship between islamic religiosity towards academic fraud. Data collection uses 2 measurements,namely 1) Islamic religiosity using Psychological Measure of Islamic Religiousness (PMIR) scale; 2) Academic fraud using self reporting cheating scale (SRCS). Prerequisite test using Goodness of Fit Overall showing that from 5 criterias show good model. Analysis results by using SEM from 8 religiosity dimensions, 7 dimensions not proven so that there is no significant relationship between islamic religiosity towards academic fraud. One dimension significantly proven is dimension of religious anxiety.

ISLAMIC EDUCATION LEARNING STRATEGIES BASED ON MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES IN ISLAMIC SCHOOL 基于多元智能的伊斯兰学校伊斯兰教育学习策略

The objective of this study was to explore and find out the Islamic education learning (PAI) method which is suitable with the dynamics of the students to make them easier in understanding the subject and improve their achievement using multiple intelligences. This study was Classroom Action Research. Classroom Action Research involved the teacher’s attempt (the researcher) in the form of the learning process. Validity concept and instrument reliability used in the data collection. In this research also known as practical validity/reliability, which means that as long as the members of the action research group decide that the instrument is valid and reliable, it can be used. Islamic education learning strategies need to use intelligence by solving the problems faced by the students, developed new problems to be solved, and make something useful in their life. Therefore, multiple intelligences in Islamic education learning is part of an effective strategy to facilitate the subject and improve student achievement.

PARENTING, ISLAMIC MORALS AND OBEDIENCE 养育子女,伊斯兰道德和服从

This study aims to measure someone’s obedience which is influenced by the Islamic morals and parenting. Parenting in this study refers to Authoritarian, Permissive and Democratic. While Islamic morals in this study are related to rules and conventions regarding what humans should do in their interactions with others. Respondent of this study was 120 people using accindental sampling. Aiken V validity and Alpha Cronbach reliability is used to measure Obedience Scale (0.764, 0.849), Islamic Moral scale (0.830, 0.804), Authoritarian scale (0.917, 0.611), Permissive Scale (0.833, 0.543) and Demokratic Scale (0.850, 0.891). There is a significant correlation between Obedience and Islamic morals (p= .521), obedience and democratic parenting (p = .380), Democratic parenting and Islamic morals (p= .636). Regression analysis was carried out to see the influence and contribution of Islamic morals and parenting authoritarian, permissive and democratic – towards obedience, where Islamic morals significantly affected compliance by 27.1% and democratic parenting by 14.4%.

ISLAMIC PSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS REGARDING TO RAḤMAH BASED EDUCATION PORTRAIT AT IAIN CURUP 伊斯兰教心理分析:以raḤmah为基础的教育画像

This study aims to describe the continuous and memorable implementation of raḥmah based education in fostering the personality of students of IAIN Curup. A qualitative approach was used by adopting a descriptive method. Lecturers, academic related parties, and students from Islamic education department were engaged as the subjects of the present study. The data were garnered using interview and observation. This study revealed that the meanings of raḥmah in the implementation of learning at IAIN Curup, include: the contents of the learning curriculum, especially KKNI sourced from the Qur’an and integrated to modern theories with the content of the Qur’an so grounded in the lives of students; atmosphere, campus facilities and lecturers' behavior make students feel comfortable; every lecturer provides guidance and assistance sincerely; guiding students to be of good character; Academic services at IAIN Curup provide discretion and justice to students; Providing information to students in accordance with their psychological readiness; Keeping students away from things that endanger themselves and others; and the lecturers realized that their main duty is watering students with knowledge, wisdom, and faith with compassion and tenderness.

Marriage satisfaction is caused by many factors. From various researches it was concluded that there are two main factors that cause marital satisfaction, namely communication and socio-economics. Among social factors, there are factors that encourage marital satisfaction, namely religiosity. In these two decades the practice of marriage without dating, which is often referred to as ta'aruf, is an expression of religious behavior. Although there are several studies linking the variables of intimate communication, religiosity and marital satisfaction, there is no research that explains the relationship of intimate communication and marital satisfaction with religiosity as mediator variables in the context of ta'aruf. The purpose of this research is to find evidence whether religiosity mediates the relationship between intimate communication and marital satisfaction. The sample of this study consisted of 150 women living in Tangerang who all underwent ta'aruf before marriage, with a marriage age of 1 to 25 years of marriage. Samples were obtained from study groups who practice ta'aruf as expressions of religious teachings, using a purposive method. Mediation analysis was performed by regression analysis of the PROCESS V3.0 procedure with SPSS version 2.5. The importance of religiosity in explaining the relationship between intimate communication and the satisfaction of Muslim marriages is discussed and discussed.

Although there are several studies linking the variables of intimate communication, religiosity and marital satisfaction, there is no research that explains the relationship of intimate communication and marital satisfaction with religiosity as mediator variables in the context of ta'aruf. The purpose of this research is to find evidence whether religiosity mediates the relationship between intimate communication and marital satisfaction. The sample of this study consisted of 150 women living in Tangerang who all underwent ta'aruf before marriage, with a marriage age of 1 to 25 years of marriage. Samples were obtained from study groups who practice ta'aruf as expressions of religious teachings, using a purposive method. Mediation analysis was performed by regression analysis of the PROCESS V3.0 procedure with SPSS version 2.5. KEPRIBADIAN PENDIDIK: TELAAH PSIKOLOGI ISLAMI 教育工作者的个性:研究伊斯兰心理学

The discussion of educator behavior has been studied in many studies both from literature and empirical studies, but so far there have been no studies that specifically examine the personality of educators needed by the present education process in terms of aspects of Islamic Psychology. Departing from the search above, this article aims to conduct a study of this matter. Based on the review and analysis of the content of the literature used as a reference for this study, it was concluded that, to become a complete education each educator must have a personality such as: always draw closer to God in any situation or condition; master extensive knowledge; smart, honest, safe in carrying out their duties, patient and sincere in guiding students, creative in choosing learning methods, can be role models, open to krikit, authoritative, fair, non-discriminatory, pleasant, and polite speech. This personality can be referred to as your sainthood in Islamic psychology, which is a personality that is bound by a strong belief in God by carrying out religious teachings.

The healing to the homosexual is not easy, it is not just to do ritualistic daily-worship and after that to be healed, certainly it is not easy. The handling for them is special, the central zone is in the heart. It the mean, the central heating for the homosexual is in the heart, called qalbun healing. The approach of it using qalbun healingis special, caused rich of spiritualistic-religious, it named tasawuf with the thariqah to guide the person go to an-nur Allah. There are many religious-method was used in the homosexual that wants to heal and having good behavior by mursyid that teacher-spiritual avowed virtuous, knowledge, and behavior. The formula, these are;taubat an-nasuha, al-zuhud, al-wara’, al-tawakal, al-mahabbah dan al-ma’rifah. The formula can estrange from homosexual behavior if welldoing and istiqamah.

MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DENGAN ADVERSITY QUOTIENT PADA SISWA MADRASAH ALIYAH DI KOTA PALEMBANG

This research aims to know thecorrelation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang and used the correlational quantitative research. The hypothesis proposed in this research is there is a correlation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang. The research sample are 68 people consisting of 3 classes with ages ranging from 16-18 years. Data Analysis methods use the spearman rank technique and SPSS Version 23 for windows. Hypothesis test results show a significance value of 0,037  where is p<0.05, it means there is correlation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang. Other word that one of the factors that can influence adversity quotient is achievement motivation.
本研究旨在了解巨港高中学生成就动机与逆境商的相关关系,并采用相关定量研究。本研究假设巨港高中学生的成就动机与逆境商之间存在相关关系。研究样本共68人,分为3个班级,年龄从16岁到18岁不等。数据分析方法使用spearman rank技术和SPSS Version 23 for windows。假设检验结果显示显著性值为0.037,p<0.05,说明巨港高中学生的成就动机与逆境商存在相关关系。换句话说,影响逆境商的因素之一是成就动机。
