Higher education frameworks in numerous nations have extended drastically to meet growing economic and social needs. Educational policies, structures and practices have been essentially affected by globalization. Some of these progressions have been driven by financial forces, while others have been driven by political, technological, and social powers. Globalization's effect on education has brought on a reconsidering of numerous ranges in education, including its purpose, structure, pedagogy, content, instructional methodology, and outcomes assessment. The study aims to investigate the casual relationship between service quality and student behavioral intention, as well as, the mediating effect of student happiness. In the current study, the researcher adopted the quantitative technique (using questionnaire method) to achieve the research aim. SPSS25 and Smart PLS3 are implemented for data analysis. The results revealed that higher education service qualities; and student happiness, have a positive effect on student behavioral intention. In addition, student happiness mediates the relationship between higher education service quality and student behavioral intention. Theoretical and practical implications are introduced as well as suggestions for future research.

Deposit mobilization is a crucial for the banks and economic development. However, a certain low level of deposit is a concern for the economy. Apart from macroeconomic policies, the bank should find their own possible strategies to increase level of deposit. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of bank specific factors such as bank asset, number of Auto Teller Machine (ATM) and number of Point of Sales (POS) terminal on deposits mobilization of private commercial banks in Myanmar.

Thepurpose of this study was to investigatethe influence of strategic characteristics on business continuity management (BCM) among Kenyan private security services companies, since contemporary organizations face unprecedented risks which may interrupt their day to day operations and/or at worst, negatively impact their future existence. An integrative model of the relationship among organisational structure, resources, leadership style, systems and BCM was developed and tested using data from 142 security companies. The results suggest that the company structure (CS), support systems (CSS) and resources (CR) have a direct, positive and significant effect on BCM.It was also ascertained that leadership style (LS) hasnegative but significant, effect on BCM, and CR exerted a greater influence on BCM, than other factors. It may be concluded that there are some generally applicable underlying drivers of BCM, which organisations need to embrace during planning. To increase generalizability, future studies should be extended to other service institutions.

Many researches were conducted in the past on product differentiation. However, very few studies were conducted to investigate the result of product differentiation in retaining and attracting the other brand users. This study was undertaken especially to examine if the differentiation resulted in retaining existing and attracting new customers. For this objective researcher showcased and gave presentation of the TVs in showrooms to the visitors and few volunteers. 3 Showrooms in Delhi were selected to give presentation to existing LED TV users. 470 responses were collected and analysed. The results showed that Sony is most favoured brand for LED TV. It was found that product differentiation and reasons to rebuy or switch to a particular brand are significantly related. Limitations of the study are discussed in the paper.

Electronic-Retailing(E-tailing) is gaining prominence across the globe, duly supported by advancement in technologies and digitization. The e-tailing growth has been driven by increasing smartphone & internet penetration, the launch of affordable 4G networks, the existence of security & logistics infrastructure and growing consumer wealth across the world (World Economic Forum). Exclusive customer offers, promotional campaigns, cashback and redemptions by e-commerce service providers and bankers through online channel have also aided the growth in electronic-retailing. E-tailing is a part of e-commerce, where it deals only with B2C customers. This study will be helpful in identifying influential E-service quality factors that are affecting consumer satisfaction with respect to the online channel. Survey was conducted with a structured questionnaire and responses were elicited from 230 e-tail customers. Both Primary and secondary data are used for this study. Primary data is collected through survey method. Secondary information is gathered from different sources such as online web-sources, newspapers, research journals, industry reports, etc. The study considered e-retailing customers of amazon who made at least one purchase on the website for the last year. Amazon has the highest market share among the e-retailers.The results demonstrated that post-purchase behavior aspects like on-time delivery of the product and providing the exact product at the time of delivery plays a significant role in enhancing customer satisfaction.
