Housing is an essential asset for households, and owning a home is a dream of many people, For a country with one of the largest populations in the world such as Vietnam, owning a house for low-income employees is even more desirable to low-income people. Many low-income people are disadvantaged groups in society, so building houses that meet the needs of disadvantaged groups always has a positive impact on socio-economic development. The article uses a survey method combined with regression analysis to identify factors affecting the decision to buy housing in Vietnam, including income, location, quality of work, living environment, prices, and references. These are factors associated with the character and local characteristics of Vietnamese people

Due to an increasing application of technology in the global workforce, teachers have been assigned the strategic role in enhancing education quality. In such circumstances, teachers must be able to adapt to challenging requirements and overcome existing obstacles. In fact, teachers’ innovative work behavior and job performance are critical aspects of high-quality university education. It is often assumed that motivation is the source of effects that have great impacts on innovative behavior and job performance of lecturers at universities. In this study, the researchers aim at exploring the impacts of motivational factors that related to fun at workplace and justice that is perceived by lecturers at universities. A conceptual framework that sheds light on whether perceived justice and workplace fun affect innovative work behavior and job performance of lecturers at universities is developed using theory of planned behaviors and organizational theory. In order to test the study hypotheses, an online survey using google forms was delivered to 152 lecturers who work in public universities in Ho Chi Minh City. Respondents completed an online survey to assess the degree they evaluate their assumptions related to workplace fun, perceived justice, innovative behavior and job performance. Data collected are analyzed using Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Results show that understandings of perceived justice and attitude toward workplace fun have significant effects on innovative behavior, which then leads to significant impact on job performance.

In a business with strong competition as real estate, how to limit emotional exhaustion and increase organizational citizenship behavior of employees is an interesting question. Based on the theory of social exchange, the authors investigate the impact of organizational climate, transformational leadership on emotional exhaustion, organizational citizenship behavior of employees in real estate business. The qualitative research method was used to build the research model. The quantitative research method with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyze data of 193 employees in the real estate business. The results showed that both organizational climate and transformational leadership increase organizational citizenship behavior. However, while transformational leadership alleviates emotional exhaustion, the organizational climate enhances it. In practice, leaders need to have flexibility in leadership styles as well as businesses need to improve the working environment to help reduce employee fatigue and improve virtue civic behaviors.

The research was conducted to understand the impact of credit risk management on the financial stability of 27 Vietnamese commercial banks. From the research results, the authors proposed some implications for credit risk management and solutions to promote financial stability for banks. The study used secondary data obtained from audited financial statements of banks in the period 2006 - 2020. Because the research model had intermediate variables, we used SEM to analyze and the data was processed by Stata. Research results show that non-performing loans and loan loss provisions had a direct effect on profitability and financial stability. Besides, there was an indirect relationship between credit risk management, profitability, and financial stability. The research proved whether the characteristics of Vietnam's banking system and the obtained results are compatible with the theory and previous studies.

The article, studies the relationship between consumer confidence and the stock market index in Vietnam's stock market in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic shock, data collected from 2012Q1 to 2021Q4 from Nielsen data sources. Consumer confidence is measured by the consumer confidence index (CCI), and the stock market index (SMI). The authors use the P.VAR model to solve the set goals. Research results show that there is a strong positive relationship between consumer confidence and the stock market index in Vietnam in the period from 2012 to 2021. In addition, shocks of the past CCI and SMI value also affect current CCI and SMI values. This shows that when consumer confidence is in a positive direction, the SMI will also be in a positive direction and vice versa. In addition, the results showed that Covid 19 did not significantly affect the above relationship. From the research results, the authors propose governance implications to attract more investors to participate in the stock market, contributing to promoting capital in the circulating economy more effectively

This study analyses the economic impacts of the UK-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (UKVFTA) on Vietnam’s electronics industry (EI) after the UKVFTA had been signed for the period from 2017 to 2021. The TSI, GL/IIT, and CTB indexes were employed to analyze the electronics items traded between the UK and Vietnam. The results showed that Vietnam’s electronics industry after the UKVFTA does not result in a significant increase. This agreement still ensures that trade flows smoothly as possible leading to economic development between Vietnam and the UK, after Brexit, especially in the context of the current Covid-19 crisis. Therefore, the UKVFTA would still have a crucial role to play in Vietnam’s electronics industry and the trade structure of both countries in general. In addition, Vietnam should take measures to improve its competitive position in the EI, boost trade between the two countries and raise the welfare of Vietnam in the future

Entrepreneurship is the main motivation of economic development, a large amount of literature analyzing the impact of entrepreneurship on solid growth and survival has appeared. This paper aims to quantify the impact of entrepreneurship on economic growth using a balanced panel data of 8 provinces in the Mekong Delta region over 20 years. Two indicators of entrepreneurship (Private Employment Rate, Self-Employment Rate) are identified and incorporated into the traditional growth regression model demonstrated using the Feasible Generalized Least Square (FGLS) method. The results show that entrepreneurship has a positive impact on economic growth and this finding is very strong through the private employment rate of 8 Mekong Delta provinces but does not provide enough evidence that the self-employment rate has a positive impact on growth. Public policies that promote entrepreneurship should be expected to positively influence economic growth
