The Reality of leadership Competencies for Kindergarten Principals the Capital in Amman Governorate based on Leadership by love theory 基于 "爱的领导 "理论的安曼省首都幼儿园园长领导能力的现实情况

The aim of the study is to identify the reality of leadership competencies of private kindergarten female principals the capital in Amman Governorate, based on leadership by love theory, and its relation to some variables, from principals' point of view. The researcher followed the descriptive methodology to achieve the goal of the study. The sample of study consisted of (288) principals. To collect the study data a questionnaire was prepared consisting of (40) items divided into four domain. The results indicated that the degree of the leadership competencies of private kindergarten female principals in Amman from principals' point of view was high. The results also showed significant differences in the reality of the leadership competences of private kindergarten female Principals attributed to years of experience, in favor of long experience, and due to specialization in favor of other disciplines. Whereas, there were no significant differences due to qualification.

The Degree of Practicing Leadership Distance Education Operations in Schools in Riyadh and its Relationship to Achieving Educational Goals from the Teachers’ Point of View 从教师角度看利雅得学校远程教育业务领导力的实践程度及其与实现教育目标的关系

The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of leading distance education processes in schools in Riyadh and its relationship to achieving educational goals from the teachers' point of view. The correlational descriptive methodology was used for the purposes of the studyز. The sample consisted of (400) teachers from schools in the city of Riyadh, responded to the study tool consisting of (69) item distributed into five domains The results of the study showed that the degree of practice of leading distance learning processes in schools in Riyadh and its relationship to achieving education goals from the teachers' view was moderate. The domains were ranked in descending order (achieving education goals, practicing distance education leadership towards teachers, practicing distance education leadership towards parents, practicing distance education leadership towards students, practicing distance education leadership towards technology .The results also showed that the correlation coefficient reached (0.367) and this it indicates a positive correlation between the response of the study subjects to the two axes of the study..

The Educational Implications of the Educational Philosophy at Yarmouk University on Students from the Viewpoint of the Faculty Members 从教师角度看耶尔穆克大学教育理念对学生的教育影响

The study aimed to identify the educational implications of the educational philosophy at Yarmouk University on students from the viewpoint of faculty members. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical methodology was followed and the study tool developed and applied to a sample of the faculty members at Yarmouk University, which consisted of (285) faculty members. The study found that the positive educational repercussions of the educational philosophy at Yarmouk University on the students came within the degree mostly. While the negative repercussions on them were in the sometimes degree. The study also found that there were statistically significant differences in the viewpoint of faculty members of the educational implications on the behavior of students attributed to the variable of gender, in favor of females. While there were no statistically significant differences in the viewpoint of the faculty members of the educational implications on students ’behavior due to the variable of academic rank. In addition, the study recommended the need to work on adopting a clear-cut educational philosophy by the university and not leaving the room for Western philosophies to invade the minds of Jordanian university students in all its spectrums.

The Practicing Degree of Primary Schools’ Principals in the North Region within the Green Line for Participative Leadership and its Relation to Professional Development of Teachers 参与式领导绿线内北部地区小学校长的实践程度及其与教师专业发展的关系

The current study aimed to identify the degree of practicing participatory leadership among primary school principals in the northern region within the Green Line and its relationship to the professional growth of teachers. The correlational descriptive survey methodology was utilized, and two questionnaires to measure the practicing degree of participative leadership and level of professional development were used after assuring their validity and reliability. They were applied to a random sample of (375) principals and teachers. The results showed that the degree of participatory leadership practice was medium. The level of teachers' professional development was High, and there was a positive statistically significant correlation at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the practice of participatory leadership and the professional growth of teachers. The study recommended encouraging school principals to practice leadership skills, applying participatory leadership, attaching greater importance to human relationships among principals and teachers.

The level of coping strategies of Syrian refugees 叙利亚难民的应对策略水平

This study aimed to identify the level of coping strategies of battered Syrian refugee women in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (300) Women refugees of the battered Syrian refugee women. The scale of dealing strategies for Momani and Zghoul (2011) was used, and the study concluded that the most prominent levels of interaction among the study sample were medium. The strategy of religiosity was in the first rank and the strategy of relaxation and entertainment ranked seventh and last. There was a statistically significant difference between the arithmetic means of the dealing strategy (problem-solving, active coping, relaxation and entertainment, withdrawal and avoidance) due to the variable (monthly income). The results of the study showed the existence of statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means of the dealing (problem solving and active interaction) due to a variable (number of years of marriage) and the presence of statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means of the coping strategies (religiosity, self-blame, withdrawal and avoidance) due to the variable nature of housing for the benefit of independent housing compared to the housing with the husband family, and the lake of statistically significant difference between arithmetic means of coping strategy (religiosity, reconstruction of cognitive, discharge emotional, blaming oneself) among refugee Syrian victims of violence attributed to the monthly income variable, and the absence of statistically significant difference between the arithmetic averages of all dealing strategies of battered Syrian refugee women due to the type of violence variable.

The study aimed to identify the role of school principals in raising political awareness among teachers of social sciences in Arab secondary schools and its relationship to organizational citizenship behavior in order to achieve the objectives of the study and to answer its questions. The correlational descriptive survey methodology was used. The study sample consisted of (351) teachers. The results showed that the role of school principals in raising political awareness from the viewpoint of social sciences teachers in Arab schools within the Green Line was moderate. The results also showed that the level of organizational citizenship behavior among social sciences teachers in Arab secondary schools within the green line were high, and the results showed that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the role of school principals and the citizenship behavior of social sciences teachers in Arab secondary schools within the green line.

The Level of Psychological Health Resulting from Home Quarantine Due To Covid-19 Crisis and its Relationship to some Variables among a Sample of Jordanians 约旦人因Covid-19危机而居家隔离的心理健康水平及其与一些变量的关系

This study aimed to identify the level of psychological health resulting from home quarantine due to Covid-19 crisis and its relationship to some variables among a sample of Jordanians according to the variables of sex, age and marital status. The size of the study sample was (1095) respondents from both sexes, divided into 705 females (64.4%) and 390 males (35.5%). The link to the instrument used was published on the Institute for Family Health’s Facebook page. The instrument of psychological health aspects the researchers developed, was used for the purpose of the study. The results indicated that the effect of home quarantine in light of the Covid-19 crisis on some aspects of psychological health was of a moderate degree, and that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable, and that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the age variable in the (19-29) years group, in addition to the existence of statistically significant differences in the effect of home quarantine on some aspects of psychological health due to the marital status variable, specifically the unmarried group.

The size of the study sample was (1095) respondents from both sexes, divided into 705 females (64.4%) and 390 males (35.5%). The link to the instrument used was published on the Institute for Family Health’s Facebook page. The instrument of psychological health aspects the researchers developed, was used for the purpose of the study. This study aimed to identify the application degree of governance standards in Palestinian public universities from the point of view of its faculty members. A 40-itemquestionnaire was been developed for data gathering and distributed among study sample of 300 faculty members, who were chosen randomly among three Palestinian public universities. The result indicated that the application degree of the governance standards was moderate. Furthermore, the results showed statistical significant differences about the application degree attributed to the gender, qualification, position and experience in favor of females, high qualifications, high positions and high experience levels.

The Level of Enlightenment of Arabic Language Teachers with the Writing Concept and its Learning and Teaching Principles 阿拉伯语教师对写作观念的启蒙程度及其学与教原则

This study aimed to reveal the level of enlightenment of teachers of Arabic language in the basic stage, with the concept of writing and the principles of its learning and teaching, also aimed at investigating whether the level of teachers’ enlightenment concept of writing and the principles of their learning and teaching vary according to two variables (the academic qualification and educational experience).To achieve the goal of the study, a test was built to measure teachers' enlightenmentconcept of writing and the principles of its learning and teaching, The test consisted of (30) items of multiple choice type, After verifying the validity and reliability of the two tools, they were distributed to the study sample consisting of (205) male and female teachers, from all Arabic language teachers for the basic stage in the city of Salt,and were distributed in public and private schools in the second semester of the current academic year 2019/2020, they were chosen randomly.Descriptive statistics and binary variance analysis showed that the level of teachers' enlightenmentconcept of writing and the principles of its learning and teaching was acceptance:(less than medium), and there were statistically significant differences between the means of the level of enlightenment among teachers, according to the variables: (educational qualification and educational experience), and in favor of graduate students and those with educational experience, The effect of the educational qualification on teachers' literacy is different from the concept of writing and the principles of its learning and teaching according to different levels of educational experience. The study was concluded with a set of recommendations that confirmed the necessity of holding training courses for teachers of Arabic language to increase their level of literacy, the concept of writing and the principles of its learning and teaching.

This study aimed to identify to the degree of supervisory competencies by educational supervisors in Irbid Governorate from teachers' point of view, and it aimed to identify the suggestions for development. The study followed the descriptive survey methodology. The study used to collect is a questionnaire on the practice degree of supervisory competencies by educational supervisors in Irbid Governorate consisting of (26) items data. The study sample consisted of (418) teachers chosen by using stratified random sample method. The results indicated that the practice degree of supervisory competencies by educational supervisors in Irbid Governorate from the point of view of the teachers, medium degree on the tool as a whole and all domains. The results indicated that there were no significant differences in the responses of the sample subjects according to gender, educational stage and years of experience in all domains, and the results showed that there was a positive correlational relationship between total score of the practice of educational supervisors for supervisory competencies and the total score for teachers’ morale.
