Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan model supervisi klinis terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan alat pengumpul data menggunakan angket. Sementara analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat sebaran sampel, dan tingkat perkembangan variabel penelitian, uji prasyarat analisis statistik, dan uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan) dalam analisis regresi linear berganda untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang diajukan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah guru TKIT, SDIT dan SMPIT Riyadh El Jannah Islamic School Bekasi sebanyak 67 orang guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifkan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan model supervisi klinis terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru di Sekolah Riyadh El Jannah Islamic School baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara simultan.
本研究旨在探讨校长管理能力和临床监督能力对教师创造性的影响,无论是部分的还是同时的。这项研究采用了利用数据收集工具的调查方法。而数据分析使用描述性分析来观察样本的分布和研究变量的发展速度、统计分析的先决条件测试、t(部分)和F(同时)测试来证明所提出的假设。这项研究的样本包括TKIT、SDIT和SMPIT El Jannah Islamic School的67名教师。这项研究的结果表明,无论是单独还是同时,利雅得尔雅那伊斯兰学校(Riyadh El Jannah Islamic School)教师教学能力的积极和理性反映。

The purpose of this research is to describe the preparation of PAI E-learning, efforts to increase students' understanding and motivation in PAI E-learning, the research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bogor City, from January to April 2022. The data sources in this study were teachers and students, the sample was determined. with non-probability, data collection by in-depth interviews and validated by Peer debriefing then analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the preparation of E-learning has been carried out by teacher since the first lesson wa implemented. Efforts to increase understanding of PAI and increase motivation are caried out by teacher and students together .

This study aims to analyze the differences (comparations) in the application of leadership styles in Islamic boarding schools, madrasas, and schools. The background of this research includes a multi-site study, namely at the Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School, MAN 1 Sibolga, and SMPN 1 Sibolga. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a comparative study method. Where, the researcher attempts to describe the problem of events through respondents or other data sources related to the leadership style at Pesantren Musthafawiyah (Mandailing Natal), MAN 1 Sibolga, and SMPN 1 Sibolga, then a comparison of leadership styles at the three educational institutions is made. The results of this study indicate that the application of the leadership style of Islamic boarding schools is different from the leadership style in madrasas and schools. This is because the leadership style of pesantren tends to be laissez faire and authoritarian based on the charismatic kyai (Islamic boarding school leader). While in schools and madrasas apply a democratic leadership style.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah implementasi kurikulum pendidikan Islam berbasis kearifan lokal dan upaya penanaman nilai-nilai Islam berbasis kearifan lokal dalam praktek pendidikan. Desain penelitian ini adalah Literature Review atau tinjauan pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) implementasi konsep merdeka belajar memang didesain agar peserta didik memiliki banyak alternatif kompetensi dan keterampilan yang relevan dikembangkan di masa depan. dikembangkan berbasis pemahaman dan pengamalan nilai-nilai tauhid secara radikal (mengakar kuat), kebebasan memilih dalam mengikuti perkuliahan dan praktik lapangan yang menjadi kebutuhan dan proyeksinya di masa depan: 2) Upaya menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam kearifan lokal dilakukan melalui nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam kearifan lokal yang telah ditanamkan melalui metode pembudayaan agama berupa nilai keimanan , nilai ibadah, nilai akhlak dengan memadukan kebiasaan agama Islam dalam kurikulum pendidikan merdeka belajar.
