The Reliability Optimization Allocation Method of Control Rod Drive Mechanism Based on GO Method 基于GO法的控制棒驱动机构可靠性优化配置方法

In order to improve the reliability of The Control Rod Drive Mechanism (CRDM), a reliability trade-off method was proposed, which aims at the total cost-reliability. Firstly, the Goal-Oriented (GO) model of the CRDM was established. Then, the total cost-reliability composed of Research and Development (R&D) production cost and operation and maintenance cost was used as the objective function of the model. Finally, based on GO methodology and Genetic Algorithm (GA), the reliability trade-off optimization allocation results of the CRDM were obtained, which proves the feasibility of the proposed method.
为了提高控制棒驱动机构的可靠性,提出了一种以总成本-可靠性为目标的可靠性权衡方法。首先,建立了CRDM的目标导向(GO)模型。然后,将研发(R&D)生产成本和运维成本组成的总成本-可靠性作为模型的目标函数。最后,基于GO方法和遗传算法(GA),得到了CRDM的可靠性权衡优化分配结果,验证了所提方法的可行性。

Lubrication Oil Degradation Trajectory Prognosis with ARIMA and Bayesian Models 基于ARIMA和贝叶斯模型的润滑油退化轨迹预测

In order to predict lubrication oil degradation, it is important to analyze the degradation trajectory in detail. Lubrication oil degradation is influenced by numerous factors e.g. oil replenishment, oil filtering, operating conditions and system maintenance etc. that need to be considered for accurate degradation prediction. Degradation trajectory prediction provides the remaining useful life (RUL). Whereas the analysis of degradation influencing factors with their roles in prediction provides opportunity to extend or control the RUL. This paper analyzes the lubrication oil degradation trajectory under the influence of oil replenishment. We consider a data correction strategy and prognosis for lubrication oil degradation using the auto-regressive integrated moving-average (ARIMA) and Bayesian dynamic linear model (BDLM) approaches. Degradation data is generated using model-based simulations. The prediction models are then tested on the simulated degradation data set. This study exemplifies the method to find the underlying degradation model considering and identifying the degradation influencing factors.

Safety Boundary Extraction Using FCM and Prediction Using ELM for Aero-engine Performance Parameters* 基于FCM的安全边界提取和基于ELM的航空发动机性能参数预测*

The safety boundary of Aero-engine performance parameters is one of the essential criteria for measuring aero-engine performance. However, due to the differences among individuals and discrepancies among the working environments, the fixed theoretical boundary is no longer sufficient for engineering needs. In this paper, a method based on fuzzy C-means (FCM) and Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) is proposed to extract and predict the safety boundary for aero-engine performance parameters. Firstly, the residuals between the predicted values and the actual values are used as the quantitative basis to extract the safe boundary. And then the ELM algorithm is used to forecast the safety boundary for next period of time. The method mentioned in this paper enhances the accuracy and generalization of safety boundary due to improvement for specific situations. The effectiveness of this method has been verified by simulation case.

Study on cold plate of high power electric drive controller 大功率电力驱动控制器冷板研究

With the rapid development of global electric transmission technology, the problem of the heat dissipation is becoming more and more prominent for vehicle high-power controllers, which seriously affects the normal work and the reliability and then becomes an inevitable bottleneck problem for the development of controllers. Based on the heat dissipation problem of high-power electric drive controllers, a cold plate of controller with high power and high heat flux is developed to meet vehicular environmental conditions through the structure design, performance optimization, simulation and experimental research method of combining. The error between performance test and simulation of cold plate is controlled at about 3%, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the design, optimization method and the simulation calculation method of cold plate and also provides the corresponding technical support and technical reserves for electric vehicles.

Research on IMA Blueprint Test Case Generation Method IMA蓝图测试用例生成方法研究

This paper mainly studies the model-based test case generation method for the integrated modular avionics blueprint system. The blueprint system is complex and highly coupled, and any change in configuration information may cause errors in the aircraft avionics system. The configuration needs to meet various logical constraints in the system integration which including time scheduling, space storage, space-time coupling, etc., and conduct targeted tests. The architecture analysis and design language combined with the flow can build a blueprint system model and contain the information needed for testing. Develop appropriate test selection criteria and test case generation algorithms based on test requirements to generate test cases based on test models.

In order to meet the requirements of high reliability, strong confrontation and intelligent development of electronic information systems in the land battlefield, a general framework of intelligent testing and verification technology for electronic information systems in the land battlefield is proposed in this paper, which breaks through key technologies such as group collaborative testing based on VR/AR experience, and constructs an intelligent testing and verification platform for electronic information systems based on virtual and real integration, thus laying a research foundation for further improving the operational efficiency of electronic information systems in the land battlefield.

Study on Active Vibration Control Simulation of Structure Acoustic 结构声学主动振动控制仿真研究

The solution to the low frequency noise control by active noise reduction is discussed, and the effects of vibration control of structure acoustic through the analysis of the principle of active noise reduction and the active vibration control measures of structure acoustic are described in this paper. The structural plate is taking as an example to study the degree of noise radiation reduction in the case of adding a secondary vibration source based on simulation, which can explore new solutions for noise control.

Displacement Measurement Based on Computer Vision 基于计算机视觉的位移测量

In this study, a method to convert the position changes among light spots into displacement values by using digital image processing is proposed. Considering the precision and practical engineering environment, light spots are produced by an industrial laser source, and industrial digital camera is used as sensor to collect images with tiny displacements of target. The image binarization as one of digital image processing techniques is applied to the algorithm developed, and the least square fitting is used to achieve the transformation from image information to displacement information. Several simulation experiments and data processing were carried out to validate this method.

Research on Aerial Image Stitching Technology 航空图像拼接技术研究

The rise of UAV has made UAV play a major role in various industries, especially in place of manpower to solve difficult problems such as complex terrain detection and on-site monitoring in disaster areas. The pictures taken by the UAV are spliced to realize the global display of the scene, which is convenient for analysis and research. The integrity and clarity of image stitching depends on the performance of the stitching algorithm. The key to image registration and stitching is the extraction and matching of feature points. The article compares and analyzes the traditional three feature point (key-point) extraction algorithms. The article summarizes their advantages and disadvantages and scope of application. In this paper, SIFT, SURF and ORB algorithms were used respectively to extract feature points from the two images. Then, the nearest neighbor matching method was used to select the optimal matching points to remove the pseudo-matching points and improve the matching accuracy. After image registration, the composite image is prone to splicing gaps and brightness differences due to error accumulation, color differences, and the like. Therefore, in order to make the final panoramic image better, it is more necessary to perform image fusion after image registration processing, correct the difference, and eliminate the stitching gap. In this paper, the improved ORB algorithm combined with the weighted average fusion algorithm is used to achieve smooth transition of the two images. The improved algorithm time is reduced and the efficiency is significantly improved. The experimental results also show that the weighted average algorithm has high effectiveness and practicability in image fusion.

The integrity and clarity of image stitching depends on the performance of the stitching algorithm. The key to image registration and stitching is the extraction and matching of feature points. The article compares and analyzes the traditional three feature point (key-point) extraction algorithms. The article summarizes their advantages and disadvantages and scope of application. In this paper, SIFT, SURF and ORB algorithms were used respectively to extract feature points from the two images. Then, the nearest neighbor matching method was used to select the optimal matching points to remove the pseudo-matching points and improve the matching accuracy. After image registration, the composite image is prone to splicing gaps and brightness differences due to error accumulation, color differences, and the like. Therefore, in order to make the final panoramic image better, it is more necessary to perform image fusion after image registration processing, correct the difference, and eliminate the stitching gap. In this paper, the improved ORB algorithm combined with the weighted average fusion algorithm is used to achieve smooth transition of the two images. The improved algorithm time is reduced and the efficiency is significantly improved. Research on Prognostics and Health Management of Tank Gun Control System 坦克炮控系统预测与健康管理研究

Based on the development and research status of Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) technology, the difficulties and key technologies of PHM technology for tank gun control system are analyzed. The typical fault types and measured signals of the gun control system are discussed and analyzed. According to the technical characteristics and maintenance requirements of the gun control system, the main elements of PHM architecture are briefly discussed in this paper. Several methods of PHM and prediction model are summarized. Then, an expert system structure and application prospect is presented.
