A mobilidade urbana em Belo Horizonte/Minas Gerais/Brasil: indicadores e projeções para as viagens por automóveis 贝洛奥里藏特/米纳斯吉拉斯/巴西的城市流动性:汽车出行指标和预测

The increase in car sales in Brazil in the last decades has had the direct consequence of expanding the use of individual transportation to the detriment of the collective. Evidence for Belo Horizonte, capital of the state of Minas Gerais, seems to indicate this tendency, with the gradual reduction of the use of its main mode of collective transportation: the bus. The present work aims to analyze the current conditions and to design the use of transportation by car in the displacements developed in Belo Horizonte. The projection methodology used the trend lines of the linear regression model and as data base the trip matrix extracted from the Pesquisa Origem e Destino da Regiao Metropolitana de Belo Horizonte from the years of 1992, 2002 and 2012, as well as a factor based on the variation of household income between 2000 and 2010. In general, the projections for 2022 indicate the permanence of the concentration of travel by car in the central, pericentral and higher income regions of the municipality, in addition to the expressive growth of this mode in the peripheries. There is, in this sense, the imminent need for improvements in public transportation facing the reality that presents itself for the next years.

Breve análise espacial dos fluxos origem-destino do transporte rodoviário de carga 公路货物运输出发地流的空间分析

Based on data from the National Traffic Survey 2011, prepared by the Ministry of Transport, this paper proposes a spatial analysis of the flows of road freight transport, corresponding to about 65% of the total movement of the Brazilian transport matrix. The available database corresponds to an origin-destination matrix with empty and loaded trucks, allowing an analytical perspective in three scalar levels: national, macro-regional and mesoregional. Freight return, relation between production points and points of consumption, geographic position, nexuses and territorial arrangements and spatial selectivity are some variables that can be approached and discussed, contributing to reveal the use of the territory.

Elaboração do plano de mobilidade urbana em Natal/RN, Brasil 制定巴西纳塔尔/RN的城市交通计划

Urban mobility is a social right, because it is considered a right that gives the way by which people can move around, therefore can access the city structures that materialize their necessities and responsibilities. The 1988 democratic Brazilian Constitution, establish the Brazilian Government as responsible for the urban development regulations. The promulgation of the law 12.587 of 2012, created the guidelines of the Urban Mobility National Policy, that likewise regulated the creation of the Urban Mobility Plan for the municipalities with more than 20.000 inhabitants (or those with specific requirement that also need a Master Plan). The construction of the plan allows each city to have an integrated plan that fulfils its unique needs. Nonetheless, the plan appliance has been difficult for the cities. With the aim to study a case of how this is happening, the city of Natal – Brazil, was chosen to present some difficulties found by the local public power in execute the plan, and worries related with the neglect of that. It was used a qualitative and explanatory approach. It was first previewed that the plan elaboration would endure 10 months, however the process is now in its third year, with no finalization prediction.

Os constrangimentos da mobilidade na metrópole de São Paulo sao保罗大都会的流动性限制

The daily mobility of people in the metropolis of Sao Paulo is increasingly linked to the loss of time in traffic, high congestion and inefficient and overcrowded public transport. This article aims to understand the most current results of mobility in the daily life of the metropolis of Sao Paulo, in relation to the movements and perceptions of motorized users (public and individual). Therefore, this article is based on a multiestrategica methodology, which aims to integrate quantitative and qualitative approaches. In the quantitative approach, it sought to analyze the search Origin-Destination of the Sao Paulo Metro and volumes and speeds of reports of Cia. Engineering and Traffic (CET) of Sao Paulo. In the qualitative research, the work was based on a methodology that focused on two groups: on one hand, interviewed 25 users of public transportation (bus, train and metro) and 25 users of individual transport (car drivers and motorcyclists). The increase in the time lost in the daily displacements, related to the increase of the slowness and decrease of the average speed, that helps to reveal the mobility as constraints in the metropolis of Sao Paulo.

Polos geradores de viagem: estudo de caso sobre a implantação do shopping “X” 旅行发电杆:购物“X”的实施案例研究

The city’s highway system has influence on urban mobility and suffers impacts when it comes to the deployment of buildings, especially those called t rip generation centers , buildings that increase traffic in your surroundings. In the case of a center just like a shopping mall, preliminary studies are important, there is a proper planning of the area where this trip generation center will be installed. The objective of this work is to demonstrate the importance of including studies of traffic engineering in ventures that are characterized as trip generation center. Among several studies that are performed for the case in question, are featured in this research study the capacity of track and study the conversion right (which is the movement that causes more inconvenience and accidents), in addition to performing volumetric vehicle counts and pedestrians, interviews applied to users of the mall study and observations in the region. The data collected in the field were processed and presented in tables and graphs and the final format, were proposed some possible solutions.

Potencial de viagens por bicicleta em Belo Horizonte: Uma proposta metodológica com base na Pesquisa Origem e Destino de 2012 贝洛奥里藏特自行车旅行的潜力:基于2012年出发地和目的地研究的方法论建议

O entendimento sobre as necessidades dos ciclistas potenciais, bem como o comportamento de viagens e, especialmente, o perfil de usuarios cativos, e fundamental para a concepcao e implantacao de novos projetos de apoio aos adeptos da bicicleta. Diante desse pressuposto, este trabalho tem como objetivo verificar o potencial dos moradores de Belo Horizonte (Brasil) para o ciclismo urbano, considerando o perfil mais provavel do ciclista, utilizando a base de dados da Pesquisa Origem e Destino de 2012. Para encontrar o potencial de Belo Horizonte para o uso da bicicleta como meio de transporte foi proposta a utilizacao do m etodo estatistico da regressao logistica. Os resultados demonstram que Belo Horizonte tem um grande potencial para o uso da bicicleta como meio de transporte, especialmente na regi ao central da cidade . O aumento da participacao da bicicleta na divisao modal pode contribuir para a melhoria tanto das condicoes de mobilidade na cidade quanto da qualidade de vida urbana.

Divisão territorial do trabalho, rede urbana e transporte rodoviário interestadual de passageiros no Brasil 巴西的地域分工、城市网络和州际客运公路运输

The interstate road transport of passengers is an economic activity of central importance for structuring the circulation of people throughout Brazilian territory. Its origin as an organized service dates back to the first half of the twentieth century, a moment in Brazilian history in which the first highways and passenger transport companies are configured. Since then, this circulation has elucidated facets of the territorial division of labor in the country - the most dynamic areas of the economy are endowed with an intense movement of people, which shows that such economic activity privileges determined centers of the national urban network. At present, interstate road transport of passengers in Brazil has its own normative framework that defines the provision of services - the Agencia Nacional dos Transportes Terrestres (ANTT) monitoring the activity, while the operation is the responsibility of private transport companies. Therefore, this paper will discuss the interstate road transport of passengers in Brazil: first will be performed a theoretical approach about this economic activity, later be scattered regulatory aspects of that service and, finally, will discuss the operational aspects of these links, such as the number of lines, number of passengers transported, available services, operating companies, among other aspects.

Its origin as an organized service dates back to the first half of the twentieth century, a moment in Brazilian history in which the first highways and passenger transport companies are configured. Since then, this circulation has elucidated facets of the territorial division of labor in the country - the most dynamic areas of the economy are endowed with an intense movement of people, which shows that such economic activity privileges determined centers of the national urban network. At present, interstate road transport of passengers in Brazil has its own normative framework that defines the provision of services - the Agencia Nacional dos Transportes Terrestres (ANTT) monitoring the activity, while the operation is the responsibility of private transport companies. In 2017, five years passed since the National Policy on Urban Mobility has been launched. Considering this time frame and the human dimension paradigm, this article aims to provide a brief overview and some considerations regarding the public policies related to urban mobility implemented of Sao Paulo through the Mobility Plan of the Municipality of Sao Paulo (PlanMob).

This article presents an analysis of cabotage and long course shipping in Brazil, considering the flows, modernizations, the importance of private and State logistics, as well pointing some restructuring of the port and maritime sector. Cabotage and long course transport is relevant to Brazilian economic development, to the flow of goods and essential to meet corporate and human demands. Encourages interregional and Brazilian interactions with other countries, intensifies networks and flows in space and realizes the articulation between producers and the market. There is a relative modernization of the Brazilian port and maritime sector, however, it presents several bottlenecks that damaging national economic growth.
本文分析了巴西的沿海运输和长途运输,考虑到物流、现代化、私人和国家物流的重要性,并指出了港口和海事部门的一些重组。沿海运输和长途运输与巴西经济发展、货物流动有关,对满足企业和人力需求至关重要。鼓励区域间和巴西与其他国家的互动,加强空间网络和流动,实现生产者与市场之间的联系。巴西港口和海事部门相对现代化,但存在一些瓶颈,损害了国家经济增长。

A apresentação deste dossier chega exatamente 70 anos depois da publicação do livro de Moacir Silva Geografia dos Transportes no Brasil (Rio de Janeiro, IBGE/Conselho Nacional de Geografía, 1949), referência maior neste campo de estudos. Como observador atento das transformações que o Brasil experimentou nas primeiras décadas do século XX, Silva analisa o papel dos transportes na integração do território nacional. Considera a multiplicidade de fatores que condicionam o povoamento brasileiro à época, descreve os problemas e as dificuldades que enfrentam os modais de transporte bem como aponta soluções e possibilidades.
