Conceptual understanding is one of the core standards in mathematics or as a key component of mathematical skills. Understanding mathematical concepts is knowledge that involves a thorough understanding of the underlying concepts and the basis behind the algorithms performed in mathematics. A student must have this understanding if he wants to understand mathematics in depth. The problem may not be because it is solely related to the learning process, but rather the internal intelligence of students. This study examines how the relationship between spatial and emotional intelligence with students' understanding of mathematical concepts. This research is a correlational research with multiple correlation research design. This research involved 66 students of SMP class VIII in Kab. East Manggarau, NTT as a sample. Data collection is done by using questionnaires and tests. Before the data were analyzed correlatively, both simple and multiple, the analysis prerequisite tests were carried out, namely normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. The results of data analysis show that these three test requirements are met and the results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional and spatial intelligence and students' understanding of mathematical concepts (either partially or simultaneously). Simultaneously, these two intelligences contribute 16.08% to increasing students' understanding of mathematical concepts. The study provides a recommendation that in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts, consideration of students' basic intelligence factors needs to be considered before being treated or designing a mathematics learning environment

Di dalam konsep kekristenan, menjaga tubuh tetap sehat adalah sangat penting untuk dilakukan karena tubuh adalah bait Roh Kudus. Pada kenyataannya, banyak anak muda tidak menjaga tubuhnya dengan memasukkan makanan dan minuman yang merusak tubuh tanpa mereka sadari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana anak muda dapat bertarak (menahan hawa nafsu menahan kesenangan, berpuasa dan sebagainya) dan mengekang hawa nafsunya terhadap penggunaan tembakau, minuman keras dan narkoba, pemahaman mereka tentang tubuh itu adalah bait Roh Kudus, dan mendapatkan upaya preventif agar anak muda dapat mengendalikan hawa nafsunya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pendekatan deskriptif dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran secara umum sejauh mana pemahaman anak muda tentang pertarakan dan tubuh adalah bait Allah melalui tindakan mereka dengan tidak merokok, minum minuman keras, dan mengonsumsi narkoba. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Kuesioner dibagi kepada siswa dan siswa Sekolah Menengah Umum di Sekolah Advent yang ada di Jakarta. Hasil deskriptif kuesioner dan hasil wawancara kemudian dianalisis untuk menemukan upaya preventif apa saja yang dapat dilakukan oleh pihak pendidik, yaitu orang tua dan guru agar anak-anak muda dapat menjaga hawa nafsunya dan menjaga tubuhnya sebagai bait Allah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika dengan materi pokok Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel melalui penerapan pembelajaran blended learning berbantuan e-worksheet. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika saat ini, ditemukan masalah seperti siswa merasa bosan dan kesulitan dalam memahami materi karena dalam proses pembelajaran tidak menggunakan model yang bervariasi. Melalui penerapan blended learning berbantuan e-worksheet, siswa memiliki keleluasaan untuk mempelajari materi dengan memanfaatkan bahan ajar yang tersimpan secara online. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Dalam satu siklus dilaksanakan selama 3 kali pertemuan, yaitu 2 pertemuan untuk pelaksanaan tindakan dan 1 pertemuan untuk melakukan tes akhir siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 25 orang siswa kelas VIII.1 SMP Widiatmika pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Data prestasi belajar matematika siswa dikumpulkan dengan tes pilihan ganda (objektif). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil yang dicapai pada setiap siklus mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan siswa dalam mencapai KKM 65 adalah 60% dengan rata-rata kelas 67,76. Pada siklus II persentase ketuntasan siswa dalam mencapai KKM 65 adalah 80% dengan rata-rata kelas 76. Sekolah merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang berorientasi pada siswa sebagai pusat layanan. Segala sumber daya diarahkan untuk memberikan layanan yang optimal pada siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, kinerja karyawan (guru dan tenaga kependidikan) di sekolah perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement, spiritualitas kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan SMA Kolese de Britto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 73 karyawan yang pengambilannya dengan proportinied clustered random sampling. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan metode SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software SMARTPLS v.3.0. Pembelajaran daring merupakan transformasi pembelajran tatap muka selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Efektivitas pelaksanaanya tergantung pada kesiapan sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran selama masa pandemi Covid-19 jenjang sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah guru pada sekolah dasar di kecamatan Langke Rembong Kabupaten Manggarai, NTT. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara purposif, dengan mempertimbangkan status sekolah swasta dan negeri. Total sampel penelitian adalah 43 orang guru dari 10 sekolah. Instrumen pengumpulan menggunakan angket. Angket diberikan kepada responden melalui Google Form dengan periode pengisian bulan April dan Mei 2021. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskripsi persentase. Hasil analisis mengungkapkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa selama masa pandemi Covid-19 di sekolah dasar di kecamatan Langke Rembong Kabupaten Manggarai NTT sangat beragam. Mereka cenderungan menggunakan pembelajaran tatap muka (konvensional) secara terbatas daripada pembelajaran daring. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi pada upaya pemberdayaan sekolah, guru dan peserta didik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dan implikasi penelitian serupa pada masa depan

Mathematical thinking ability is the ability of thinking processes to think systematically, analyze arguments and come up with ideas with evidence to develop a logical mindset on what to do. This very important because students will be helped in thinking mathematically rationally in drawing conclusions and observing the problems that exist. It is also necessary to pay attention to self confidence which is the ability of students to solve existing problems. This study aims to determine the relationship between students 'mathematical critical thinking and students' self-confidence in learning mathematics for Grade IX students. This study uses quantitative research with a non-experimental approach, namely the correlation approach. The population of this study is class IX at SMP Al Madani with a sample of 21 people through the sampling technique, namely convenience sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis used normality test and Pearson correlation test. Based on the research, the results obtained were 1) normality test with a significance of 0.586> 0.05, which means the data was normally distributed and 2) a correlation value of 0.520 and significant 0.016 <0.05, which means that there is a positive relationship between students' critical thinking skills and self-confidence. in mathematics learning. In other words, the higher the students 'critical thinking, the higher the students' self confidence. This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes of students of class VII.5 SMP Widiatmika. The main topic of the linear equations and inequalities of one variable during mathematics learning through the application of blended learning assisted by instructional videos. There are several factors that affect the learning outcomes of students in grade VII.5 SMP Widiatmika. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle is carried out for 3 meetings, namely 2 meetings for action parts and 1 meeting to conduct the final cycle test. The test used to collect student learning outcomes is in the form of multiple choice questions consisting of 30 questions. The application of blended learning based on video learning is proven to be successful in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of class VII.5 students of SMP Widiatmika. It can be seen from the average student learning outcomes which have increased from first cycle to the next cycle, the average student learning outcomes in the first cycle is 62,67 with the percentage of completeness is 56%; The average student learning outcomes in cycle II was 80,20 with the percentage of student completeness was 80%

This article is motivated by the concern of the phenomenon of religious-based intolerance and radicalism in Indonesia. Perpetrators of these attitudes and behaviors occur in many educational settings by educated individuals. There have been cases where radicalism happens because schools are developing religious education, which is exclusive and not open to pluralism in society. Therefore, this article develops ideas/thoughts about schools and Catholic Religious Education (CRE) relevant in the context of pluralism in Indonesia to prevent religious intolerance and radicalism. Schools can be pluralism-friendly homes by making them a positive space for diversity and a place for humanist dialogical education. In Indonesian pluralism, Catholic Religious Education helps students know their religious faith and get to know other religions, have a dialogue with the truths of other religions, and even learn from other religions. PAK in the Indonesian context must contribute to building the personality and attitude of students who are inclusive, dialogical, humanist, and fair. CRE should not be used as an apologetic tool for the sake of defending the truth of Catholicism narrowly and exclusively. The development and advancement of technology brings changes to the patterns and lifestyles of Young Catholics (OMK). This fact raises a great concern in this article, that most OMK are currently very busy with their work, study assignments, and social media, so that involvement in the activities of the parish becomes less effective and less targeted. The main issue in this article is to get a clear picture of how OMK is involved in the activities of the raid. This article wants to know the extent to which OMK is involved and involved in the pastoral work of the Church in the parishes of the Diocese of Ketapang. This article is qualitative research with descriptive analytical writing methods. The population used was Young Catholics in a number of parishes in the Diocese of Ketapang with a sample number of fifty-two active OMK. Instrument uses semistructured interviews to 12 OMK through WhatsApp social media. As a method of data collection, the authors disseminated questionnaires online to 40 OMK. The results showed that the involvement of OMK Keuskupan Ketapang in the activities of the church needs to be improved. Coaching to omk from the parish also needs to be designed and planned well. This study recommends the need for recollection, supply, retreat or similar activities that can grow and cultivate the faith of OMK. OMK is expected to be increasingly aware of self-identity as a young Catholic in the midst of the development of the times.
