Information disclosure is one of the important mechanisms for the effective operation of the capital market, among which environmental information disclosure has an important impact on the principal-agent cost. This paper takes ashare listed companies in all heavy polluting industries in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges as research samples, and empirically tests the logic of the effect of environmental information disclosure on the principal-agent cost. The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between environmental information disclosure and principal-agent cost. In addition, executive gender has a positive moderating effect on the negative correlation between environmental information disclosure and principal-agent cost, indicating that the disclosure of environmental information by enterprises with female chairmen is more conducive to reducing principal-agent cost. Keywords—environmental information disclosure; executive gender; implicit agency cost; explicit agency cost

Marine pharmacology is a new branch in pharmacy based on modern medicine theory, studying marine natural compounds and turning into them drugs for disease. It is a characteristic course with the contents of marine natural compounds and their pharmacological effect as well as pharmaceutical preparations. The knowledge on the polysaccharides from the brown algae are representative in the teaching of marine pharmacology. The design and description of brown algae polysaccharides related content can not only enable students to master the main content of marine drugs, but also integrate the knowledge of pharmacy. Keywords—Marine pharmacology; marine polysaccharide; alginate; fucoidan; introduction I. BACKGROUND OFMARINE PHARMACY The temporal and spatial differences of the marine environment endow marine life with extremely rich biological diversities. The marine biology produces a wide variety of natural products with novel structures and unique functions, providing abundant medical resources for human beings. Due to the long-term sustainable development and utilization of terrestrial biological resources, marine biological resources have become the last resources for human research and drug development. For thousands of years, people's understanding of the medicinal value of marine organisms, especially the research on modern marine drugs, has laid a solid foundation for the long-term development of marine drugs. In the background of international marine drug research, China also witnessed a boom in the research and development of marine drugs in the late 1970s. With the efforts of several generations, the research on marine drugs has made gratifying achievements and gradually occupies a certain position in the world. Under this impetus, marine pharmacology, as a new discipline direction, develops and matures gradually in the pharmacy discipline. Many institutions of higher learning and research institutions in China have successively set up marine medicine related majors, researches or courses in order to cultivate high-level professionals for marine medicine research and development. Marine pharmacy has become a new branch of pharmacy. As a new cross-application subject, marine pharmacology involves the cross, infiltration and integration of multiple disciplines, and requires the comprehensive understanding and application of multiple knowledge[1]. The inheritance and development of TCM is inseparable from different kinds of media, among which people are the most important. The audiences have their own priorities and concerns over TCM for many reasons. With the rapid development of science and technology, TCM should pay more and more attention to the interaction between individuals’ seeing and feeling of TCM and their efforts in communicating TCMrelated knowledge both at home and abroad. Based on the selectivity of TCM communication and inheritance, this paper tries to employ the audience-oriented theory to analyze the situations of TCM communication both at home and abroad and of TCM inheritance in our country. It’s found that the audience, as the core factor in science communication plays an essential role in inheriting and communicating TCM culture. Keywords—TCM communication; inheritance; audienceoriented theory; science literacy

The reform and innovation of curriculum system and teaching content in institutions of high learning is the key and difficult point of teaching reform, and also the foothold of the reform on talent training mode. It should adapt to the current trend of social science and technology, economy and social development. This research takes the laboratory construction as the breakthrough point. It should encourage students to participate in teachers' scientific research and cultivate their innovative spirit by setting up innovative science and technology projects for college students. Through comprehensive practice, field practice and graduation design, the characteristics of applied discipline of pharmacy are highlighted. With adjusting the professional structure and broadening the professional scope as the core, a new curriculum system is established based on interdisciplinary and integration and a new system for cultivating application-oriented marine medicine talents is established to meet the needs of the society.
