The economic and productionactivity of the railway industry is influenced by the cycle of economic development when economic and financial crises create special conditions for the main activity of railway transport -carrying out the transportation process. The conditions of moderneconomic dynamics must be perceived as a correlation of the route of development of the railway industry, with the obligatory consideration of economic crises in the mechanism of activity. The resulting trend of the economic cycle is the dynamics of the gross domestic product and indicative of the efficiency of the reproduction process –the volume of capital investments and freight transportation. Railway transport of Ukraine, as a key component of the country's transport sector, which provides transport services in thesphereof production, circulation, and social sphere, performs a system-forming function in the cyclical mechanism and experiences the maximum load in the process of fluctuations, which is illustrated by the statistics of freight transportation and the dynamics of the gross domestic product during two major economic crises of 2008-2009 and 2019-2020. With a decrease in indicative indicators, the railway industry loses income from the main activity and the interest of investors. A new economic upswing depends on when the demand for the industry's products –for the transportation of goods and passengers -will increase. Taking into account the fact that the economic development cycle is an objective reality, and its dynamics are a reflection of the general dynamicsof the development of modern society under the influence of scientific and technological progress, the economic entity needs to take steps to anticipate, in the phase of elevation, so that with minimal losses meet and pass the crisisphase. Regarding the railway industry, these are steps to improve the investment policy with clearly defined priorities of investment activities, sources of financing investment programs taking into account specific features, improving the policy of fixedcapital management, forming countermeasures to investment risks, with their reorientation to the market situation, market monitoring and data forecast regarding the emergence of crisis phenomena, to promptly respond to economic changes through the mechanism of investment control, the use of world-class universal management methods in management. The adaptation of the work of railway transport to the conditions of dynamic economic cycles takes place against the background of changes in the system of economic values and requires the industry to master innovative technologies aimed at increasing the efficiency of work and expanding opportunities in new markets.

European legislation in accordance with Directive 2014/95/EU obligeslarge companies and entities of public interest to publish in reports information about policies, risks and results related to important areas of influence on the natural environment, respect for freedoms and human rights, compliance with diversity, anti-corruption and social responsibility. The need to obtain additional non-financial information creates a demand for the preparation of integrated reporting and the development of integrated thinking among specialists who prepare such reports and stakeholders. The prospects for the implementation of integrated reporting depend on the development of uniform rules and requirements, standards for compiling integrated reporting, the use of taxonomy tools, tagging and digitization of reporting information, blockchain technology and cloud services. In European countries, the demand for integrated reporting is observed both in the private and public sectors. Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Great Britain have the most experience in regulatory regulation of requirements for the preparation of integrated reporting. It has been established that among the guiding materials, the key documents for the preparation of integrated reporting in the EU are: the Integrated Reporting Framework, the Global ReportingInitiative, the Sustainable Development Goals, and the United Nations Global Compact. The combination of indicators and recommendations of these documents creates a complementary effect in the presentation of comprehensive information. The expansion of internationalstandards is inevitable not only in the field of integrated reporting but also in conducting external and internal auditingof non-financial information. The use of an integrated reporting structure reveals the capabilities and prospects of thereporting entity in creating value in the short, medium and long term, helps in combating fraud and corruption, data manipulation, presents reporting on the company's activities in a more transparent and holistic manner, satisfying the information needs of all interested parties.

At most industrial enterprises, current production volumes are set in accordance with the adopted policy of operating activity. This policy sets out the rule for deciding on production volumes based on information about orders received for products, losses that may occur and the volume of demand in future periods. An analysis of operating activity policies, which are most often used by industrial enterprises in random fluctuations in demand, shows that their use is accompanied by certain losses. They occur due to either partial downtime or excessive use of production capacity. In these circumstances, it is of interest to apply a policy of optimizing the duration of the collection of orders, according to which the amount of orders collected over several periods of time is evenly distributed over these periods during the execution of orders. But at the same time there is a risk of losing orders if the execution time of orders is very high. The aim of the work was to develop and analyze a model for optimizing the duration of order collection under conditions of their full execution and arbitrary laws of distribution of the probability of demand intensity (volume of orders). In the results of research, mathematical description of the expected operating effect is found depending on arbitrary statistical characteristics of demand intensity and the effect of reducing the intensity of demand in the case of increasing the duration of the collection of orders. The algorithm proposed by us allows us to find the probability functions of the average values of demand intensity for several units of time according to the data on the probability of the values of demand intensity for one period of time. The general content of the numerical method of optimizing the duration of order collection according to the criterion of the maximum expected operational effect for a single period of time is presented. The advantages of the policy of optimizing the duration of order collection, which consist in a more uniform intensity of the production process, reduction of losses from downtime and excessive capacity utilization, are shown.

The article deals with the issues of determining the fuel consumption for traction of diesel multiple unit trains of the fleet of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsya". The criteria for the optimality of mathematical models are formed and the method of fuel consumption for train traction is considered. The inconsistency of the current method with the requirements of adaptability, hardware-software orientation, ease of use was established, and the non-compliance with the ISO 50001 "Energy Management Systems" standard was determined. The physical process of fuel consumption for traction by diesel rolling stock and the method of substitution by the proposed mathematical model under operating conditions are graphically reflected. The main components of fuel consumption and methods for their determination are established. Based on the law of conservation of mechanical energy, a model for determining fuel consumption is proposed and comprehensive information is provided on all components of the model. The results of the calculation of the impact coefficients are given and a list of technical features of the operation park of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsya" is given. On the basis of the real traction arm Okhtyrka-Smorodino, the fuel consumption for traction, idling and the total amount of energy resources consumed by different types of traction units are established. The recalculation of fuel consumption per 1 passenger of the specified service shoulder is graphically reflected, recommendations are given for the efficient use of traction rolling stock, and the need for the use of automated rationing systems is determined.

The main technical parameters of the locomotive for quarry railway transport have been evaluated. The design parameters of the locomotive have been determined and it is established that the tangential power is 6700 kW, and the traction force for the design mode is 1300 kN. The calculations of the traction characteristics of the locomotive have been performed. The procedure for determining the parameters of the locomotive operating modes during train tasks performing has been proposed, which is based on the processing of the results of traction task solving on the section of the track. It has been established that for the test section of the track a significant part of the time in the traction mode the locomotive operates with a load of 10… 25% of the nominal, therefore it has been proposed to implement the mode of movement with disconnection of traction motors. The use of an onboard energy storage system, which allows the accumulation of energy during electrodynamics braking has been proposed. The generalized scheme of traction system which allows realizing ways of increase of energy efficiency a rolling stock has been offered.

In order to reduce the load of the load-bearing structure of the flat wagon during operating conditions, in particular shunting operations, the use of energy-globalizing material in its composition was suggested. This solution is implemented by creating a closed design of the backbone and the main restrained beams filled with a reinforcement with pipe-in-noise properties. Investigations were carried out with regard to the flat car model 13-401. In order to substantiate the suggested solution the mathematical modeling of dynamic load-carrying capacity of the flat wagon loaded with two tank-containers of 1CC size at shunting coupling was carried out. The mathematical model was developed by the Runge-Kutt method in the MathCad software. It was found that dynamic load of the flat car load-bearing structure with the suggested solutions reduced by 3.2% in comparison with the load-bearing structure without a surge suppressor. The strength of the load-bearing structure of the flat wagon was calculated by the method of joined elements, which was implemented in the SolidWorks Simulation program complex. The results of calculations showed that the maximum equivalent loads do not exceed the permissible values and are 14% lower than those occurring in the typical flatcar design. The conducted research will contribute to the creation of innovative designs of freight cars as well as to the increase of efficiency of rail transport utilization.

At the moment, the modernization of the wagon repair complex is an urgent scientific and technical task on the railway transport of Ukraine. Wagon repair companies are characterized by insufficient pace of development over time. This is expressed in significant physical and moral depreciation of fixed assets of enterprises, large material losses in the process of repairing wagons, high cost of repair, low mechanization and automation of basic and auxiliary production processes, etc. Bearing in mind that railway transport is a critical component of the transport complex of Ukraine, the creation of advanced production systems based on the principles of production logistics is considered a necessary step for further development of the industry. The presented article analyzes the current state of wagon repair companies. The conclusion is made about the need for risk analysis in production processes given the difficult operating conditions. An example of an algorithm for implementing a risk management system and its main components is given. The analysis of the main methods of influencing the risk in the production system is carried out. Practical solutions for obtaining quantitative indicators of risk assessment in the production processes of wagon repair with the help of Markov analysis are proposed. In general, the risk management system will significantly reduce material losses when repairing wagon.

Sports psychology of management is the application of various psychological theories in sports and exercise. The research on sports psychology of management in China started late and developed slowly in the early stage, but with the economic and social development, especially the successful holding of the Winter Olympics and the Beijing Olympics, Chinese psychology has entered a period of standardized and systematic development. The application in training and competition has developed rapidly, and has made great contributions to the development of sports psychology in the world. In the future, there are still many problems that need to be solved in the theoretical and applied research of sports psychology. Competitive sports psychology of management research has always been a key area of sports psychology research. Most national sports teams have their own teams of dedicated support experts who provide services such as healthcare, physical training, rehabilitation, physiological and biochemical monitoring, nutrition, technical analysis, and more. Sports psychologists in the Institute of Science of the General Administration of Sport of China, Beijing Sports University and other institutions have provided psychological services for the national team for a long time. The main psychological problems of Chinese athletes in competitive competitions can be summarized from 8 aspects: cognition, emotion, willpower, attention, motivation and attitude, self-evaluation, interpersonal relationship and mental fatigue. We will continue to focus on competitive sports psychology research and strengthen physical education and exercise psychology research. Maintain the traditional research theme of sports psychology and continuously expand new research areas. In terms of research methods, quantitative research and qualitative research should be combined, and empirical research and research methods should be strengthened. Challenges exist in: motion perception and decisionmaking in exercise, neural efficiency and neuroplasticity, self-control and exercise performance, mental health of athletes, dose effects of exercise on mental health, moderators in exercise to promote mental health, exercise The intention-behavior gap promotes mental health, and the neural mechanisms by which exercise promotes mental health.
