The article presents the peculiarities of the work of obtainers of higher education in classes conducted with the help of distance learning technologies and considers the psychological and pedagogical problems of evaluating their educational achievements, pedagogical conditions that will contribute to the formation of students’ motivation to observe academic integrity. The purpose of the article is to analyze the factors that influence the evaluation of higher education obtainers during distance learning and to determine the pedagogical conditions that will contribute to the formation of their motivation to master the educational material and the independent presentation of the obtained results. Methodology of the article. Consideration of psychological and pedagogical problems of distance learning of higher education obtainers, taking into account the subject of assessment: knowledge, skills and abilities. It was revealed that the assessment of higher education obtainers during distance learning should perform control, didactic, corrective, and motivational functions. It is established that assessment tools and control measures should meet the goals of distance learning and provide an opportunity for students to evaluate their progress in learning and motivate them to master the program material. It has been demonstrated that the current and final evaluation of students’ learning results should be based on an individual approach, the use of problem situations, the performance of practically oriented tasks, tests in a short period of time, the formulation of questions, the answer to which requires analysis and generalization of the educational material. The theoretical basis of the research is humanistic pedagogy and teaching methods. Results. The main psychological-pedagogical problems affecting the assessment of student learning outcomes during distance learning (virtual environment, software, ediated communication, limited eye contact, large amount of written information, high demands of teachers, etc.) are highlighted. It has been proven that evaluation depends on: the use of clear evaluation criteria; stimulating students for independent demonstration of knowledge and skills; setting tasks by the teacher in accordance with the technical capabilities of each student; establishing feedback and reflection of the teacher on completed tasks; use of problem situations, practice-oriented tasks, tests; correction of answers, etc. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that they help the teacher to choose methods of assessment of higher education obtainers during distance learning, which allow for current and final control of their knowledge, skills and abilities without violating academic integrity. The article highlights and analyzes the main results of the study of the peculiarities of the interrelation between strategies of psychological protection and self-actualization processes of students of higher education. The theoretical analysis of the problem made it possible to determine that the activation of psychological protection is caused by a situation of conflict, trauma, stress, its purpose is to reduce emotional tension, prevent disorganization of behavior, consciousness, psyche. All defense mechanisms have two general characteristics: they operate at an unconscious level and are therefore means of self-deception; they distort, deny, transform, or falsify perceptions of reality to make the anxiety less threatening to the individual. Self-actualization is defined as the process of self-development of the individual, the transformation of a person into a subject of his own life activity. It is inseparable from the process of reflection, which accompanies all components of personal growth: self-understanding, self-sympathy, values, meanings, etc. The success of a specialist, in addition to special knowledge, abilities, skills, is related to personal characteristics, the desire for self-development, self-actualization. Establishing himself in the profession, the individual achieves self-actualization. The results of the study showed that the prevailing mechanisms of psychological protection among students of higher education are: projection, compensation and denial. Among the parameters of a self-actualizing personality, the following are expressed: contact, autosympathy, orientation in time; pronounced self-actualization tendencies: orientation in time, self-respect, self-acceptance, acceptance of aggression, contact. Among the types of psychological defenses that have the greatest influence on the process of self-actualization of the individual, substitution and projection are highlighted. Studying the history of European pedagogical thought and the educational system is an important condition for understanding modern processes in the field of higher education. An integral part of the history of education is the legacy of the Jesuit educational system, which had a significant impact on education, both in Europe and on other continents. The impact of Jesuit pedagogy was also significant in Ukraine. The main document regulating the educational process in Jesuit educational institutions was the Ratio Studiorum. The article reviews the history of implementation and analyzes the content of the document. The research used descriptive methodology, methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis, as well as applied historical and cultural approaches to the object of research. The educational potential of the program and teaching methods offered by the Jesuits is outlined. It has been established that the Ratio Studiorum has a high potential as a source for the history of European pedagogical thought and can be used for further research in this field. The article examines separate sexual problems of psychosomatic disorders of persons who have become victims of sexual criminal offenses; issues related to behavioral analysis, the state of health, physical and moral balance, the internal complex of unrealized anger, social dissatisfaction, models of unresolved conflict in Ukrainian society. Proposals for reforming outdated legal norms and social practices, expanding the range of understanding of social space, victims of sexual criminal offenses of a sexual nature and refugees, of which there are many, are significant for the constitutional values of our citizens. As a result of post-traumatic stress disorder, the lives of victims of sexual violence by the Russian military have drastically changed in their families and in society. The consequences form the victims individually specific and distorted experience, peculiarities of sexual relations, degree and state of deprivation. In cases where the victim was intimidated, forced to engage in sexual relations in childhood and adolescence, raped several times, the symptoms are complicated by the formation of persistent post-traumatic stress disorder. Legal guarantees are the decisive legal means of ensuring, implementing, protecting human and citizen rights in Ukraine. Realization and guarantee of the rights, especially with various types of deprivations, of the citizens of our country, is one of the most important factors of the proper development of Ukraine, the formation of civil society, a convincing evidence of democracy for joining the EU. The anti-social, criminal behavior of Russians, during the military aggression against Ukraine, uncontrolled aggressiveness, murders, mutilations, torture of civilians, rape of women, girls and children require legal assessment, particularly at the international level. The purpose of the article is to determine the features of the formation of visual literacy of students of higher education within the educational discipline «Ukrainian language for professional direction». In order to achieve the purpose, a complex of general scientific (analysis of scientific literature, generalization and systematization, comparison of scientific views) and pedagogical (modeling of educational situations, observation of the educational process, development and testing of the system of tasks) methods were used. It was found that visual literacy is the ability to correctly interpret and produce visual materials formed in the process of obtaining an education. It was determined that the formation of visual literacy of students of higher education involves: possession of knowledge presentation technologies in a «concise» form;development of visual thinking; the formation of cognitive visualization skills of a large amount of information; knowledge of the rules and techniques of composition and coloristic; the ability to use Internet resources and software to achieve educational goals. The expediency of the formation of visual literacy of students (cadets), in particular in the context of distance and mixed learning, is substantiated. The process of forming visual literacy of students of higher education by creating infographics, mental maps, and memes is described. The advantages of each of the specified teaching tools are indicated, online applications suitable for generating visual materials are presented, and the possibilities of their use at various stages of working with linguistic material are determined. The need for a scientifically based teacher’s approach to the creation and selection of educational materials of a visual nature, as well as the formation of the ability of students to analyze such educational materials and create their own, has been proven. The prospects of using visual materials to motivate the educational activities of students of higher education, to activate their knowledge, as well as to check the level of knowledge within the educational discipline «Ukrainian language for professional direction» have been determined. The Strategy for Reforming the Penitentiary system until 2026 states that during the specified period, it is necessary to ensure, among other things, the formation of an effective model of training and activity of the personnel of the penitentiary system. In order to create an effective model of training and activity of the department’s personnel, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department of cynology at the Territorially Separate Branch «Khmelnytskyi Branch of the Academy of the State Penitentiary Service» based on the analysis of the state of cynology support of the units of execution of punishments system, made changes to the educational and methodological support of educational activities. Among the tasks assigned to the cynology service by the leadership of the State Criminal and Executive Service is the task of improving training methods and tactics for the use of service dogs in the security system of penitentiary institutions and detention centers. To fulfill the specified task, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department of cynology prepared and introduced changes in the methodology of training service dogs in various areas of training, taking into account the specifics of the service activity of the structural divisions of the penitentiary system, the training of special dogs to search for narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances was started, and the preparation for training cynology dogs was completed teams with attacking dogs. The article is addresses to highlighting the peculiarities of teaching the educational discipline «Methodology and technique of training service dogs» at the Department of Cynology in general, and methodical aspects of conducting a training course with junior cynology inspectors on the formation and improvement of obedience skills in search dogs assigned to them, in particular. In the context of the tasks defined by the guidelines for search dogs, changes to the set of obedience skills exercises for the training course are proposed and their general characteristics are given. It was determined that the basis of the effective conduct of the training course is mastery of the theoretical aspects of training by dog trainers, knowledge and use of methodical techniques and mastery of the technique of error-free execution of training exercises to form the complex of necessary skills in service dogs. The article examines the peculiarities of institutional deformations of the financial security of Ukraine. It was established that the functioning of the national economy of Ukraine in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war creates additional risks of the negative impact of macroeconomic, financial and social factors on the economic security of the country. It was determined that the main institutional threats to the financial security of Ukraine in modern conditions are the shadow economy, corruption, raiding and unproductive capital outflow. First of all, the shadow economy is considered as an economic activity that is not taken into account, not controlled and not taxed by the state, aimed at obtaining income by violating the legislation of Ukraine. In Ukraine, the shadow economy accounts for almost a third of the produced GDP, and in 2010–2022 its size varies between 28–36 %. The calculation of the integral indicator of shadowing of the economy is calculated with the help of various methods: energy (level of electricity consumption), monetary (demand and supply of cash), estimation of population expenditure / retail turnover and unprofitability of enterprises. It was established that among the factors restraining the processes of detinization of the national economy are a low level of property rights protection, an insufficient level of intellectual property protection, a low level of stock market liquidity, the protection of investors’ rights and the inability of the regulator to counter abuses of money, etc. Secondly, it was established that the anti-corruption rating for 2022 has worsened, the country received 33 points out of 100 possible in the Corruption Promotion Index. It was determined that the dynamics of this indicator is improving, but there has been a certain “stagnation” in the fight against corruption in recent years. Thirdly, it was established that raiding complicates doing business and worsens investment attractiveness, and in conditions of martial law, increases the risk of illegal seizure of other people’s property. Raiding is not only a threatening institutional deformation, but also the most acute business problem. The problems of raiding are solved by tracking registration actions that are carried out with immovable property. It has been established that unproductive capital outflow is an illegal and inefficient operation of capital withdrawal abroad. Since the beginning of 2022, the Russian-Ukrainian war has significantly affected investor confidence and caused capital outflows, which has jeopardized the country’s economic and financial stability. The profession of a law enforcement officer, like most others, is closely related to speeches and performances, since language is the main means of organizing and managing personnel, interacting and organizing the processes of education, resocialization of various categories of persons, including those who are in conflict with law, forming the image of law enforcement specialists in society as a whole. Rhetorical competence enables law enforcement specialists to find and apply certain algorithms of influence on interlocutors, which allows to effectively solve multifaceted and complex professional tasks. Therefore, it is important to research and choose innovative methods of forming rhetorical competence from the perspective of a professiogram approach. The purpose of the research is to investigate the process of formation of rhetorical competence of law enforcement specialists from the perspective of a professiogram approach. The methodology of the research is based on modern educational and scientific approaches to the formation of legal awareness, an active socialdemocratic position on the protection of human rights and freedoms, professional skills of monologue, dialogue and polylogue, various forms of discussion of business problems, etc. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is general scientific principles: terminological, functional, systemic, cognitive. Conclusions. The conducted research made it possible to single out the main problematic issues related to the choice of effective interactive teaching methods and the assimilation of modern knowledge of business rhetoric, the formation of linguistic and rhetorical skills and abilities, which in further professional activity will significantly influence the effectiveness of solving official tasks. The article investigates the influence of factor of education on competitiveness formation of specialists, organization, country, and on this basis providing of high level of vital functions of population. Attention is paid on interactive character of education, consideration of its constituents in the wide spectrum of co-operations and mutual relations, following and sequence of becoming of end-point, namely: acquisition of knowledge, abilities and skills in the process of transition from more subzero levels of education to next higher. Marked, that the concept of forming of competitiveness as innovative idea of rich in content comprehension of social processes leans against the necessities of society of his consent to operate, to take pains to the receipt of high professionalism on the terms of open market, in other words in the competition environment of globalization and internationalization, development of communication technologies. At such statement of a question scientifically-reasonable reformation of the system of education as most intellectual and mass. The stages of acquisition of competitiveness are analysed, among them: natural competition capabilities, competition capabilities, namely: knowledge, ability and skills, what acquired in the process of education during life, competitive edges in professional activity. The purpose of the article is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the main problems of the agricultural sector during martial law in Ukraine. The war has extremely complicated the functioning of agricultural production due to the breakdown of logistics chains, destruction of infrastructure facilities, environmental disasters at corporate livestock farms, blocking of sales markets, and rising prices for agricultural fertilizers. Agriculture holdings monopolize state support for the entire agricultural sector, making it extremely difficult to develop family farming, and in the future it may become impossible. To achieve this goal, the article uses the methods of generalization, scientific abstraction, systemic and economic analysis. The article proves that international support for the reconstruction of Ukraine is extremely necessary today, which should be based on private investment involving the latest technologies, expanding trade and economic cooperation, strengthening European integration processes, and implementing new projects in Ukraine, in particular, related to production. Strategic directions for the development of the agricultural sector have been proposed, namely the expansion of affordable lending; increasing the amount of resources provided by our foreign partners; launching additional leasing programs for agricultural machinery that is not produced in Ukraine or whose production was made impossible due to the destruction or damage to production facilities; continuing the implementation of the FAO project to provide farmers with seeds, involving partner countries in the seed supply program on a bilateral basis (following the example of France); ensuring that the needs of farmers for plant protection products are met; building terminals for agricultural products near the state border of Ukraine with the EU, expanding the capacity of road and rail infrastructure.
