The Innovation Laboratory provides a research environment for undergraduate students of Nankai University. In response to COVID-19 prevention, we design and develop the Appointment Management System, which transfers the lab management from offline to online. The system has three major functions. Firstly, the regulations learning module provides the necessary knowledge of the laboratory usages. Secondly, the appointment module implements the complete processing of laboratory applications and reviews. Thirdly, the usage statistic module realizes the functions of lab monitoring and access controlling. Therefore, the system enables a contactless lab management model, which greatly reduces the risk of infectious diseases spreading. The Appointment Management System not only improves the laboratory management scientifically, but also provides powerful security for the faculty and students' research environment during the epidemic.

The development of society requires high-quality talents, which propels colleges and universities to cultivate graduates with both theoretical and practical abilities. As an applied undergraduate university, Beijing City University has always attached importance to cultivating students' practical ability based on theoretical teaching. In “Project Planning and Control”, a module for the major of project management, the task-driven method is used for practical training. The college aims to improve students' ability to apply the theory through practical training scenarios, real-life training tasks, assessments and other key steps. In order to test the effect of practical training, SPSS statistical software is used to perform paired sample T test and correlation analysis on the usual scores and final scores. The analysis results show that the design of practical training is reasonable, achieving good results.

Principles of chemical engineering is a very important basic course for chemical engineering and related major students. Several problems are existing in the traditional course teaching. The golden course construction of principles of chemical engineering were explored and practiced, and some achievements were obtained. “Online and offline learning” combination curriculum was constructed. “Online and offline learning” is a hybrid teaching model, which uses superstar online learning platform to build online teaching resource database. Online learning is for students to preview before class and review after class. Offline learning is mainly classroom teaching activities. The organic combination of the two can effectively improve the depth of students' learning. Ideological and political education was strengthened. Micro video based on knowledge points was recorded. Diversified formative assessment was established. The course won higher students' evaluation. Excellent students' competition results were got and their innovation ability was improved.

Journals of military academies are an important part of sci-tech periodicals. They are academic and theoretical journals sponsored by military academies and mainly reflect the achievements of teaching and scientific research in military academies. They are also important places for academic exchanges within and outside the army. Six kinds of sci-tech periodicals were selected from military academies. According to the data of Chinese S&T Journal Citation Reports (Core Edition) from 2014 to 2018, the total citation frequency, fund-aided papers ratios, other citation rate and impact factors of these periodicals were classified and analyzed by Spearman correlation. This shows that the overall influence of sci-tech periodicals in military academies still needs to be further improved, and fund-aided papers ratio plays a positive role in impact factor. The journal editorial department should pay special attention to improving the fund-aided papers ratios, and pay attention to excavating excellent manuscripts.

Currently, artificial intelligence robots, which are designed for educational purposes, has gradually been noticed by more and more parents. Thus, an increasing number of AI robots begin to be used as an educational assistant for parents or a companion and teacher for children. Generally, interactions between children and AI have two benefits for children. One is learning specific knowledge, and the other one relates to the influence that robots have on the socialization process of children through interactions. This article shows that the family who use the educational AI Duer and Tmall Genie can enable the instrumental knowledge symbols to be better delivered to children, but the contextual knowledge symbols can cause children to have the consciousness that “self” or “AI” is not human, due to the relative difference between the characteristics of different knowledge symbols and the speed of children's cognition and internalization. Through the utility of educational AI, the psychological control chain of the family has also been changed.

As the one of databases in artificial intelligence systems, knowledge graph has been widely used nowadays. Although the number of entities in current knowledge graphs has reached tens of millions or even billions level, directed cyclic graphs of their relations and entities composition were still relatively sparse. Knowledge graph completion can make the structure and content of the knowledge graphs completer and richer. In this paper, the knowledge graph completion was converted into classification and scoring tasks, and several knowledge graph completion models based on XLNet were proposed. Besides, a new negative sampling method was also proposed to improve the quality of the negative samples. Several comparative experiments were done for different output layers. Experiments on several benchmark knowledge graphs shown that our methods achieved state-of-the-art performance in common evaluation methods for knowledge graph completion.

Xi Jinping's important expositions on ideological and political education is an important part of Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. The literatures are from the Chinese core journal criterion of PKU and the CSSCI journal database on CNKI. Cluster analysis refers to the analysis process of dividing a collection of physical or abstract objects into multiple classes composed of similar objects, and text clustering analysis is a modeling method for extracting hidden topics in text, which focuses on clustering text from the similarity of text features. There are many different algorithms for it, such as k-means, hierarchical agglomerative clustering, and graph community detection. Compared with traditional algorithms, spectral clustering is a clustering method based on graph theory, and it is more adaptable to data distribution and has excellent clustering effects. Therefore, this paper uses spectral clustering to discover the current research status and hot spots in China, which are shown in the form of a clustered network, presenting the research content to be expanded, lack of innovation, insufficient exploration of theoretical origins and internal laws and mechanisms.

As the core major of “Internet + Industrial Intelligence”, robotics engineering is an upgrade and reconstruction of traditional engineering major. The industrial robot course is the professional core course of the Robotics Engineering. It is also a comprehensive course of multi-discipline integration, which involved mechanical engineering, automatic control, computer, sensor, electronic technology, artificial intelligence and other multi-disciplinary content. Robotics Engineering is characterized by broad foundation, great difficulty, emphasis on practice, rapid development and application of new knowledge. In the process of implementation of the teaching innovation, the new concept of engineering education was applied to propose a new form of curriculum system. Taking the projects of engineering as the study objects, disassemble the knowledge points involved in industrial robots, break the course boundaries, reshape the knowledge system, draw knowledge maps and then design teaching activities. In teaching innovation, teachers extend classroom through formation of subject competition teams, promote teaching and promote learning by competition, realize the integration of “teaching, class and competition”, build a bridge between theory and practice, then complete the transformation from knowledge learning to ability training. Besides, they also keep contact with intelligent manufacturing enterprises in Zhuhai and the Bay Area to obtain real-time new developments in enterprises. Thus, the latest information was introduced into classroom. Therefore, the meaning of “production, teaching, research and application” has been deepened. According to the characteristics of the knowledge points of the course, experts were invited to make special lectures for students which can bring them with international perspective and frontier knowledge.
