Implementasi Manajemen Pembelajaran Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 Di Institut Agama Hindu Negeri Tampung Penyang Palangka Raya 印度潘基拉邦坦帕朗学院工业革命学习管理4.0的实施

Bergulirnya revolusi industry 4.0. memberikan beberapa tantangan antara lain hilangnya beberapa pekerjaan dan memunculkan pekerjaan baru, sehingga dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Institut Agama Hindu Negeri Tampung Penyang (IAHN-TP) Palangka Raya sebagai Lembaga pendidikan tinggi keagamaan diharapkan menghasilkan lulusan kreatif, berkarakter, kompeten dan inovatif yang hanya dapat dilakukan melalui penciptaan kondisi pembelajaran kondusif yang didukung oleh manajemen pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian dapat menghasilkan sebuah sintesa mengenai bagaimana manajemen pembelajaran di IAHN-TP Palangka Raya pada era revolusi industry 4.0 memenuhi kualifikasi kemampuan lulusan yang dapat bersaing dan berkompetensi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif (descriptive research). Penelitian dilaksanakan di IAHN-TP Palangka Raya. Peneliti mengumpulkan berbagai informasi dari pendidik dan peserta didik yang melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan prinsip manajemen pembelajaran. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan kompetensi yang ada di era revolusi industri 4.0 terdapat adanya inovasi dan sejumlah terobosan yang dihasilkan oleh dosen dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dalam bentuk pengembangan kurikulum serta penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi dalam melakukan beberapa pendekatan dan strategi pembelajaran. Semua proses inovasi dan terobosan dalam proses pembelajaran didukung adanya kemampuan pendidik dalam melaksanakan prinsip-pribsip manajemen pembelajaran yang baik.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan kompetensi yang ada di era revolusi industri 4.0 terdapat adanya inovasi dan sejumlah terobosan yang dihasilkan oleh dosen dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dalam bentuk pengembangan kurikulum serta penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi dalam melakukan beberapa pendekatan dan strategi pembelajaran. GENEOLOGI INTELEKTUAL ULAMA AWAL ABAD XX DI KABUPATEN BULUKUMBA DAN BANTAENG SULAWESI SELATAN

After the opening of the Suez Canal in the early twentieth century, Muslims in the archipelago massively carried out pilgrimage ( Hajj ) as well as deepening religious knowledge in Mecca and Medina. This had an impact on the emergence of Muslim clerics ( ulama ) from the archipelago who took part in both cities and returned to their homeland. These ulama are scholarly interconnected, when they were studying in the holy land and doing missionary ( da'wah ) in their hometowns. This article reveals the history of intellectual genealogy of the twentieth century of Bugis scholars in the districts of Bulukumba and Bantaeng, South Sulawesi. This study uses a historical approach and the data collected through interview, documentation, and observation. The results showed that, first , the history of intellectual genealogy of Muslim scholars in the early twentieth century in Bulukumba and Bantaeng was formed when the socio-political dynamics of the Middle East in 1920 over the victory of Ibn Saud became a revival symbol for the Wahabi group impacted by the arrival of the Ahlul Sunnah wal Jamaah scholars to the Archipelago. The return of the knowledge seekers had a positive impact on the development of the transmission of religious knowledge to local people who wanted to gain knowledge from these scholars. Second , the figures of the early twentieth century scholars in Bulukumba and Bantaeng eventually formed intellectual geneology between teacher and pupil. The transfer of religious knowledge at that time was carried out at variety of venues: houses, mosques (mushala) which also functioned as a place of worship and for the learning process.

KESALEHAN RITUAL DAN KESALEHAN SOSIAL SISWA MUSLIM SMA DI EKS KARESIDENAN SURAKARTA 前苏拉卡塔市穆斯林学生的仪式和社会上的虔诚

Religious education encompasses two dimensions of human life, namely the cultivation of piety towards God and the development of sense of humanity towards others, or ritual and social piety. But in reality, these two things in education are less integrated so that they become dichotomy and even gap between ritual and social piety. This study is quantitative which aims at measuring and analyzing ritual and social piety of high school Muslim students in the ex-Surakarta Residency based on their gender. The assumption built in this study is that Islamic Education in schools is able to give birth to ritual and social piety of their students. There are two research questions: first, what is the category of ritual and social piety of high school Muslim students at the ex-Surakarta Residency?. Second, what is the difference between ritual and social piety of high school Muslim students at the ex-Surakarta Residency based on their gender?. The null hypothesis (H0) built in this study is: there is no difference between ritual and social piety of male and female Muslim students. By using descriptive analysis and ANOVA test, this study found two things; first, ritual and social piety of high school Muslim students in the ex-Surakarta Residency are good. Second, there is no difference between ritual and social piety in male high school Muslim students. There is difference in ritual and social piety of female students and also difference in ritual and social piety of male and female high school Muslim students in the exSurakarta Residency.

BIMBINGAN KONSELING ISLAM BAGI PASIEN RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT ROEMANI MUHAMMADIYAH SEMARANG

The psychiatric conditions of patients being treated in hospitals vary so that physical, psychological, medical and spiritual services are needed for all patients. This shows the importance of holistic treatment including medical and non-medical actions which enable them to get motivation, entertainment, support, suggestions, empathy and various matters relating to the psychological aspects. This study is intended to reveal the importance and implementation of Islamic counselling at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital Semarang. As a qualitative field research, data were collected through free interviews, participant observation, and documentation. All data were analyzed by the phenomenological approach and descriptive analysis using the logic of induction, deduction, and reflection. The findings suggested that Islamic counseling is needed for inpatients because everyone always has four dimensions: biological or physical, psychological, social, and spiritual. These four dimensions are one unit that is interrelated to determine the quality of one’s health. The existing Islamic guidance and counseling has not yet implemented a system of professional counseling services. The form of all services provided to patients is almost just guidance service model such as giving prayer, motivation, worship, and advices so that there has not been implemented counseling services. Moreover, many Islamic counseling service officers at Roemani hospital in Muhammadiyah Semarang have not fully understood the stages that must be performed by a counselor in providing counseling services.

PENGARUH SOFT SKILL PENDIDIK DAN EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP STRES AKADEMIK SISWA MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Academic stress is a condition in the form of physical, mental or emotional disorders caused by an incompatibility between the demands of environment and the actual resources of students so that they are increasingly burdened with various pressures and demands at school. The main objective of this study is to obtain empirical evidence on educator’s soft skills and student’s self-efficacy which led to student’s academic stress at State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) Tengaran of Semarang Regency. Population and sample of this study are XII grade student. The research sample of 125 respondents is determined by using quota random sampling. Data analysis technique uses regression analysis with the SPSS program (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 21.0. Based on the research data processing, the results of the study are as follows (1) educators’ soft skills have a significant effect on the students’ academic stress of 42,1% (2) self-efficacy has a significant effect on students’ academic stress of 49,5%. (3) educators’ soft skills and self-efficacy have a significant effect on students’ academic stress of 56,7%. While suggestion is (1) educators should continue to improve communication and social interaction with students so that they can carry out their activities happily without any coercion (2) educators must be more proactive in motivating students and building students’ confidence so they can rise in overcome their learning problems.

PERGESERAN RELASI BUDAYA TARI TOPENG AYU PADA MASYARAKAT TANON SEMARANG

Dance, for instance, Topeng Ayu from Tanon Semarang is one of Javanese cultures which becomes living tradition. It is a cultural expression of Tanon people on the outskirts of Semarang. As a symbol and identity of society, this dance has become a cultural agenda to promote cultural attractions and education. Although there is a shift from traditional to modern, Tanon people has still stood on the existing ancestral traditions.  This phenomenon is interesting to be studied from its symbolic interaction, namely form of shift and its influence on culture, especially Topeng Ayu Dance. This research is descriptive qualitative and aims at revealing the meaning of research object action. It uses a sociological approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed with an interactive analysis model. The findings of this study indicated that Topeng Ayu Dance is a folk art as well as product of the local culture of the Tanon people which has unique characteristic and symbol of local society. The term of Topeng Ayu initially means tata lempeng hayuning urip, philosophy of life that encourages people to live in peace, harmony, and tolerance in the midst of existing plurality. The symbols of this dance moves convey meanings namely respect, both when maju beksan, beksan and mundur beksan as a form of social interaction to create an open society.

The religiousity services had been given by Ditjen Bimas Buddha since 2007. The problem faced was how to meet public service users who partially cultured the village with limited land, budget, and personnel owned. This study aims to find out: 1) the public satisfaction level of the religiousity services in the 2018 service year, 2) service elements that need to be prioritized for improvement in 2019. This research uses the survey method in accordance with Permenpan RB No. 14 of 2017. The study found that: 1) the public satisfaction level towards religiousity services of the Ditjen Bimas Buddha in the 2018 service year is 3.0045 categories "C" means "Poor" quality, 2) service elements that need to be prioritized for improvement in 2019 are the capacity of the service room and the completeness of facilities and infrastructure, the timeliness of delivery of service products, and the acceleration of service products delivery.

MODAL SOSIAL SEBAGAI PENGUATAN IDENTITAS SOSIAL MASYARAKAT MUSLM DI BALI 社会资本强化巴厘岛MUSLM社会认同的基础

The majority of Balinese people embrace Hinduism and Hindu culture dominates social life in Bali Island. Besides Hindus, there are also Muslims who blend together in social life. This research aims at finding out how Muslim groups maintain their identity within the majority of Hindus. The data were collected using in-depth interviews, observation and collection of documents as secondary data to obtain additional information needed. The results showed that minority Muslim community tended to be cooperative to adopt the cultural values of the majority. This serves as social capital to build harmonious social relations with the majority group in Bali. Muslims’ effort is by means of accommodating Balinese culture such as clothing, names and house ornaments, even religious practices. In addition, respecting differences towards majority groups has become a part of their lives and expressed through cooperative attitude which is not only to local regulations but also to local customs. Economic independence is also as a modality for minority groups to sustain equal relations with the majority. Thus, they are able to survive in the majority of the Balinese Hindu community.

Teacher’s competencies are a key to the transformation of understanding and religious experience for students. They are pedagogical, personal, social, professional, and leadership competency. The study aims at knowing the reality of religious teacher’s competency in boarding schools and supporting and obstacle factors in improving their competency. It used a qualitative approach and data were collected through interviews, observation, and document review. The object of study was the boarding school educational unit, namely State Senior High School (MAN) 5 favorite in Parepare. The results of the study illustrated that Islamic education (PAI) teachers have competencies and skills as determined by the government such as the ability to motivate and protect students with different characters, having administrative skills in managing instructional learning materials, capability to read class situations when applying or using learning methods, to interpret learning programs to students and to deliver learning effectively and efficiently. The programs of religious teachers’ competency improvement include through the support of Subject Teacher Forum (MGMP) and in house training activities.

The development of information technology has not only brought positive values   in communication behavior but also a negative impact on digital literacy such as the spread of hoaxes, terrorism, and cyberbullying. Youth group is the most vulnerable group exposed to the bad influence of digital media. This paper presents the result of research on the religious digital literacy of religious organizations activism at the state Islamic senior high school (MAN) in Bandung. This study aims at knowing the digital literacy ability of religious organization activism at these schools in Bandung. This research is a quantitative study which uses questionnaire as a method of collecting data. The findings of this study show that the digital literacy of religious organization activism at the state Islamic senior high school (MAN) in Bandung is at the level of finding, using, and disseminating obtained religious information accessed through websites for the purpose of preaching. Social media is a digital platform often accessed and preferred by students instead of general and religious knowledge websites. Motivation of students in choosing these websites is because they like to search information as entertainment, easiness to visit, lots of choices, interesting languages, images and illustrations.
