The government has established AFHS to address the problem of adolescents but there continues to be an increase in problems in adolescents. The initial survey showed that no evaluation of the AFHS program had been conducted, so it was not known the percentage of success achievements in the AFHS program. Andalas Health Center is a health center that has the largest number of teenagers in Padang City. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the Adolescent Friendly Health Services (AFHS) program at Andalas Health Center in 2021.This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The selection of informants using the Purposive Sampling be technique amounted to 14 people. Data collection is done with in-depth interviews, FGD and document review. Processing and analyzing data using source triangulation and triangulation techniques with a system approach.The results of AFHS on the input component, there are already policies governing AFHS, human resources are sufficient, existing funds are sufficient, facilities such as AFHS special space do not yet exist and the methods used are in accordance with sops. Based on the process component, the planning and organizing section is in accordance with the guidelines of the implementation and supervision section has not been implemented thoroughly. Based on the output component, the AFHS program has not reached the target in National Standard of AFHS because there are activities that have not been carried out during the pandemic. It can be concluded that the implementation of AFHS has not gone well because many activities are not carried out. It is hoped that in the future Health Center can increase cooperation with the Ministry of Education.

Adolescence is an age in search of self-identity with a great curiosity, one of which is related to sexuality. This is a trigger that can increase sexual desire in adolescents to open pornographic sites. Coupled with the Covid-19 pandemic, which makes teenagers have a lot of time to use technology in processing with school assignments, it increases the opportunities for teenagers to access media containing pornographic content. The purpose of this study is to define the attitudes and behavior of teenagers towards pornography that is brave during the covid-19 pandemic. This research method is quantitative with descriptive analysis design on 50 teenagers at STIKES Nani Hasanuddin Makassar who come from several tribes in South Sulawesi as respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that 46 adolescents (92%) have positive attitudes and behaviors towards pornography. Suggestion for the followig study is to examine more deeply about the factors that influnce positive attitudes and behaviour of adolescents towards online pornography in South Sulawesi.

Knowledge of coagulopathy in cancer and COVID-19 is important to be understood by clinicians on duty, especially in referral hospitals in order to do appropriate monitoring and management according to the patient's condition and prevent morbidity and mortality in cancer patients who also suffer from COVID-19. Objective: to determine the difference in plasma D-dimer levels in patients with gynaecological cancer with COVID-19 and without COVID-19 who were treated at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Methods: the study used an analytical research design with a retrospective cohort approach. The Mann Whitney U test was performed because the assumption of normality was not met. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate Chi Square analysis. Results: gynaecological cancer patients who are confirmed positive for COVID-19 mostly (79.2%) have abnormal plasma D Dimer levels (>500 gr/dL), gynaecological cancer patients who are not confirmed positive for COVID-19 mostly (84.9%) have abnormal plasma D Dimer levels (>500 gr/dL), Mann Whitney test on differences in plasma D-Dimer levels in gynaecological cancer patients with COVID-19 and without COVID-19 can be concluded that: there is no difference in plasma D-Dimer levels in patients with gynaecological cancer accompanied by COVID-19 and without COVID-19, Chi Square test can be concluded: there is no relationship between plasma D-Dimer levels in patients with gynaecological cancer accompanied by COVID-19 (p=0.447).

The use of information and communication technology in the health care sector and especially in hospitals offers great potential to improve service quality, efficiency, individual effectiveness, and can reduce structural costs. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a behavioral model that is useful for answering the question of why many information technology systems fail to be implemented because the users do not have the behavioral intention to use them. The purpose of the study was to see how the use of SIMRS for officers at Adnaan WD Payakumbuh Hospital. This research is qualitative with the technique of determining the informants using purposive sampling as many as 11 people. The results showed that the implementation of SIMRS in terms of actual usage of SIMRS for users in RSUD dr. WD Payakumbuh, which is known as silakeh, has not been operated in all units, and has not been connected to all polyclinics, this system has only been operated at outpatient registration, inpatient care, emergency rooms and pharmacies. For this reason, it is hoped that in the future the hospital will be able to operate SIMRS Silakeh in all units at Adnaan WD Payakumbuh Hospital.
