The relevance of this study is due to the fact that one of the most common forms of recreation for the population is tourism, which is developing at a faster pace than other types of similar services.Ukraine, restructuring its economy on market principles, is included in the global tourism process, as evidenced by the growth of tourist flows and the increase in the volume of activities ofthe reformed tourism industry. In our country, the legislative and regulatory framework is deve-loping (the laws of Ukraine «On Tourism», «On Resorts» and other legislative acts, decrees of the President and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers), the national tourism industry is being built according to world standards (State programs for the development of tourism), which make it possible to implement state tourism policy and influence the formation of the national tourism market. The international recognition of Ukraine as a tourist state is fixed by its admission to the World Tourism Organization (WTO), which now has 158 member countries, and by the election of the first among the CIS countries to the Executive Council of the WTO.The inclusion of Ukraine in the global tourism process, the development of the tourism industry and the activities of the subjects of the tourism market require scientific substantiation of the directions of development and problems of the geospatial organization of national tourism on the basis of generalizing world trends and their scientific understanding.Keywords:recreation, tourism, services, tourist animation, leisure, factors of tourism development, infrastructure.

The article discusses the skills most important for graduates of the HEI in the field of tourism and the hospitality industry, to ensure their competitiveness in the labor market. The pace of development of almost all spheres of activity, as well as the acceleration of integration on the European continent and in the world, determine the relevance of the development of such educational programs, to ensure minimum workplace adaptation time. To achieve this goal, educational institutions that train for the hospitality industry need information about the criticalpoints in the stakeholder assessment of the programmatic results of the educational program. The study identified a critical need for the «soft skills», the most important of which are leadership, the ability to quickly solve problems, communication, teamwork, flexibility and personal interaction in a multicultural, dynamic and multilingual environment. The majority of students believe that soft skills are skills acquired in the workplace to navigate in their environment and good work. This view coincides with the assessment of respondents from another group. Managers also believe that soft skills contribute to better performance of official duties.The purpose of the survey was also to understand the awareness of students and managers of the hospitality industry about the importance of individual soft skills for work in enterprises that serve tourists and provide hospitality services. The questionnaires were asked to select the most important from the following set: leadership, teamwork, communication, work ethic, problem sol-ving, flexibility and interpersonal skills. A comparative analysis of the attitudes of students and managers to the importance of soft skills for employment and subsequent career advancement, to mastering certain soft skills during the period of study at the university and the function of certain skills to adapt a young specialist to dynamic working conditions in the field of tourism and hospitality showed that the two groups disagree on a number of issues. This suggests that educational programs and teaching methods need to be adapted to the requirements of the labor market. Keywords: soft skills, tourism, hospitality

Legal regulation of relations arising from the implementation of international transport has its own specifics. The most important conditions are defined in international agreements − conventions, which are the main source of regulation in this area of relations. The agreements contain mainly unified substantive legal norms necessary for the settlement of conflicts that most often arise in the regulation of issues in the field of international transport. It should be noted that international transport conventions also consist of conflict-of-law rules, which are invoked in the absence of unified substantive law. As a rule, conflict-of-law rules refer to national legislation, but sometimes also to the norms of international conventions. The norms of the conventions on international transportation are imperative for contracts of carriage, executed by a transport document − a bill of lading. As a rule, conflict-of-law rules refer to national legislation, but sometimes also to the norms of international conventions. The norms of the conventions on international transportation are imperative for contracts of carriage, executed by a transport document − a bill of lading. Relations in the field of maritime shipping in many cases remain subject to the provisions of domestic maritime law, which must be determined by conflict of laws rules. However, as there are again few generallyaccepted conflict-of-law rules established by international treaties, all relevant issues are resolved at the level of national case law, and it is also different. In connection with the development of the world economy and international economic relations, the question of the ability and degree of influence of maritime transport on them plays an important role. Maritime shipping is central to a single global transport system. Maritime transport is already in its format of activity is an international industry, and concerns the activities of the carrier for the movement of goods or passengers from the port of departure to the port of destination.Keywords: convention, bill of lading, charter, sea transportation, seaport

In recent decades, the development of the tourism industry has been a worldwide trend. The interest shown in the development of the tourism sector is associated not only with the fact that the industry is developing dynamically but also with the fact that the development of tourism affects almost all key sectors of the economy. The task of the activities of tourist enterprises is the organization of comprehensive services for tourists. Services in tourism are varied ‒ transportation, accommodation, meals, excursions, entertainment, and personal services etc.The tourism sector is characterized by such characteristics as rapid growth rates, continuous improvement of the industry, and a high level of competition. That is why the success of enterprises in this area largely depends on carefully implemented advertising campaigns as one of the main elements of the communication complex and marketing strategy.Advertising campaigns in the tourism sector have their own characteristics and play an essential role in the lives of consumers when choosing travel products and services. The popularity of a travel product is largely due to how well the potential client is aware of it. And this is one of the main functions of advertising campaigns in the tourism industry. Advertising campaigns, like any other type of marketing communications, play an important role in implementing the strategy of tourism enterprises. With the help of advertising, they are developing new markets, and as a means of competition, advertising campaigns exacerbate it, helping to improve the quality of tourist services.The purpose of the article is to explore and analyze the features of the use of advertising campaigns in the tourism industry, to identify the positive and negative aspects, as well as prospects in this area.The relevance of the topic of the article is significant, because tourism is one of the largest and most dynamic sectors of the economy. High rates of its development, large volumes of foreign exchange earnings actively affect various sectors of the economy and contribute to the formation of a full-fledged tourism industry.

Economic incentives in the post-Soviet professional literature are mostly consi-dered as the state influence on the economy in general or enterprises in particular in order to create motivation for certain actions. The subjectivity of the company's management is admitted only in the material incentives for staff. Incentives are often defined as a set or system of organizational and economic measures and actions.This approach is partly explained by the fact that incentives are currently considered mainly through the prism of state regulation of enterprises, economic activities, regions and national economy or at the level of productivity increasing, the use of fixed assets, environmental production etc. At the same time, in a market economy, ensuring the shipbuilding enterprise development and the use of effective incentives is primarily the task of its management.The research is aimed at determining the place of economic incentives in the enterprise development system and the management role in the economic incentives.It is substantiated that the role of shipbuilding enterprise management in its development stimulation is to form incentives, use them and adapt to their changes. The enterprise adaptation to the economic incentives changes is singled out. It consists in their identification and evaluation by weak and strong signals, decision-making on the expediency of the development strategy chan-ging, choosing an alternative strategy or developing a new one, ensuring its implementation and forming new adaptation opportunities. «The enterprise adaptation to changes in economic incentives for its development» concept is defined as the continuous process of its interaction with the external environment and active or passive adjustment of activities, carried out to ensure the effective functioning of the enterprise. It is proved that economic incentives do not always involve external influence and the relations between the stimulant and the stimulated. The foreign experience of economic incentives using by the shipbuilding enterprise management as the optimum specialization choice and the sea clusters formation is considered. The importance of the use of incentives by the management for enterprise development as an integral part of its economic mechanism is emphasized.

. This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and job characteristics on employee work performance in shipping companies. The design or design used in this study is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach, to explain the magnitude of the influence between the independent variables namely the work experience variable and the characteristics of work towards and the dependent variable namely work performance. Data collection was carried out through a survey method using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire towards middle management at a shipping company located in Surabaya. The results of this study are work experience has an influence on work performance, while job characteristics do not have an influence on work performance. Work experience and job characteristics simultaneously influence work performance. The company needs to pay attention to work experience factors as an effort to improve work performance.

. The article is devoted to the study of safety management processes in maritime transport based on the use of international standards of the ISO 31000 series on risk management. The concept of acceptable risk is accepted as a theoretical basis of research, necessity of formation of which is caused by impossibility of creation of absolute-ly safe processes and faultless equipment and systems. The magnitude of acceptable risk must combine the technical, economic and social aspects of shipping. In practice, this is always a compromise between the current level of security and the possibility of improv-ing it by various methods. Further risk reduction makes the activity itself economically impractical and forces the owner to abandon such processes. In the analysis of the risks of accidents during the implementation of maritime shipping processes, it is proposed to identify four key factors: the human element, technical, technological and external. The probability of a security incident is calculated as the sum of sets of expert values of these factors on their weight. The weight of the factors is proposed to be determined on the basis of the ranking method according to Fishburne's formula. It caused crew article the of critical, significant and to a particular level of method of expert assessments. Based on a thorough analysis of the special literature, the hypothesis of the prima-ry influence of the human element on the probability of accidents during the implementation of processes in shipping was confirmed. A method of building a risk matrix is proposed, which is based on the concept of acceptable risk − a value that is accepted by the management of the shipping company as a compromise between ensuring any level of safety and the costs to be incurred for the implementation of this level. Three main com-ponents of the human element are considered: individual, production and organizational and a list of questions is proposed to determine the size of the human element. The use of the proposed method will, on the one hand, increase the efficiency of the formation of ship's crews, and on the other − to optimize the processes of training and coaching of seafarers during the voyage.

The use of the proposed method will, on the one hand, increase the efficiency of the formation of ship's crews, and on the other − to optimize the processes of training and coaching of seafarers during the voyage.","PeriodicalId":34268,"journal":{"name":"Rozvitok metodiv upravlinnia ta gospodariuvannia na transporti","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69587077","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
