Currently, the processes of complexation of various ligands, including biopolymers with metals, attract the attention of scientists from different countries not only in order to obtain new data on the methods of synthesis and properties of metal complexes, but also in connection with the search for ways to obtain new effective biologically active drugs among them. Since the life around us is oversaturated with various artificially produced drugs that have a negative effect on the human body, today, more than ever before, the question arises of using natural, environmentally friendly ingredients instead of synthetic ones, for example, such as pectin. The study of the structural parameters and physico-chemical properties of complexes of pectin substances with metals will significantly expand the scope of their practical use. Key words: metal complexes, pectin, copper pectate, complex formation.

The study involved 10 children aged 8 to 12 years with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Combinations of physical exercises were used, for the main muscle groups, and effects on the tactile, proprioceptive and vestibular sensory systems. The exercises are performed using the shells of the sensory-dynamic hall, which includes a number of various suspended modular elements. The data obtained showed the effectiveness of using sensory-motor correction to improve motor functions, normalize motor and vestibular sensitivity, form muscle feeling and differentiate muscle efforts, form and correct visual-motor coordination and attention. Key words: autism spectrum disorders, sensory integration, sensory-motor correction, sensory-dynamic hall.

The features of remodeling of the components of the vascular plexus and the microcirculatory bed of the brain in cerebral ischemia in the highlands are studied, the features of the action of glibenclamide on these structures are presented. It is shown that the sulfonylurea receptor 1 (SUR 1) in the highlands becomes more sensitive to glibenclamide than in the low mountains. Key words: brain, ischemia, glibenclamide, highlands.

The kidneys autopsy material of persons with arterial hypertension in different duration was examined. Morphometry of the renal corpuscle area and cortical and juxtamedullary nephrons vascular glomeruli was performed. There were 4 groups - a control group (with a normal blood pressure level), and groups with arterial hypertension - the initial stage (group 2), arterial hypertension for 5-10 years (group 3), long-term arterial hypertension - more than 10 years (group 4). It was found that cortical nephrons are distinguished by earlier and more pronounced hyperplasia of the vascular glomerulus, they are more rapidly exposed to sclerosis, which appears in the 5-10th year of the course of the disease. The hyperplasia of the vascular glomerulus components is progressively increasing in juxtaglomerular nephrons, they are less susceptible to sclerosis processes. Key words: arterial hypertension, juxtaglomerular apparatus, juxtamedullary nephrons, vascular glomerulus.

The paper presents the data on the use of percutaneous electrical spinal cord stimulation in patients in the acute period of rehabilitation treatment after ischemic stroke. It was revealed that inclusion of percutaneous electrostimulation of the spinal cord into the rehabilitation program improves the quality of motor skills recovery and can be used in the correction of locomotor functions during rehabilitation after ischemic stroke. The article analyzes the data of an anthropometric and somatotypological study of 164 boys and 93 girls of the northern region, different sexual somatotypes with different severity of signs-phenes of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia. It was found that 44% of boys and 22% of girls with d, according to sexual somatic differentiation, correspond to the biological sex, 34% of boys and 53% of girls have mild gender dysplasia in the form of mesomorphy, and 19% of boys and 21% of girls have signs of sex inversion. Undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia affects the severity of morphotypological differences between sexual somatotypes and the appearance of signs of gracialization within them. Key words: northern region, adolescence, sexual dimorphism, undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia.

Currently, digitalization affects various sectors of the economy. The state plays a significant role in regulating digitalization. Digital transformation opens up great prospects for the ecology and nature management industry. The main advanced technologies that will allow the industry to reach a qualitatively new level are big data, the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence. The introduction of digital technologies and platform solutions into an integrated environmental monitoring system will allow to quickly carry out integrated collection, processing and analysis of data, forecasting and management decisions on environmental protection issues, and ensure the openness of data and decisions made. Key words: digital technologies, digitalization, digital economy, ecology, nature management, environmental monitoring.

Nitric oxide (NO) is a gaseous signaling molecule that regulates a number of physiological functions, including its role in the formation of migraine has been established. NO is endogenously produced in the body from L-arginine by NO synthase. The NO donor, nitroglycerin, is a trigger of migraine in humans and is widely used in the modeling of this disease in animals, which suggests the involvement of components of the NO signaling cascade in the pathogenesis of migraine. Based on the results obtained, it was found that an increase in the concentration of both the substrate for the synthesis of NO, L-arginine, and the NO donor, sodium nitroprusside, has a pro-nociceptive effect in the afferents of the trigeminal nerve. In this case, the effect of sodium nitroprusside is associated with the activation of intracellular soluble guanylate cyclase. Key words: nitric oxide, migraine, trigeminal nerve, L-arginine, guanylate cyclase, sodium nitroprusside, nociception.

Undifferentiated forms of DST are widespread among children living in Khanty-Mansiysk, in connection with which it is relevant to assess the influence of this pathology on the formation of posture in schoolchildren of the North. Determination of the type of posture and the identification of stigmas of dysembryogenesis was carried out in 208 schoolchildren of the city of Khanty-Mansiysk. Posture types were divided into: normal, round, flat and stooped. Participants with the number of stigmas from 0 to 5 were allocated to the comparison group (n = 66), the rest (6 or more) made up the study group (n = 143). A card was entered, including 43 hair dryers. The study found that the incidence of UCTD among children in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra is noticeably higher than among those living in temperate latitudes and has a negative effect on the formation of posture. Key words: North, posture, physical development, undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia.

Retrospective analysis of foreign literature present in PubMed was carried out with the purpose to define possible influence of superinvasive opisthorchiasis on possible development of cholangiocellular carcinoma. After the research we conclude that O. Felineus doesn’t have an entry point during the initiation stage of carcinogenesis but rather acts as a promotor of cholangiocarcinoma (СС), and therefore cannot be considered a primary cause of the disease without additional influence of another carcinogens and specific factors that increase the probability of cholangiocarcinoma development (chronic inflammation, free radicals). Keywords: superinvasive opisthorchiasis, parasitism, immune system, carcinogenesis.
