Purpose – The purpose of this research is to reveal the potential interest tendency of Gen Z in choosing the theme of religious studies, when Gen Z has an open character but does not want to be bound by a religious system that is too strict based on student experience. Design/methods/approach – This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The focus of this phenomenological research is the researcher's curiosity about students' experiences in behavior and the extent of their perceptions related to the selection of religious studies in successive time series that occur to respondents. Respondents in this study consisted of 40 students from different schools. The respondents were selected by purposive sampling. The data analysis used is based on Bogdan and Biklen's method. Findings – The experience of students in participating in the study tends to lead to themes that are easy to enjoy such as the theme of fiqh and akhlaq. This diversity shows the openness and openness of this shows the potential for more moderation in religious views and attitudes. Research implications/limitations – Opening up knowledge is related to awareness of the importance of choosing religious studies, especially for the younger generation or known as Gen Z. Therefore, it is important to help teenagers to choose places for religious studies that do not lead to radicalism to the point of destroying proper understanding. Apart from that, the first step to start is through school. Schools should be more responsive and increase their sensitivity regarding student potential. Originality/value – This research still has limitations, especially in collecting the number of respondents. Hopefully future researchers can minimize this deficiency, and subsequent research can be more perfect. Apart from that, future researchers can also measure the extent of religious literacy in students so that the studies that can be given can be measured well.

Purpose – This study aims to provide a comprehensive and novel conceptual analysis, revealing the relationship between “moral,” “morality,” “akhlaq,” and “character,” examining their similarities and differences to provide a more comprehensive understanding of their role in Islamic Religious Education (IRE). Design/methods/approach – This study uses an in-depth conceptual analysis approach, dissecting these terms through a multi-stage process: 1) an extensive literature review to understand historical and contemporary definitions, 2) a comparison of these definitions to identify similarities and discrepancies, 3) contextual exploration that considers cultural and linguistic uses in different societies, and 4) theoretical applications based on insights from functionalist theory, Sufi psychology, and Tazkiyah theory. Findings – The study used an in-depth conceptual analysis approach, dissecting these terms through a multi-stage process: 1) an extensive literature review to understand historical and contemporary definitions, 2) a comparison of these definitions to identify similarities and discrepancies, 3) a contextual exploration that considers cultural and linguistic uses in different societies, and 4) theoretical applications based on insights from functionalist theory, Sufi psychology, and the theory of Tazkiyah. Purpose – This study aims to identify the best implementation strategies in transformative Islamic education, explore transformative Islamic education activities that can inspire transformative learning, and analyze the transformation of Islamic education in Indonesia through curriculum transformation. Design/methods/approach – This research approach uses library research. Literature studies are obtained from various sources such as scientific journals, books, seminar papers, and related publications. The paradigm of data analysis in this study includes data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusions. Findings – The researchers obtained three findings in this study. First, there are two best implementation strategies when implementing transformative education: A). To offer critical thinking opportunities b). To offer opportunities to act from a new perspective. Second, there are five transformative educational activities that can inspire transformative learning, including: a). Job shadowing; B). Scenario-based education; C). Cultural adaptation in the workplace; D). Career change; and e). Establish cooperation with various educational institutions. Third, one of the education transformations that has been carried out in Indonesia is by transforming the curriculum starting in 1947, 1964, 1968, 1973, 1975, 1984, 1994, 1997, 2004, 2006, 2013, and current curriculum. The independent learning (self-regulated learning) curriculum has reached its 22nd episode Research Implications/Limitations – Data sources are limited to online and offline scientific literature. Future researchers can use in-depth interview and observation techniques to make the results more reliable Originality/value – The findings of this study provide an overview of implementation strategies and transformative Islamic education activities in a new perspective.

Purpose – Given the various challenges faced by teachers in making PTK reports, this study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the Cluster-Mentoring-based mentor program in supporting the sustainability of competency programs for Islamic Education teachers at the Junior High School level in Sleman District. Design/methods/approach – This case study evaluated the implementation of a Cluster-Mentoring-supported PTK training program among Islamic education teachers from 14 secondary schools participating in the PTK and Mendeley training using observations, online interviews, and documentation for data collection, by applying purposive sampling techniques. Findings – This study aims to improve the understanding of Islamic Education teachers in Sleman District about PTK preparation for junior high school, using Zoom meeting-based online training and Cluster-Mentoring methods and practices. The training was practical, with 63% of teachers having no difficulty finding research problems, 57% having no difficulty creating background problems, and 70% finding Mendeley app training easy to understand. After Mendeley’s training, 87.5% of trainees were able to use the app to create writing references. Cluster-Mentoring Grouping also helped participants understand the material better. Research implications/limitations – This study only focuses on variables related to PTK training programs, specifically the Cluster-Mentoring model and training outcomes. The study did not analyze other variables, such as teacher obstacles and attitudes. Originality/value – This study aims at providing an overview of competency development programs through PTK training assistance and delays using the Cluster-Mentoring method for Islamic Education teachers in Secondary Schools in Sleman.

This research is motivated by the learning conditions of students in classes, especially in SKI subjects, which tend to be boring because the method that is always used is lectures, so that students sometimes do not focus on learning, are easily distracted from concentration, and also easily decrease their learning motivation. Teachers rarely use other methods of learning and choose to hold quizzes and use video media to keep students focused on learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the strategy Index Card Match to increase student motivation in SKI subjects. The method used in this research is quantitative experimental type. This research was conducted in class X MAN 2 Garut in the 2022/2023 academic year. With a quasi-experimental research method. The variable in this study is Strategy Implementation Index Card Match (X) and Student Learning Motivation (Y). The population in this study were all students of class X MAN 2 Garut. The sample in this study was taken by technique purposive sampling , namely class X IIS 1 as the experimental class and class X IIS 3 as the control class. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, documentation, tests, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques in this study, namely testing the hypothesis using the average similarity test formula (test). The results of this study show the average value posttest experimental class 89 and posttest control class 85. After conducting the t test, the results obtained were t count (thitung) = 4.39 > t table (ttabel) = 2.71, meaning that it is located in the H₁ reception area. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in final ability after being given different treatments. The results of the questionnaire correlation test were 0.610 with t count (thitung) 4.80 > t table (ttabel) 2.02, then H₁ is accepted and H₀ is rejected. So there is an increase between Strategies Index Card Match with Student Learning Motivation in the SKI subject for class X students at MAN 2 Garut.

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil analisis berupa kajian literatur pada hasil penelitian mengenai urgensi kebersihan lingkungan sekolah dalam pandangan agama islam. Literatur review dilakukan pada sepuluh artikel yang di publikasikan pada berbagai jurnal dari tahun 2014 sampai 2022. Literatur review dilakukan dengan 4 langkah yaitu melakukan pencarian dan penyeleksian artikel yang berkaitan dengan topik yang sudah ditentukan, melakukan analisis dan sintesis literatur, dan melakukan organisasi tulisan.hasil kajian pustaka. Analisisnya menunjukan bahwa: 1) Dengan adanya kebersihan lingkungan dapat menumbuhkan karakter siswa terhadap kepedulian dan kedisiplinan kebersihan lingkungan sekitar. 2) Keberadaan lingkungan sekolah yang bersih memiliki banyak manfaat, salah satunya kebersihan kelas dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa. 3) Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga lingkungan sekolah salah satunya dengan cara penggunaan bank sampah, karena dengan adanya bank sampah dapat meminimalisir terjadinya sampah yang berserakan di lingkungan sekolah. 4) Pentingnya kebersihan dapat diperkuat dengan adanya pandangan agama islam tentang kebersihan. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa kebersihan lingkungan sekolah memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi aktivitas pembelajaran. Sebagaimana disebutkan dalam hadits yang diriwatkan oleh Tirmidzi bahwa Rosullullah bersabda : “Sesungguhnya Allah SWT itu suci dan menyukai hal hal yang suci, Dia maha bersih dan menyukai kebersihan”. Literatur review dilakukan pada sepuluh artikel yang di publikasikan pada berbagai jurnal dari tahun 2014 sampai 2022. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kajian literatur mengenai pentingnya internalisasi moderasi beragama dalam pendiidkan islam. Analisis pada artikel ini menggunakan empat langkah kajian literatur, yaitu pemilihan topik yang akan direview, mencari dan menyeleksi artikel yang berkaitan dengan topik, menganalisis dan mensintesis literatur, dan mengorganisasikan tulisan. Hasil kajian pustaka dan analisisnya menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan agama islam berperan penting dalam proses pembentukan karakter, sikap dan perilaku seorang muslim. Kajian mengani konsep toleransi, moderasi dan multicultural menjadi bahasan penting dalam muatan pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam. Dalam konteks idelanya, moderasi beragama menjadi dasar penting yang perlu di internalisasikan guna menghadapi adanya keberagaman baik dalam konteks agama, suku, bahasa dan pandangan pribadi dalam kehidupan. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa moderasi beragama sangat penting untuk di internalisasikan baik di jenjang sekolah, pesantren, dan perguruan tinggi.

Allah swt menciptakan manusia berbeda dengan makhluk lainnya yaitu mempunyai akal untuk berpikir, akal tidak akan berkembang secara sempurna apabila tidak melakukan proses pendidikan. Salah satunya kita harus bisa mempunyai rasa keimanan, ketaqwaan kepada Allah swt dan bertingkah laku sesuai ajaran islam. Maka adanya mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak di MI, MTS dan MA yang dapat menunjang keduanya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas pembelajaran akidah di madrasah ibtidaiyah yang berkenaan dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan kesulitan dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif serta metode deskriptif untuk bisa menjelaskan, merangkai, menggambarkan dan menjawab permasalahan yang akan diteliti dengan lebih detail dan terperinci. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian antara lain: Pertama, perencanaan pembelajaran, RPP dibuat berdasarkan standar kompetensi dan kompetensi dasar. Kedua, pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran disesuaikan berdasarkan RPP yang telah dirancang oleh guru mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak dengan memperhatikan beberapa hal dalam pelaksanaannya seperti media, metode dan kurikulum yang digunakan. Ketiga, kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh guru mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak yaitu adanya ketidaksinkronan dengan orangtua. Keempat, evaluasi dilakukan secara tertulis seperti ujian dan penilaian terhadap keseharian peserta didik dalam bertingkah laku. Kelima, indikator yang terjadi pada peserta didik setelah mempelajari mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak yaitu adanya perubahan akhlak.

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh masalah yang di alami oleh para peserta didik di kelas VIII MTs Al-Musaddadiyah Garut yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang masih di bawah KKM khususnya pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih. Maka dari itu di adakannya penelitian ini tentang Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas VIII MTs Al-Musaddadiyah Garut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Kuantitatif eksperimen. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw memberikan peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar siswayang signifikan dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar di kelas kontrol, dapat dilihat dari data hasil observasi guru yang presentasenya 80,00% dan siswa 84,15% yang terinterpretasi baik sekali dan dari hasil data pretest dan postest baik kelas eksperimen maupun kelas kontrol. Nilai rata-rata pretest pada kelas eksperimen yaitu 67,00 dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yairu 77,00. Setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw rata-rata pada kelas eksperimen meningkat yaitu 89,00 dan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode ceramah 80,00. Dari hasil pretest ke hasil posttest kelas eksperimen terdapat peningkatan sebanyak 33% dan posttest kelas kontrol hanya mengalami peningkatan 15%.

Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam pembahasan artikel ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode dalam proses pembelajaran sangat mendukung pendidik dan peserta didik. Hal ini karena metode merupakan sistematisasi dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan yang dicapai. Dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap keberhasilan belajar, karena dengan metode materi pembelajaran dapat disampaikan dengan lebih mudah dipahami oleh peserta didik.
