Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bentuk verba imperatif, jenis-jenis, dan struktur kalimat imperatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kalimat imperatif dalam buku teks Bahasa Indonesia kelas X. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode agih dengan teknik BUL, ekstraksi, lesap, baca markah, dan analisis konstituen kalimat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) bentuk verba imperatif terdiri atas (a) verba asal dan (b) verba turunan, (2) jenis-jenis kalimat imperatif dibedakan berdasarkan (a) ketransitifan verba dan (b) pemarkah imperatif, dan (3) struktur kalimat imperatif terdiri atas (a) (+S) + P(-lah) ± O ± Pel ± Ket dan (b) ±Pmrk(-lah) (+S) + P ± O ± Pel ± Ket.

 ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa perulangan pada antologi puisi Dayak! Dayak! Di Manakah Kamu? karya Korrie Layun Rampan yang meliputi sebagai berikut; (1) bentuk gaya bahasa perulangan; (2) makna gaya bahasa perulangan; (3) implementasi hasil penelitian pada rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan stilistika. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu antologi puisi Dayak! Dayak! Di Manakah Kamu? Karya Korrie Layun Rampan. Data dalam penelitian ini kutipan-kutipan berupa kata-kata, dan kalimat yang terdapat dalam sumber data dan sebagai instrumen kunci dan kartu pencatat data.Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis teks.Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan ketekunan pembacaan, tringulasi dan kecukupan referensial.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penggunaan bentuk gaya bahasa perulangan dalam antologi puisi Dayak! Dayak! The psycholinguistic study presented by Piaget examines the stages of language development, aged 1-2 years, including the holophrastic stage (one-word speech). The speech that comes out of the child is very comforting by moderate circumstances, such as sad, happy or uncomfortable. This research is a case study that emphasizes emotions in children aged 1-2 years. The conditions that occur in children will provoke speeches that express their condition. Based on data analysis obtained from voice recordings, it appears that children aged 1-2 years only master the linguistic aspects of phonology and cannot pronounce vocabulary clearly. The method used is descriptive qualitative which analyzes the meaning, cause and effect of the vocabulary that comes out of the child.Â

Reforma agraria merupakan salah satu bentuk perwujudan komitmen Indonesia sebagai negara hukum yang berkewajiban untuk memberikan jaminan dan perlindungan terhadap hak-hak warga negaranya. Masalah pendaftaran tanah merupakan masalah yang sudah sangat lama namun hingga saat ini belum menemukan solusi untuk percepatan proses dalam rangka mewujudkan tertib administrasi pertanahan. Salah satu sumber konflik agraria yang dapat ditemui di lapangan adalah ketidakakuratan data di desa yang timbul karena belum terlaksananya tata sistem informasi dan administrasi pertanahan yang baik dan tertib. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti membatasi masalah yang diteliti untuk mencari upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan untuk menciptakan penataan sistem informasi dan adminstrasi pertanahan di kelurahan/desa. Dengan tujuan dapat menciptakan suatu tataan sistem informasi dan adminstrasi pertanahan di Kelurahan-kelurahan khususnya di Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan jawaban untuk menciptakan suatu tataan sistem informasi dan adminstrasi pertanahan di kelurahan khususnya di Kota Cimahi.

This study aims to analyze the new normal policy implementation during Covid-19 to deliverance the economy of Indonesia. New normal is one of the options to become a milestone in Indonesia's economic revival. The government has decided to run a new normal policy to encourage economic recovery. Although, the Covid-19 pandemic has not shown any signs of ending. Previously the handling of Covid-19 in Indonesia by seeking social distancing to large-scale social restrictions. However, this policy seems to make the economy in Indonesia stuck, so the government's step is to implement new normal. The method used in this study is qualitative-descriptive, with secondary data obtained from various sources such as government websites, journals, books, and online media. As a result, this new normal policy is aimed at all business sectors. To support this policy, the government has made working guidelines in new normal situations. If economic activity returns, the most noticeable impact will be reduced unemployment and the availability of various jobs. Therefore, people's purchasing power is expected to recover as before the Covid-19 pandemic emerged. New normal activity amid the Covid-19 pandemic is like two sides of a coin. On the one hand, there is the potential to boost the economy; however, there is a risk of increasing the coronavirus's positive cases. This study found that health protocols can be easily formulated, but implementation may not be comfortable in the field. For this reason, various multidisciplinary studies need to be considered by the government in implementing the new normal policy.

A participatory and sustainable village development process should actively involve women so that their essential interests can be realized in gender responsive village planning and budgeting and gender budgeting. Consciously, women and girls in supporting village development are quite high. However, qualitatively, village women are less capable and brave enough to convey ideas and criticism in village deliberation forums. The power relations and women's access to village resources are still limited due to the strong authoritarian-faced village oligarchy regime. The presence of authoritarian power relations is also perpetuated by the culture and low levels of education and the experiences of village women. Thus strengthening the capacity of individuals or groups to improve education and skills in various fields is a necessity.

This paper explains the knowledge, attitudes, enthusiasm, and ideology of female legislative candidates as stated in posters in public spaces. Using the theory of critical discourse analysis, this paper explains the characteristics of the contents of the slogans of women legislative candidates. It assumes verbal formulation on posters that are supported by the knowledge, attitudes, enthusiasm, and ideology of legislative candidates who are part of the posters posted in the public space.

In order to make improvements in public services, the City Government of Bandung and Kota Makassar implement Smart City, and it is also in accordance with the directions of the Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara & Reformasi Birokrasi provide quality services that satisfy the needs of society in the fields of education, health, housing, and so forth. Local governments must also work creatively and innovatively to improve accountability, transparency, and responsiveness by utilizing information technology. The focus of this study is to compare the Government of Bandung with Makassar City in running Smart City in order to implement the innovation of public services. As a method for this research, a qualitative analysis is used, so that the phenomena or situations in the field can be realistically and systematically explained in detail while using the review literature from previous research. The Governments of Bandung City and Makassar City have shown to be successful areas with the implementation of Smart City. Both cities have received many awards for providing innovative services of high quality in spite of the fact that Makassar city started relatively late with implementing Smart City. Although they have been successful so far, the innovation of public services in these two cities will still have to be improved, so that a larger part of society will be able to profit from them. It takes a deep commitment on the part of the local authorities in order to be able to implement Smart City that creates an innovative programme. Smart City's implementation is a solution for creating good governance and makes improvements across multiple sectors of society. Pada tahun 2013, 2018, dan 2019 terjadi penangkapan terorisme di Kota Cimahi. Kota Cimahi dianggap rawan menjadi tempat persembunyian teroris. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengawasan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Cimahi dalam penanggulangan terorisme. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu desktiptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah DaerahKota Cimahi dalam penanggulangan terorisme, melalui Kantor Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) Kota Cimahi bersinergi dengan pihak kepolisian dan juga masyarakat Kota Cimahi. Melalui Forum Kewaspadaan Dini Masyarakat, Kesbangpol bersama dengan pihak kepolisian, memberi edukasi kepada masyarakat terkait radikaslime dan terorisme. Baik pihak Kesbapol dan kepolisian, telah memiliki SDM yang berkompeten dalam pengawasan. Hanya saja sejauh ini yang menjadi kekurangan adalah terkait kuantitas dari SDM di kepolisian. Perencanaan pengawasan dalam penanggulangan terorisme di Kota Cimahi dilakukan dengan pemetaan tugas kepada masing-masing unit yang ada di kepolisian. Anggaran khusus untuk penanganan terorisme belum ada. Jadi, kesimpulannya adalah pengawasan penanggulangan di Pemerintah Kota Cimahi dilakukan dengan cara mengajak masyarakat untuk melihat lingkungan sekitarnya, dan apabila ada hal yang mencurigakan bisa langsung melaporkan kepada Pemerintah atau pihak kepolisian. Penelitian ini membahas terkait Efektivitas Program Keluarga Harapan Dalam Upaya Pengentasan Kemiskinan di Kecamatan Padalarang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu belum efektifnya Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kecamatan Padalarang. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan PKH pengentasan kemiskinan di Kecamatan Padalarang Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan (wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi). Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Unit analisis dan informan Dinas Sosial yaitu UPPKH Bandung Barat, Koordinator Pendamping PKH Kecamatan Padalarang, dan Peserta PKH. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Efektivitas Program Keluarga Harapan di Kecamatan Padalarang belum efektif. Terlihat belum optimalnya pemberian bantuan, dana yang diterima peserta PKH tidak sesuai dengan keadaan PKH, selain itu dana yang diterima pendamping PKH juga tidak sesuai dengan pengeluarannya, dan kurang tegasnya sanksi yang diberikan pendamping kepada peserta PKH yang tidak melaksanakan kewajibannya, masih belum tepat sasaran dalam memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat miskin.
