La memoria colectiva hace referencia a como los grupos sociales recuerdan, olvidan o se reapropian del conocimiento del pasado social. Siguiendo los estudios previos que toman a la historia como objeto de representacion social, se analiza como los eventos y personajes de la historia universal se agrupan en funcion de su evaluacion e importancia (n = 379, 55.7% mujeres, edad = 18-69). Los datos fueron recolectados a traves de internet utilizando un cuestionario autoadministrado. Se presentaron 28 eventos y 24 personajes de la historia universal frente a los cuales los participantes debian indicar en que medida les parecian positivos o negativos y que importancia les atribuian. Se efectuaron dos analisis de conglomerado jerarquico de variables, uno para evaluacion subjetiva y otro para importancia. Para la evaluacion subjetiva se obtuvieron tres conglomerados y para importancia se hallaron dos conglomerados. Los estimulos evaluados de forma mas negativa pertenecen al ultimo siglo y estan relacionados con guerras o problemas politicos y economicos. Aquellos evaluados de forma mas favorable se asocian con descubrimientos o con la lucha contra la opresion (abolicion de la esclavitud, sistema democratico). En cuanto a la importancia atribuida, todos los estimulos presentados obtuvieron una alta importancia, alcanzando los eventos puntuaciones mas elevadas que los personajes. Los eventos y personajes considerados mas importantes se relacionaron con avances en los derechos del hombre y la libertad, el conocimiento y cambios en la vida social. Estos hallazgos se discuten en el marco de la memoria colectiva.

Psychological well-being refers to the satisfaction that individuals generally have regarding their life. This concept has been related to mental health and to the detection of factors that favor human development. The interest in their study in adolescents has increased in recent years due to physical, mental and social changes at this stage of development, so it is necessary valid and reliable instruments that allow their evaluation. The objective of this study was to evaluate psychometric properties of the Psychological Wellbeing Scale for Adolescents (BIEPS-J) in a Mexican sample of late adolescents and obtain evidence of their convergent and criterion validity. The BIEPS-J scale and the Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (RSS) were applied to 271 students of both sexes between 16 and 18 years old. A parallel analysis indicated two factors present in the BIEPS-J scale, which were structured by exploratory factor analysis (main components, oblique rotation) and that explained 54% of the variance. The factors were: 1) Relationship with self and with others, indicates satisfaction with their social relationships and self-acceptance; 2) Plans and personal control resources, indicates the sensation of the domain of their environment and self-competence as the presence of goals in their life. The global internal consistency (α > .80) and by factor (α > .70) was acceptable. The BIEPS-J scale showed convergent validity with the RSS (r = .44) and the level of psychological well-being was associated with the level of self-esteem (p .05). The data indicate that the BIEPS-A scale is a valid and reliable instrument to assess psychological well-being in the Mexican adolescent population between 16 and 18 years of age.

La personalidad constituye uno de los principales constructos psicologicos debido a su poder explicativo y predictivo sobre el comportamiento humano. Recientemente, muchos estudios se han focalizado en la relacion entre la personalidad y la regulacion y control de las emociones. Por este motivo, el presente estudio se propuso indagar acerca de las relaciones entre los rasgos de personalidad del Modelo de los Cinco Grandes Factores y las dificultades que las personas pueden tener al momento de regular sus emociones. Se trabajo con un total de 195 participantes, estudiantes regulares de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata (84.1% mujeres, 15.9% hombres), con edades comprendidas entre los 18 y los 35 anos (M = 22.85; DE = 4.22). Los estudiantes que accedieron a participar voluntariamente del estudio completaron la adaptacion de la Escala de Dificultades en la Regulacion Emocional y el listado de Adjetivos para Evaluar la Personalidad. Los resultados indicaron que el rasgo con mayor efecto explicativo sobre la desregulacion emocional fue el Neuroticismo. Se observo que mientras mayor es la presencia del rasgo, mayor es la presencia de dificultades de regulacion emocional. Asimismo, los rasgos Amabilidad y Extraversion tambien aportaron a la varianza explicada, aunque de forma menor. Los rasgos Responsabilidad y Apertura a la Experiencia no resultaron significativos en el modelo de regresion para las dificultades de regulacion emocional. Este estudio supone un aporte al esclarecimiento de las relaciones entre la personalidad y los mecanismos de regulacion emocional, especificamente en poblacion estudiantil universitaria.

El analisis paralelo optimizado sugirio 4 factores con autovalores propios sobre el percentil 95, los que explicaban el 60% de la varianza del constructo. En la segunda etapa se estudio una nueva muestra no probabilistica integrada por 449 trabajadores (67% mujeres; Medad = 34.5 anos; DEedad = 12.9; Mantiguedad= 8.6 anos, DEantiguedad= 10.21 anos) de diversas organizaciones localizadas en el centro-sur de Santa Fe. Analisis factoriales confirmatorios indicaron la adecuacion de un modelo tetra-factorial con 19 items como variables observables. La version adaptada de la escala mostro adecuada consistencia interna, confiabilidad compuesta y validez convergente-discriminante. Las correlaciones positivas significativas encontradas entre las puntuaciones en las escalas de job crafting, capital psicologico, implicacion en el trabajo y personalidad proactiva indicaron validez concurrente. Introduction: A practice of generalized alcohol consumption in adolescents is known, although not the most representative pattern or type of consumption. Objective: Identify by gender, the levels and patterns of alcohol use in a sample of Ecuadorian adolescents. Methodology: Descriptive, categorical and comparative study with the AUDIT. Sample: 1260 adolescents (55.3% men), 12 to 19 years old (M = 15; SD = 1.56), students from 11 centers (86% public), in the General Basic Education cycle (30.2%) and High School (69.8%) of Cotopaxi and Tungurahua provinces. Results: Alcohol use is widespread in the sample, abstinence is 43% and 49% in men and women, the type of alcohol use does not present significant risks and the alcohol use pattern is low and moderate. The pattern of alcohol use is mostly moderate; the intense style prevalence is 15.7% and 22.2% in men and women. The gender is invariant. Conclusions: There is a widespread practice of moderate alcohol use and a pattern of Mediterranean-type alcohol use.

This article proposes a discussion, through the research carried out, on the use of virtual reality as a tool for obtaining data that covers psychological assessment in functional recovery, reaffirming the importance of Psychology as a science in a performance in a multiprofessional team whose main objective it is the improvement in the quality of life for people inserted in the rehabilitation process, working their subjectivity processes within an interprofessional intervention. A way of approaching the area of Psychology in technological areas with more specific scientific studies and reflecting the role of the professional in evaluating unobservable characteristics directly in a virtual environment, considering their uniqueness, their symbolic processes, their emotions, in the face of a non-traditional procedure and more motivating and interactive, placing the user as active in this process. The psychology professional must expand the use of tools, such as virtual reality, in order to seek new psychological assessment techniques.

The COVID-19 pandemic has been considered the most serious and important public health crisis at this time. In addition to the alarming rates of morbidity and mortality worldwide, this disease has been triggering various types of psychological distress, due to social isolation, fear of falling ill or contaminating friends or family. Therefore, it is necessary to develop psychological treatment services for those who have some form of mental disorder resulting from this pandemic and its effects. This paper describes the experience and results of an online psychological care service developed by the Municipal Department of Health in Guaratinguetá, in the state of Sao Paulot, hat aimed to provide a psychological treatment to the general population and health professionals in order to alleviate suffering and favor a better quality of life. The results show that 145 people were treated remotely, predominantly female (79.3%), aged between 41-59 years (35.2%) and between 60-80 years (22.1%). A large part of the population treated has completed high school (38.0%), is a housewife (26.9%) or is unemployed (16.6%). About the complaint, it was observed that the vast majority referred to anxiety (45.4%) or depression (18.9%). From these data, it is concluded that the continuity and expansion of this type of service is necessary for protection and promotion of the mental health of the population in general and, more specifically, of the health professionals who are on the front line of combat to the COVID-19 pandemic.
