In order to ensure the suspension of classes and schools during the outbreak of the new epidemic, the online teaching mode was explored and studied. The paper puts forward the teaching objectives and teaching requirements of the closed loop online teaching mode, discusses the problems that need to be considered in the closed loop online teaching mode, and carefully designs the closed loop online teaching mode in view of these problems, explores and forms a relatively perfect closed loop online teaching mode. According to the course of C language programming, the specific implementation process of the closed loop online teaching mode is given. After a semester of exploration and implementation, it ensured that the online teaching not only could be carried out in an orderly manner, but also had been well received by students and the supervisions. It has been agreed that the teaching effect of this teaching mode is good, and it is worth promoting in the future.

Mobile payment refers to a convenient way of paying through mobile devices supported by technologies such as Short Message Service (SMS) and Quick Response (QR) code. Recent research has suggested that mobile payment has become a trend in China, and this technology has contributed to economic growth. As there are millions of users who trust and rely on mobile payment, further research is needed to explore the impetus and barriers behind this technology, so that related companies can further develop this technology to better fulfill users' needs. This research intends to use expert authoritative testimony to discover the impetus and barriers, and to explain why mobile payment has become a trend. It turns out that the development of technologies like SMS and QR code, and the convenient payment platform offered by mobile apps like WeChat and Alipay are the main impetus, while perceived privacy and financial risks are the barriers. This research may help both companies and users. Mobile payment is gradually replacing traditional payment. It is time for related companies to take steps and offer possible advances in technology to ensure privacy and lessen risk, so that mobile payment will better serve the society.

In recent years, WeChat public number platform has developed rapidly, and its influence as a propaganda caliber is also growing. To enhance the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, it is necessary to firmly grasp the main battlefield of public account platform. This paper takes the public accounts of 56 universities in Tianjin as the object of study, and makes text analysis and quantitative research on 500 articles involving in ideological and political education. Through the big data analysis of the public account, this paper reveals the current status, characteristics and influence of ideological and political education in the public account platform. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the affinity of ideological and political education in the public account platform.

Information economy is a new type of economy with information as the key resource, information network as the basis, and the wide application of information and communication technology as the main form. Information economy is developing rapidly in China, with unparalleled market and user advantages. Information economy shows three more significant innovative development modes. This paper proposes that the government should accelerate the development of information economy strategy, improve information economy promotion mechanism, strengthen information technology innovation and other countermeasures. This paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as accelerating the research and formulation of the development strategy of information economy, perfecting the promotion mechanism of information economy and strengthening the innovation of information technology. The application of Information Processing Theory (IPT) has been attempted in almost all topics of human cognitive learning. This paper aimed to design learning activities based on the information processing theory during the course offering to 153 sophomore students at the Zhao-Qing University. According to the characteristics of students' information processing ability, this paper explored teaching strategies and practices based on the model of information processing. The purpose was to motivate students to conduct meaningful learning. At the end of the course, the curriculum satisfaction questionnaires were collected associated with semi-structured interviews in November 2020. Based on the teaching evaluation data obtained from this study, this paper proposed the reflection on teaching practices in order to improve the teaching strategies based on the information processing model.

The development of artificial intelligence will certainly fundamentally change the pattern of human work. With the promotion of top-level strategies, vocational education can only develop sustainably by integrating with science and technology. Artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science that studies the basic theories, methods and techniques of how to apply computer hardware and software to simulate certain intelligent human behaviors. Artificial intelligence applied to vocational education mainly focuses on resource network technology and integrated distributed intelligent system, which organically integrates various different expert systems (ES), management information systems (MIS), intelligent networks, decision support systems (DSS), databases, numerical computing packages and graphics processing programs to solve complex problems. Taking Shandong entity enterprises as an example, this paper studies the main ways of business model innovation. Through systematic analysis of the risks in the process of innovation, it is found that the risks in business model innovation mainly include: environmental risks caused by technological progress, policy changes and other factors; market risks caused by ineffective industrialization of new products and other factors; strategic risks caused by ineffective combination of innovation and strategy; and financial risks caused by unreasonable capital structure, etc. On this basis, taking the time of innovation as the order, this paper constructs risk prevention and control countermeasures based on business model innovation.
