This study aims to explain the influence of service quality and perceived value on customer satisfaction at Starbucks U S to understand first and second moments of truth . Consumers evaluate the quality when consumers buy an offer and when consuming it . This type of research is a quantitative study that uses the Hair theory, the sampling in this study uses a nonprobability sampling technique. The research population is 70 respondents who have been to Starbucks US as a sample of the author's study. The analysis tool uses SPSS ver 25 with a significance level of 0.05. Measurement variables, the measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale. The results of this study can prove the hypothesis proposed by the author because it is proven that good service quality can influence customer satisfaction, and perceived value influences customer satisfaction because customers offered a good value compared to the price . So that the results of this study, it can be concluded that service quality and perceived value have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Starbucks US. This study aims to analyze the effect of government spending on increasing the human development index (HDI) in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is the Fixed Effect Model and the Random Effect Model with 33 provinces in Indonesia. The results showed that government spending on the functions of the economy, health, education, and infrastructure had a statistical and significant effect on the human development index. In addition, the results of each component of the human development index (life expectancy, average length of schooling, and income per capita) have a significant effect. Expenditures on education, health, economy and infrastructure need to be considered by the government by increasing capital expenditures for the purposes of human resource capacity. In addition, investment in human capital in the form of research and development is devoted to the dropout community. Meanwhile, anti-corruption enforcement in the public sector must be increased so that the budget used for human resource development can run effectively and efficiently, especially human capital development. One of the government agencies that builds and manages flats is BP Batam. BP Batam has flats located in 5 industrial areas in Batam, namely Batu Ampar, Sekupang, Muka Kuning, Tanjung Uncang and Kabil. However, there are still many people who are not interested in living in BP Batam flats. Although the facilities provided are quite complete. The purpose of this study is to provide a marketing strategy for BP Batam in marketing their flats. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by using the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) in collecting data. The results of this study indicate that the IFAS Matrix is 2.48 and the EFAS Matrix is 2.76, so that the IE Matrix is in cell 5. Then the marketing strategy should be the SO (Strength-Opportunity) Strategy. The SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy was chosen because the strength value (1.825) in the IFAS Matrix is greater than the weakness value (0.6625). In addition, the opportunity value (1.717948718) on the EFAS Matrix is also greater than the threat value (1.051282051). The SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy consists of (1) increasing the offer of temporary housing contracts to industrial workers outside Batam, (2) construct development with evenly distributed facilities/infrastructure, and (3) construct developments that are located spread across Batam . Indonesia, which is part of Association of Southeast Asian Nations and Group of Twenty, participates in implementing sustainable economic development. There are still constraints in terms of macroeconomic development, such as employment which resulting in unemployment. This condition will affect the society and disrupt social and political stability. So it is necessary to conduct research related to unemployment. Purpose of this study is to analyze inflation effect, human development index, provincial minimum wage on unemployment in Indonesia. Used panel data regression method, with data from 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2015-2018. Unemployment is dependent variable with inflation, the human development index, and the provincial minimum wage as an independent variables. Accordance with the fixed effect model, results shown that inflation and human development index have a negative and significant effect on the unemployment in Indonesia, while the provincial minimum wage is not significant to the unemployment in Indonesia. To reducing unemployment, government can increasing their regions potentials, good regulations, and also society creativity and education. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan aplikasi database untuk mengolah data, pemenuhan kebutuhan sistem (hardware dan software), dan kebutuhan pengguna (brainware) untuk mendukung penerapan aplikasi database pada kegiatan manajemen sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengamati dan mencatat fakta-fakta yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di tiga sekolah menengah pertama negeri. Informan penelitian ini terdiri dari tenaga kependidikan dan pendidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah-sekolah yang diteliti telah menerapkan aplikasi database untuk mengolah data pada kegiatan manajemen sekolah, pemenuhan kebutuhan sistem (hardware dan software) telah disesuaikan dengan perkembangan tren teknologi terbaru, dan pemenuhan kebutuhan pengguna (brainware) telah dikelola dengan baik melalui pelatihan yang berkesinambungan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para tenaga kependidikan dan pendidik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program penyiapan calon kepala sekolah dengan model in-on-in. Fokus penelitiannya yaitu pada pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) yang terdiri dari tahap in-service learning 1 (ISL1), on the job learning (OJL), dan in-service learning 2 (ISL2). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur kepada lulusan program dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Kriteria dependabilitas, kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dan komfirmabilitas diterapkan untuk menjamin kualitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan program pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) calon kepala sekolah (CKS) di Indonesia secara umum senada dengan trend pengembangan program penyiapan CKS di berbagai negara. Kurikulumnya komperhensif dan koheren yang mengkaitkan antara pengetahuan teoritis yang diberikan melalui pembelajaran di kelas dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis melalui magang di sekolah pada tahap OJL. Diklat juga telah menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran orang dewasa dan mengevaluasi tingkat penguasaan kompetensi peserta diklat. Model diklat ini dirasakan lulusan telah mendukung penguasaan kompetensi kepala sekolah yang mereka butuhkan saat menjabat. Namun demikian, hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat beberapa aspek dari komponen pelaksanaan diklat yang perlu ditingkatkan. Aspek tersebut yaitu: relevansi kurikulum dengan tugas pekerjaan dan tanggung jawab kepala sekolah saat ini, kualitas mentor dan pementorannya saat peserta melaksanakan magang di sekolah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi pendidikan dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Lokasi penelitian yaitu sekolah dasar negeri (SDN) di Kecamatan Kajoran Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. 144 guru dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian dengan teknik area proportionate random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus regresi sederhana dan ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi pendidikan dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru secara sendiri-sendiri atau bersama-sama. Implikasinya yaitu peningkatan kinerja guru perlu memperhatikan ketiga variabel yang mempengaruhi tersebut.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi pendidikan dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru secara sendiri-sendiri atau bersama-sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program pengembangan layanan perpustakaan sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Bantul. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala perpustakaan, tenaga pengelola perpustakaan sekolah, dan relawan pustakawan muda. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) bentuk program pengembangan layanan perpustakaan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Bantul meliputi kegiatan layanan untuk difabel, narapidana, dan kegiatan di panti jompo; (2) proses pelaksanaan kegiatan layanan perpustakaan terdiri atas: (a) layanan untuk difabel dengan mengundang siswa difabel dari luar sekolah untuk mengikuti kegiatan story telling; (b) layanan bagi narapidana dilakukan dengan mengganti koleksi setiap dua bulan sekali; dan (c) layanan di panti jompo dilakukan dengan mengganti koleksi dalam jangka waktu dua bulan sekali dan memberi pendampingan bagi manula dalam memanfaatkan koleksi.
