Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkapkan bagaimana fungsi manajemen pada Komunitas Seni Hitam Putih Padangpanjang. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian evaluatif yang mencoba mengungkap secara deskriptif dalam bentuk narasi tentang fakta-fakta yang ada berdasarkan opini pelakunya. Data atau informasi penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, interview dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis yaitu, mereduksi data, menampilkan data, menarik simpulan (sementara), dan memverifikasi kesimpulan melalui teknik triangulasi. Hasil temuan memperlihatkan bahwa Komunitas Seni Hitam Putih secara organisasi masih menyandarkan diri pada seseorang yang bertindak sebagai koordinator, struktur organisasi belum menempatkan kompetensi, karya yang ditampilkan masih bersifat sporadis, belum terorganisasi dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsi-fungsi manajemen profesional planning, organizing, actuating, motivating, controlling, dan evaluating.

Covid-19 pandemic conditioned people to implement social distancing in each social activity. This condition impacted the process of catechesis. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of three one three online catechesis processes in keeping the essence of catechesis during the Covid-19 pandemic situation in grass root level. The facilitator of catechesis performed planning, implementation, and evaluation of the online catechesis using gadgets and the internet. Since the early 1980s, faith dan spiritual developers used computers and the internet to promote faith and spiritual development. The catechesis facilitator implemented "three one three" online catechesis methods to respond to popular online catechesis through social media, such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, during the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Those examples show only one-way communication of faith (faith monologue), which does not represent the essence of catechesis. The researcher employed the qualitative method in this descriptive research and applied random sampling to nine families of the primary community of Curug Parish-Tangerang City. The result shows that the three stages and the thirteen steps of the online catechesis process effectively keep the essence of catechesis as a faith dialogue or two communication methods.

Each person strives to mold himself into a mature or effective person. One of the characteristics of a mature or effective person is being able to control every emotion or impulse from within. Self-control is the ability to direct one's own behavior and suppress the various urges that exist. The impulses that appear can be controlled by means of behavioral control, cognitive control, decision control, informational control, and retrospective control. And self-control should follow ethical or moral principles, the principle of awareness, the principle of reflection, the principle of patience, and the principle of distraction towards objects or something else. The objective of this research is to examine the efforts made by individuals to develop the ability to control themselves or control emotions in their lives. English language skills are expected to help children in the future to be able to interact globally and make it easier for them to establish relationships widely. One of the concerns in learning English is to build vocabulary in children through fun activities so that children do not feel that learning English is too boring and difficult. One of the methods used to introduce English to children is to use fun methods such as movements and songs which are usually done as a routine in class. This study aims to determine how the level of students' abilities and students' perceptions in improving English vocabulary after being given treatment using motion and song. This study used quantitative methods through pre-experimental design that utilizes pre-test and post-test to a group of students to determine their progress before and after being given treatment. Using the test would make an appropriate and accurate comparison to find out the improvement that occurs to students. The data collection technique was carried out by classroom observation at one of the Kindergartens that had compulsory English extracurricular. With the results in the post-test, the findings of this study were that early childhood children could have significant results after being given treatment. There were even children who can answer almost all the vocabulary in the ten designated objects. In addition, based on the responses of students who took part in the lesson they reveled this method with a thumbs up sign and a smile shown to the teacher. So it can be concluded that the motion and song method can be suitable methods for early childhood to introduce English.

The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic has made learning that was originally face-to-face turning online, of course, brings new problems in learning, especially in practical learning. One of the efforts was to fulfill needs learning is through the use of media who had played a role as a tool or an intermediary that support the teaching process .In relation to this matter one of the media learning that can be used is a video. This study aims to develop PNPR 2 learning videos to facilitate learning by producing various independent learning resources in the form of instructional videos that can be used according to learning needs. The research method used is Research and Development (R & D) using the Derek Rowntree product development model with three stages, namely: a) the planning stage; b) the development stage (development); c) the evaluation stage (formative evaluation). Product effectiveness testing is carried out by providing advice and input from colleagues (one to one person). The results of this study indicate that (1) the development of instructional videos that was much as 87% is considered clear and effective for use in the learning process more broadly. Meanwhile, to measure the effectiveness of using PNPR 2 learning videos is to conduct performance tests on full stop, as such it was found that the percentage of student learning outcomes after using PNPR 2 learning videos was that 89% of students to display good performance, 11 % poor practice well or said wrong. Thus the PNPR 2 learning video is considered effective to be used in the learning process.

Learning achievement is very important to summarize the results of the learning process that has been done so far. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence of learning achievement. Quantitative design study with cross sectional approach. 125 students of the Midwifery Study Program at STIKes Maranatha Kupang were selected as the randomly selected sample of the 278 female student population. The study was conducted in August 2020. Data was collected using questionnaires, attendance records, and student KHS (Study Result Cards). Data analysis used ordinal regression with the SPPS 22 application with a significance of p≤0.05. The results showed that the factors that affecting of student learning achievement were the student attendance rate in class (0.002), the role of the academic supervisor (p = 0.001), and student learning motivation (0.000). Achievement of good student learning achievement is not only determined by intrinsic factors such as motivation, but can also be influenced by extrinsic factors such as attendance levels and the role of supervisors.

Keterampilan proses sains (KPS) merupakan bagian dari kompetensi psikomotorik yang mendukung siswa dalam proses mendapatkan pengetahuan. Sehububngan dengan itu, PKS dianggap sangat penting untuk dimiliki siswa. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan gambaran kemampuan psikomotorik dalam bentuk KPS siswa. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Ada dua jenis data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini. Data pertama berkaitan dengan KPS, dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik tes objektif yang berhubungan dengan delapan jenis keterampilan proses. Data kedua berkaitan dengan pengetahuan guru tentang KPS dan pendekatan pembelajaran dalam mengajar Biologi, dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara. Sumber data berasal dari 287 orang siswa kelas XI bidang peminatan matematika dan ilmu alam serta empat orang guru yang mengajar biologi dari empat sekolah berbeda. Data KPS dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa KPS siswa berada pada level sedang. Dari delapan KPS yang diujikan kepada siswa, keterampilan komunikasi adalah keterampilan yang mendapat skor tertinggi, yakni 73,9%, sedangkan keterampilan menyimpulkan adalah keterampilan yang memiliki skor terendah, yakni 36,4%. Hasil wawancara bersama guru Biologi memberikan hasil bahwa metode ceramah adalah metode yang sering diterapkan guru saat mengajar Biologi. Praktikum jarang diterapkan guru dalam pembelajaran Biologi dengan beragam alasan. Padahal, pelaksanaan praktikum Biologi begitu penting mengingat melalui praktikum siswa berinteraksi langsung dengan objek pengamatan dan dapat memberdayakan beragam kompetensi agar dapat mengatasi problem dalam Biologi termasuk dapat mengembangkan KPS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui apakah penerapan metode inkuiri berbasis audio visual “Museum Bali” dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa, dan (2) mengetahui apakah penerapan metode inkuiri berbasis audio visual “Museum Bali” dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran sejarah mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan subjek penelitian seluruh mahasiswa semester III jurusan Pendidikan Sejarah Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar tahun akademik 2017-2018 sebanyak 26 orang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode inkuiri. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan, dengan indikator rasa ingin tahu mahasiswa meningkat setelah dilacak menggunakan angket motivasi pada proses belajar. Sementara itu, jika dikalkulasikan ke dalam angka maka pada siklus I sebanyak 16 mahasiswa belum mencapai ketuntasan dan 10 mahasiswa mencapai ketuntasan. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan, yakni sebanyak 17 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor 90, 3 mahasiswa memperoleh skor 110 sedangkan 6 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor 100. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa sudah ada perubahan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa secara signifikan. Sementara itu, aspek kesadaran sejarah mengacu pada rentang skor (100-120 Amat Baik), (90-99 Baik), (80-89 Cukup), (70-79 Kurang, dan (60-69 Sangat Kurang). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa data analisis tes angket kesadaran sejarah terhadap pembelajaran sejarah pada siklus I yaitu ada 13 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor terendah, 1 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor 77, 1 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor 78, 2 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor 79, 2 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor 80, 1 mahasiswa mendapat skor 86, 3 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor 88, dan 3 mahasiswa mendapatlan skor 89. Berdasarkan pedoman skor yang terdapat pada lembar observasi maka klasifikasi berada pada taraf Cukup. Pada siklus II, 19 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor di atas 90, 1 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor 112, 3 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor 103, dan 3 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor 120. Berdasarkan pedoman skor yang terdapat pada lembar observasi maka klasifikasi berada pada taraf Amat Baik.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan subjek penelitian seluruh mahasiswa semester III jurusan Pendidikan Sejarah Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar tahun akademik 2017-2018 sebanyak 26 orang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode inkuiri. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan, dengan indikator rasa ingin tahu mahasiswa meningkat setelah dilacak menggunakan angket motivasi pada proses belajar. Sementara itu, jika dikalkulasikan ke dalam angka maka pada siklus I sebanyak 16 mahasiswa belum mencapai ketuntasan dan 10 mahasiswa mencapai ketuntasan. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan, yakni sebanyak 17 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor 90, 3 mahasiswa memperoleh skor 110 sedangkan 6 mahasiswa mendapatkan skor 100. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa sudah ada perubahan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa secara signifikan. Sementara itu, aspek kesadaran sejarah mengacu pada rentang skor (100-120 Amat Baik), (90-99 Baik), (80-89 Cukup), (70-79 Kurang, dan (60-69 Sangat Kurang). Dialogue is a way of being in the Church in a world characterized by religious and cultural diversity. This study aims to explore the interreligious dialogue of the traders at the Inpres Ruteng market. This research is urgent because the Inpres Ruteng market is a miniature of religious pluralism. This research uses a qualitative approach. The main instruments in collecting data were in-depth interviews and observations. The findings of this study indicate that two types of dialogue have been practiced by traders in Ruteng Inpres market, namely the dialogue of life and dialogue of works. These two types of dialogue have become part of the way of life of Catholic and Muslim traders in the Ruteng Inpres market. Two types of dialogue that have not yet appeared are the dialogue of faith experience and the theological dialogue. It is hoped that the strength of the dialogue on life and the dialogue of work is expected to be the strength to create a holistic and integral transformation in the lives of traders in the Ruteng Inpres market. Based on the findings of this study, the following two recommendations should be made. First, faith dialogue and theological dialogue need to be developed in order to build an adequate understanding of the uniques of the teachings of other religions. Developing a dialogue of faith and theological dialogue needs to be facilitated by the leaders of each religion. Second, further research is expected to focus on efforts to portray potential conflicts in the relationship between Catholic traders and Muslims in the Inpres Ruteng market. This is important so that the planning of preventive steps to prevent conflict can be done properly and measured.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh self-concept akademik terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VI selama pandemi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya permasalahan bahwa masih terdapat banyak siswa yang kurang memiliki kemandirian dalam belajar pada jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar, terutama saat pembelajaran berbasis online (daring) diberlakukan pada masa pandemi. Selain itu, ketika ujian berlangsung banyak siswa yang tidak mampu mengerjakan soalnya sendiri dan bertanya kepada teman di sampingnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif-deskriptif. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian korelasi. Subjek penelitian ini ialah siswa, berjumlah 40 siswa. Variabel yang dikaji yaitu self-concept akademik dan kemandirian belajar siswa. Data diambil melalui angket self-concept akademik dan kemandirian belajar siswa. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh hasil r tabel dengan N = 70 dan α= 5%, adalah 0,235. Sedangkan rhitung diperoleh besaran 0,769, maka rhitung > rtabel (0,769>0,235), berarti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan, akibatnya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi kesimpulannya “Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan self-concept akademik terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VI”. Artinya semakin tinggi self-concept akademik siswa maka semakin tinggi pula kemandirian belajarnya dan sebaliknya, apabila self-concept akademik rendah maka kemandirian belajar siswa rendah pula. Berdasarkan simpulan pada hasil penelitian siswa diharapkan dapat belajar dengan kesadaran diri tanpa adanya paksaan orangtua maupun guru serta dalam belajar tidak tergantung kepada orang lain. Guru diharapkan dapat memperhatikan self-concept akademik siswa dan berusaha meningkatkannya sehingga siswa dapat mempunyai kemandirian belajar tinggi dan dapat menyelesaikan tugas belajarnya dengan sempurna.
