In the changing world of work, including increasing working parents and work from home, work-life balance is receiving increased attention from HR executives looking to improve employee productivity. Talent retention and getting active and responsible contributions from existing employees are permanent concern for organizations because of their high costs and negative consequences. This research aims to investigate the relationship of work-life balance with turnover intention and procrastination. The present study was conducted with 104 office staff working in various business organizations. The results showed a significant relationship between work-life balance and turnover intention and a significant relationship between work-life balance and procrastination. Further regression analysis showed a significant prediction of turnover intention and procrastination by worklife balance. The study's results suggested that work-life balance provisions should be included in organization policy and talent retention strategies.

: This research investigates the moderating effect of the IFRS adoption on the link between ownership structures and audit quality for listed non- financial firms in Saudi Arabia . Data were collected from 165 listed non-financial firms in Saudi Arabia over six-year periods that represent the pre-IFRS adoption period of 2013 to 2015 and post-IFRS adoption period of 2016 to 2018. Managerial ownership and concentrated ownership were interacted with IFRS adoption for discretionary accruals, a proxy of audit quality, factoring in instrumental variables in the constructs. Dynamic panel model estimation utilizing the two-stage generalized moment method (2 SGMM) was used to analyze the data because of its efficacy in mitigating possible endogeneity problems. The study’s findings reveal that ownership structure weakens audit quality in the pre IFRS adoption period and that the interaction effect of IFRS with ownership structure leads to high audit quality for listed non-financial firms in Saudi Arabia post-IFRS adoption period. The study concludes that firms’ convergence with IFRS for reporting purposes provides better audit quality through the instrumentality of ownership structures. The study recommends that, for companies under managerial ownership, the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia should create rules that allow managers to have a maximum defined percentage of ownership stake. If enshrined in the Saudi Arabian corporate governance code of best practices for firms, this will lead to a reduction in the incidence of opportunistic managerial behavior. The findings of this study suggest that the decision of adopting the IFRS carries multiple consequences on ownership structures of firms and should always be considered by regulators in Saudi Arabia and other emerging markets in order to reach a reasonable audit quality level. Emerging markets that have adopted the IFRS like Saudi Arabia, as well as those that are planning to adopt it, should, therefore, consider the potential changes of the right shares of managers and owners as an indication of audit quality level. purposes. The diagnostic test results indicate the absence of heteroscedasticity and serial autocorrelation effects.

: The organization of playing folk games is a means to help students develop affection, morality, solidarity, awareness, love of nature, and love of the homeland. Thereby, we contribute to educating the children about cultural traditions of the community of ethnic groups in Vietnam in particular and in other areas in the world in general. These activities surely bring a new atmosphere, make the school more bustling, happier and more vibrant in the sessions of the main course and extra-curricular and thereby also direct students to the beauty of truth-beauty-beauty. Bringing folk games into schools not only brings joy to students, helps them access the beauty of the national culture, but also trains them in life skills, solidarity, and mutual support skills. Students may not play games well, but they could be happy and excited since these folk games help them develop physically and mentally. By carrying out the survey and oral interviews, these folk games have been mentioned in the paper with the aim to help young students feel much more enjoyable when being at school. Besides, by reading recent journals, folk games in Vietnamese community and school environment show the great effectiveness when teaching and as a result, we will understand that preserving and using folk games in an increasingly developed society is a thing needs to be encouraged.

The study conduct to determine the co-integration between the FDI and terrorism. Time series data. The data for terrorism is taken form World Governances Indicator WGI and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) data is taken from world bank. The study applied the co-integration and granger causality test to check the causality between terrorism and foreign Direct Investment (FDI). The study applied the ADF unit root test, co-integration and granger causality test the result concluded that variable are stationary at difference so the variable are not co-integrate means that the FDI and terrorism does not a granger causality of each other.

This paper examines the annual data series from 2000 to 2020 and analyses the interaction among foreign direct investment, economic growth and employment through VAR model.Augmented Dickey-Fuller test, Grangercausality test and variance decompositionresults show that the foreign directinvestment has a positive effect on economic growth and employment, and the economic growth has a positiveeffect on foreign direct investment and employment. There is a bi-directional causality between employment and economic growth.Meanwhile, theforeign direct investment can also result in an increase in the employment.Simultaneously, the high speed economicgrowth can improve the employment in Uzbekistan.More importantly, this paper providesrecommendationsfor Uzbekistan’s government to settle social problems such as employment and economic growth.Specifically, at present, Uzbekistan’s government should encourage foreign investors to invest in Uzbekistan because itcan be beneficial to employment and economic growth in Uzbekistan. Of course, the structure of employment alsoshould be optimized so as to keep high speed economic growth.
