Although Hadith is one of the main sources of Islamic teachings but the science of Hadith has received less attention from scholars who concern on Islamic studies in Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKI) in Indonesia. This can be seen from the lack of research on Hadith manuscripts. This study is intended to fill the gap and aims at mapping the theme and pattern of writing of Hadith manuscripts founded in the collection of the National Library of Republic of Indonesia. Of the 32 Hadith manuscripts, only 11 have been studied. The method used refers to the codicology and theory of ilmu Fahrah al-Ḥadīṡ. The findings of this study are that 1) it is assumed, from the theme mapping, that those Hadith manuscripts are summaries of the main Hadith books, whose content is related to the problem of the occult, the Prophet’s moral (akhlaq), virtues of deeds (fadhilat al-a’mal), encouragement of good (targhib) and discouragement of evil (tarhib). School of nature is a criticism of conventional school implementation through best practice that is different from schools in general. Some of these schools are based on religious values or nuances. Recent development in the management model of nature schools is still not widely studied. This study aims at determining the implementation of curriculum management at this school of nature. This qualitative research uses a case study technique conducted at the Alam Insan Mulia School (SAIM) Surabaya. The results of study suggest that the SAIM curriculum is integrated with nature including: physical nature, contextual learning, and psychological realms. The implementation of its curriculum basically refers to the national curriculum but is done with fun learning. In Kindergarten level, it emphasizes learning through play; in elementary, the curriculum applies the pattern of integrated learning, joyful learning and cooperative learning. While in junior high school, it uses a national curriculum enriched with an international curriculum (Cambridge checkpoint and geographic learning) and senior high school follows a national curriculum enriched with an international-minded curriculum designed to develop an entrepreneurial spirit

Slametan Bersih Desa is a Javanese folklore in Krisik village. Ujub as oral literature is the richness of Indonesian culture. In facing challenges of the modern era, speakers of ujub are less from the young generation. Most of them are from the old generation. This research is qualitative research with structural and ethnographic approaches. The focuses of the problem are (1) the performance of orality ujub in the tradition of Bersih Desa, (2) the object and the theme of prayer in ujub Bersih desa, and (3) the communication of the three worlds in ujub Bersih desa. This research aims to describe the performance of ujub orality, objects, and themes of prayer, and communication of the three worlds which become the function of ujub orality in order to increase documentation and interpretation of the richness of oral literature as Indonesian folklore. By knowing the performance and the formulas of the ujub orality, it is easier for the younger generation of speakers to formulate the memory of ujub orality. The research shows that performance of ujub presented at the main ritual of slametan has a pattern of matra free text, has a rhyme of asonasi, desonasi, and alliteration, the rhythm of efony, and contains the formulaic pattern and formulaic expressions. The content of the prayer in ujub got influences from Islam and it has syncretism between the religion of Islam and the traditions of Java. The text of ujub has a function to communicate the three worlds which are between the humans’ world, the spirits world, and the God world.

ABSTRACT The obligation to face the kibla for people in Mecca is not being a problem. Because they can see the ka’bah easily, but for the people that have a distance from Mecca, absolutely appearing a new problem. Kibla direction problem also happened in Masjid Nurul Iman Balang Karanglo Klaten Selatan, this problem began from re-measuring kibla direction and as result make two different opinions. In this research aimed to how is determination of Masjid Nurul Iman kibla direction in the perspective of Astronomy and Sociology. This research included into qualitative research with the focus of field research. The important finding in this research that is. The determination of Masjid Nurul Iman kibla direction in the Astronomy perspective is seen from process of its determination using variety methods with different accuracy: Compass, Raṣd al-Qiblah, Theodolite, Istiwaaini and Google Earth. While, the determination from Sociology perspective look that Masjid Nurul Iman not only as the worship place for Islamic Society in Karanglo Village, South of Klaten, but also for society understanding symbol regarding to kibla direction. Narasi selalu ada menyertai kehidupan masyarakat, membentuk gambaran mengenai banyak hal tentang mereka. Narasi dapat menggambarkan bagaimana pikiran, harapan dan prilaku masyarakat, langsung atau tidak langsung. Narasi yang ditampilkan melalui bahasa memiliki kekuatan lebih untuk memvisualisasi kekayaan budaya penggunanya. Kehadiran istilah tertentu dalam bahasa masyarakat tertentu menunjukkan kekayaan penggunanya. Oleh karena itu, bahasa sering dilihat sebagai jendela untuk melihat sesuatu yang terdapat dalam komunitas pengguna.Tulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat bagaimana narasi melalui kehadiran istilah tertentu pada suku Kebahan, Melawi, yang terkait resolusi konflik. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi di Nanga Pinoh dan sekitarnya, pada Oktober 2017, menunjukkan bahwa penutur Kebahan memiliki istilah dan narasi tentang hidup rukun. Konsep Kebahan Penyelopat, ngawa’, kritik Kerampak Kebahan, dan lain-lain, merupakan contoh bagaimana mereka mengingatkan diri tentang peran dan kedudukan mereka sebagai penyeimbang dalam masyarakat majemuk. Posisi ini terus dikukuhkan melalui pengukuhan identitas Kebahan dan penanaman kesadaran bahwa Kebahan dapat merangkul orang yang berbeda agama (Islam dan Katolik) karena mereka dapat "masuk" ke dalam suku-suku tersebut.

This research is about to analyze the contents of messages posted by instagram @persatuan_pribumi account. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach with constructivism paradigm and with netnography method. This study aims to understand the extent to which these accounts and their interactions speak about religion and politics as well as how the spirituality is owned by the account. Religion ridden by political interests, poorly intellectual, emotionally embodied comments in spirituality, proves that it takes serious effort from all walks of life to sterilize social media from negative content. This research also provides an understanding of what is actually happening in the instagram of @persatuan_pribumi account when they talk about religion and politics.

This research uses qualitative descriptive approach with constructivism paradigm and with netnography method. This study aims to understand the extent to which these accounts and their interactions speak about religion and politics as well as how the spirituality is owned by the account. Religion ridden by political interests, poorly intellectual, emotionally embodied comments in spirituality, proves that it takes serious effort from all walks of life to sterilize social media from negative content. ABSTRAKPertumbuhan masjid bertambah dari tahun ke tahun. Pemerintah pada tahun 2014 telah menetapkan syarat-syarat minimal pengelolaan masjid sesuai tipologinya yaitu dari tingkat pusat hingga tingkat desa. Di antara fungsi masjid yang disarankan pemerintah selain menjalankan kepentingan ibadah ritual adalah menjadi sarana ibadah sosial di bidang ekonomi, pendidikan, sosial budaya, dan lainnya. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif mengungkap persepsi masyarakat terhadap variabel X (pengelolaan masjid) (jami di tingkat desa/kelurahan) dan variabel Y (pemberdayaannya umat) serta mengukur besaran pengaruhnya di Kab. Ponorogo dan Kab. Bojonegoro. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan masjid di kedua Kabupaten secara umum dapat dikatakan sudah baik demikian pula pada pemberdayaan umat. Hasil data memperlihatkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap dua variabel di Ponorogo lebih baik dari Bojonegoro meskipun hanya berselisih 2% dan 10%. Hasil pengukuran pengaruh (regresi) pengelolaan masjid terhadap pemberdayaan umat di kedua Kabupaten menyatakan bahwa korelasi kedua variabel cukup kuat. Besaran pengaruh pengelolaan masjid terhadap pemberdayaan umat sebesar 53% untuk Ponorogo dan 54% untuk Bojonegoro. Catatan yang ditemukan dari penelitian adalah masih adanya kelemahan pada aspek pengorganisasian dan pelaksanaan dalam variabel pengelolaan masjid, serta aspek pengorganisasian lokal masyarakat pada pemberdayaan umat. Secara umum, masjid dinilai masih kurang dalam memperhatikan pemberdayaan ekonomi jamaah serta kajian untuk remaja.Kata Kunci: pengelolaan masjid, pemberdayaan umat, pengaruh, persepsi

The Islamic activism movement in the Surakarta and surrounding areas is metamorphosis by forming (new community) in the local political level in the form of recitation or small halaqoh in the mosque as a form of cadre processing. From these small halaqoh then they established educational institutions, non profit charity institutions, and media procurement,that is intended for the ideologization business by forming a small community known as the laskar or front which drives of Islamic activism group in Surakarta and its surrounding. From that statement, the research about their on models and networks of halaqoh is important tobe studied. This research was descriptive qualitative research, the data collection is done through three ways: direct observation in a mosque halaqoh based on a radical understanding in Surakarta, in-depth interviews on their halaqoh network, and documentation. The data analysis technique was an interactive analysis model, including three stages: data reduction, data display; and drawing conclusions. The obtained conclusion will be verified by its truth and validity by two ways, they are triangulation of data; and review of informants. Halaqoh reviewed from social movements requires a group of people to reject or accept the value in a organized way. With this model, the mosque becomes the basis for their regeneration it also has a signifcant role, to accelerate the spread of Islamic-ideology in the society. The overwhelming halaqoh held in some mosques in Surakarta, such as Jami 'MUI, Marwah Nurul Huda UNS and Sampangan, principally utilize the open political structure of post-reforms in 1998. According to Resources Mobilization of Theory-the overflow of resources in every mosque, network, economic access, and so on can carry out the encouraging the society or the congregation to have power, capability, potential to make alteration. In the framing of the discourse, halaqoh of Islamic activism such as Jami 'MUI and Nurul Huda mosque massively produce the discourse through various media so that the discourse is reportedly gotten by the lower society. The Framing could be in the form of halaqoh, recitation, Friday sermon, newsletter, or through the social media such as facebook and live streaming TV, they already have this all.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripkan, menganalisis, dan menyimpulkan model manajemen pendidikan pada SMPIT Nurul Islam Tengaran Kabupaen Semarang. Manajemen pendidikan yang diimplementasikan pada SMPIT Nurul Islam Tengaran dapat dipahami sebagai manajemen modern. Maksudnya manajemen yang diberlakukan bukan lagi sentralistik, kharismatik atau bahkan bukan manajemen one man one show sebagaimana pada kebanyakan lembaga pendidikan swasta agama Islam. Hal itu dapat diketahui dari komponen manajemen (perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan) yang diterapkan. Selain itu implementasi manajemen sudah di dasarkan melalui proses analisis lingkungan strategis, analisis pendidikan dewasa ini, berpijak pada visi, misi, tujuan sekolah, mempunyai program stategis, terdapat strategi pelaksanaan/pencapaian, dan hasil yang diharapkan. Pelaksanaan pendidikan boarding school (ma’had) pada SMPIT Nurul Islam adalah dalam rangka membekali para santri/peserta didik dengan kultur kepesantrenan, yaitu pendalaman ilmu agama, mondok, kepatuhan (ta’at), keteladanan, kesalehan, kemandirian, kedisiplinan, kesederhanaan, toleransi (tasamuh), rendah hati, ketabahan, dan kesetiakawanan.
