Selection of fusible interlining in apparel industry 服装工业中粘合衬布的选择

The purpose of this paper was to select a fusible interlining in the production of men's shirts. The selection was based on bonding strength between the fabric and the interlining as a key property that defines the quality of the fusible interlining. The bonding strength was examined after fusing process and after five cycles of laundering. The fabric was fused with three fusible interlinings from different manufacturers and with different properties.

Visual merchandising is actually a technique, ie. mastery of diff erent methods to promote the sale of goods by improving their presentation in the shop window and the object itself. It also includes certain components of ambient design using visual rhetoric and communication, primarily through visual imagery, sending symbolic messages, to arouse a perceptual and emotional response in a potential customer, and fi nally to infl uence its behavior in the store by bringing him into the brand identity. In the book Death of Fashion, Harald Gründl studies fashion showcases that appear twice a year, when a new fashion collection arrives in stores, in an atmosphere of beautifully decorated showcases and is out of fashion at the end of the season. The seasonal period of sale, before a new product collection each Spring-Summer and Fall-Winter became the transition phase between the old and the new collection, when the beauty of visual merchandising disfi gured..

Behaviour of biopolishing on dyeability and certain properties of cotton fabrics 生物抛光对棉织物可染性及某些性能的影响

Conventional chemical processes are generally severe and fi bre damage may occur. Enzymes are characterized by their ability to operate under mild conditions and as a result processes can be carried out without further damaging the fi bers. Enzymes are also readily biodegradable and therefore potentially harmless and environmentally friendly. Biopolishing enzymes used in biopolishing, off ers a number of benefi ts such as improvement in pill resistance, superior colour brightness, softness and cooler feel. Biopolishing treatment, given to the cotton fabrics using cellulases, often infl uences dyebility and certain physical properties of the fabrics after treatments. This work represents a review of behavior of cellulase treatment on dyeability and various properties of cotton fabrics.

Strategy of development of global information technological opportunities in "Benetton" company “贝纳通”公司全球信息技术机遇的发展战略

The main goal of this paper is to analyze the main elements of the information technology (IT) infrastructure of global e-business, the models of this business and the way of implementation of these models. The fi nal result of this analysis is to identify problems in the implementation of global e-commerce and propose possible solutions. In this context, an example of “Benetton“ was analyzed which successfully solved these problems. The general claim that e-commerce increases the competitiveness and profi tability of the company is confi rmed in the practice of this company. Information systems in the area of e-commerce can support the achievement of this goal only if they are viewed in a comprehensive, global way. Business globalization and strong competition require a new digital enterprise concept, as evidenced by the increasing investment in specialized and client-oriented technologies based on the web and the Internet.

Quality control of garments by application of the AQL method 应用AQL法控制服装的质量

Today’s competitive advantage of the apparel industry stems from the ability to quickly identify and follow new fashion trends with high quality products. The paper presents the quality control procedure for men’s sports shirts. The sampling method allows a decision to be accepted or refused. The basic set is evaluated with one or more samples, while the sample is representative of the whole series. The AQL method controls a portion of randomly selected units. The results indicate that better interfacial control in the sport shirt fabrication process should be introduced. The sampling procedure, type and method of inspection, as well as the procedures for testing discrete elements by attributes, are carried out on the basis of ISO 2859-1 and the request of the client.

Managing the creative and labor-intensive business processes of the apparel industry 管理服装行业的创造性和劳动密集型业务流程

Creative and labor-intensive character are the specifi cities of the garment industry that arise from the activities that take place within the process, primarily related to apparel manufacturing. The consideration of the problems of managing creative and labor-intensive processes in the framework of this paper is approached considering that the clothing industry is characterized by a number of diff erent specifi cities. The factors that infl uence the adoption of business process management practices in accordance with these specifi cs have diff erent eff ects on the optimal management of these business processes. Therefore, this paper describes the links between the factors infl uencing the adoption of business process management practices and the creative and labor-intensive processes of the clothing industry and establishes a theoretical basis for further study of this issue.

Abstrakt: Laserska obrada uspešno zamenjuje mnoge tradicionalne načine obrade tekstila. Koriste se potpuno i delimično rezanje, graviranje i obeležavanje laserom. U poslednje vreme je popularna dekoracija tekstilnih materijala sa potpuno izrezanim oblicima. Pri delimičnom rezanju laserom se odvaja samo gornji sloj materijala. Ovom metodom se izrađuju različiti ukrasni vezovi, aplikacije i etikete. Graviranjem laser stvara udubljenje u materijalu. Graviranje se koristi u proizvodnji tepiha i prostirača a takođe i u izradi odevnih predmeta od pliša. Tokom laserskog obeležavanja laserski zrak samo blago menja osobine i izgled materijala, najčešće dolazi samo do promene boje materijala. Ova metoda se koristi u proizvodnji proizvoda od denima.
