Application Analysis of Outward Training in College Physical Education 拓展训练在高校体育教学中的应用分析

To realize the application of Outward Bound Training in college physical education is a new exploration and attempt to guide college physical education reform under the concept of health concept. Outward bound training uses its rich social functions to extend the connotation of College Physical Education and plays an irreplaceable role in achieving the good development of college physical education. Therefore, this paper makes a concrete analysis of the application of Outward Bound Training in College Physical Education teaching. Starting from its characteristics, this paper analyses the application value and scientific application strategies of outward bound training, so as to give full play to the role of cultivating students' physical quality from all aspects and angles. Keywords—Outward bound Training; College Physical Education; Application Strategy With the reform of physical education teaching in Colleges and universities, outward bound training has become an important part of physical education teaching. THE VALUE OF OUTWARD BOUND TRAINING IN COLLEGE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHING It promotes and develops students' physical quality and physical potential. The most prominent manifestation of the social function of outdoor training lies in its rich elements of outdoor sports, thus enhancing the interest and practicality of College Physical Education teaching. Compared with the traditional sports teaching mode, it better meets the physical training requirements of students at different levels, enables students to participate in outward bound training more actively, fully express themselves and challenge themselves in the training process, and realizes physical development while constantly strengthening their physical fitness.[1] It creates opportunities for college students to adapt to society. Social adaptability is also an important component of modern health concept, which affects many elements such as mental health, physical health and so on. Research on Enterprise Innovation Team Management Based on Perspective of Psychological Contract 基于心理契约视角的企业创新团队管理研究

In the era of knowledge economy, innovation is the key to improving competitiveness and seeking competitive advantage. The enterprise innovation team has become a new organizational form for enterprises to carry out innovation activities. How to motivate the innovation team members and realize the overall performance of the enterprise innovation team is an important issue facing the enterprise managers. Based on this, this paper introduces the theory of psychological contract, analyzes the characteristics and changes process of psychological contract of enterprise innovation team members, analyzes the formation process of enterprise innovation team cohesion based on psychological contract perspective, and proposes management strategy in a targeted manner. A Study on Professional Development of EOP Teachers in Colleges and Universities 高校EOP教师专业发展研究

—Third-party evaluation, driving the innovation in local government governance, has become the main means to assess government performance as it can eliminate the disadvantages of traditional internal government evaluation and ensure objectivity and impartiality of the evaluation. This paper, through methods like literature theoretical analysis, explored the application of third-party evaluation in the government performance evaluation. Establishing the third-party evaluation institutions and the selecting mechanism of the institutions. Maintain the independence of the third-party evaluation institutions. Strengthen their role of supervising and managing. Improve the participation of ordinary people in third-party assessments. By all these means, the third-party evaluation can run effectively in the innovation in government governance to promote the optimization of the government functions.

The Application of FiF Oral Training APP to College Students’ Extracurricular Oral English Learning FiF口语训练APP在大学生课外口语学习中的应用

Based on the Theory of Distributed Cognition, this paper applies FiF Oral Training APP (FiF APP) to college students’ extracurricular oral English learning, and analyzes the feasibility of mobile-learning with smartphone APP in college students’ extracurricular learning. 154 students from 3 classes participated in the one-semester teaching experiment. The results of tests show that the application of FiF APP improved college students’ oral English ability. Questionnaires also indicate students’ recognition and acceptance of mobile-learning. Applying FiF APP mobile learning to college English extracurricular learning provides a new perspective for college English teaching, which is a very meaningful attempt for college English teaching reform. The Influence of Satisfaction with Public Service on Residents’ Subjective Well-being 公共服务满意度对居民主观幸福感的影响

Providing public service and improving residents’ well-being are the goal of the government. Using data of Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS) 2015, this paper analyses the relationship between satisfaction with public service and subjective well-being. Through regression analysis, the results showed satisfaction with public service have positive effect on subjective well-being, especially the satisfaction with housing, social security and social service. Research on the Construction of China's Emission Trading System from the Perspective of Transaction Cost Theory 交易成本理论视角下的中国排放权交易制度构建研究

China's pollutant discharge management is based on the current government-led administrative approval system. Although some regions have carried out the pilot work of emission trading, they have not formed a legal basis and a system of standardization and haven't been promoted. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the causes and design and construct the framework of China's emissions trading system. Firstly, the resource allocation efficiency of emission trading is analyzed from the micro-economic point of view, and the total transaction cost is analyzed by the dynamic analysis method. Then the obstacle principle of system implementation is found. Although the establishment of a market with clear property rights contributes to the reduction of total transaction costs, the rapid increase of government transaction costs in the short term has affected the implementation of the system. The conclusion is that the government should bear the short-term cost, and use the electronic trading system and establish a broad market with a wide range of participants to reduce the operating cost of the system, so as to achieve the promotion and effective operation of the emission trading system. Exploration of Mixed Teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Internet 网络背景下高校思想政治理论课混合教学的探索

“Ideological and political theory courses should be strengthened through improvement, and new media technology should be used to make the work alive and enhance the sense of the times and attractiveness”, stressed by Xi Jinping at the national college ideological and political work conference. Ideological and political theory courses have great responsibility for teaching college students on the basic theory, standpoint, viewpoint and method of Marxism. Ideological and political theory courses are important courses for training qualified personnel for China's socialist modernization, since they play a role in cultivating the mental health of college students. How to attract students' attention, improve their learning interest and achieve good teaching effect by combining class teaching with internet technology is a new challenge for ideological and political education in the context of “Internet +”. Only by exploring new teaching models and using internet and information technology to enhance the attractiveness of the courses can we turn passivity into initiative and make the spread and influence of Marxism among young college students more effective. Ideological and political theory courses have great responsibility for teaching college students on the basic theory, standpoint, viewpoint and method of Marxism. Ideological and political theory courses are important courses for training qualified personnel for China's socialist modernization, since they play a role in cultivating the mental health of college students. How to attract students' attention, improve their learning interest and achieve good teaching effect by combining class teaching with internet technology is a new challenge for ideological and political education in the context of “Internet +”. Only by exploring new teaching models and using internet and information technology to enhance the attractiveness of the courses can we turn passivity into initiative and make the spread and influence of Marxism among young college students more effective. Research on the Construction of New Mode for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Course — Taking the Integration of Colleges and Enterprises 创新创业实践课程新模式构建研究——以校企结合为例

College innovation and entrepreneurship practice course is a comprehensive system, and the extensive integration of colleges and enterprises is needed to guarantee its authenticity and effectiveness. Aimed at training college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial abilities and qualities, this research focused on constructing a new teaching model featuring combining colleges and enterprises, integrated, open and experiential. Besides, under the new teaching model featuring coordinated education and college-enterprise integration, it helped train innovative and entrepreneurial talents with higher comprehensive qualities, wide knowledge and excellent practical abilities, and realized the target of improving college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial abilities. John Dewey’s Perspectives on Democratic Education and its Implication for Current Educational Reform 杜威的民主教育观及其对当前教育改革的启示

John Dewey was the most influential philosopher of education in America. His famous work Democracy and Education has produced tremendous influence on education in the world since its birth in 1916. This paper, based on current literature, attempts to present Dewey’s perspectives on democratic education, analyze the present educational situations at traditional schools, and discuss the corresponding curriculum and instruction for Dewey’s model of democratic education. It is expected that this paper can bring some insights into the current educational reform in the world.
