Research on field emission theory and electronic transmission characteristics of miniaturized low voltage electron gun 小型化低压电子枪场发射理论及电子传输特性研究

Miniaturized and low-power particle detectors are wildly used in space exploration, and it is very important to develop miniaturized and low-energy electron source with micro-nano technology. In this study, based on the field emission theory and using carbon nanotubes as the cathode material of electron gun, the calculation method of the threshold value of open voltage on the surface of carbon nanotubes is proposed, and a model of electronic optical lens for four electrodes structure are constructed. By using multiple physics simulation software COMSOL, the structure parameters such as the distance between the deceleration lens and the anode, the thickness of the deceleration lens, the radius of the deceleration lens and the electrical parameters such as the voltage of the anode are simulated in this paper. According to the results, the divergence angle of the electron beam can vary from 18° to 33° by optimizing the structure parameters of the deceleration lens, and the energy of the electron beam is continuously adjustable in the range of 110 eV-135 eV. In addition, by adjusting the anode voltage, the divergence angle of electron beam can be further varied from 12° to 37° and the energy of electron beam can be continuously adjusted in the range of 95eV-145eV.

Application of a strain gauge cutting force sensor in machining process monitoring 应变式切削力传感器在加工过程监控中的应用

Cutting force is a key factor that affects machining quality, it is closely related to cutting vibration, surface smoothness and etc. Measuring cutting force is an effective method for monitoring cutting condition and optimizing machining quality, but this needs a lot of experiments research to clarify the influence of cutting force on machining quality. Therefore, a self-developed strain gauge cutting force sensor is employed for cutting condition monitoring and machining quality analysis in this paper. Experiment results show that the cutting force sensor is able to measure dynamic cutting force reliably, and the measured cutting force can accurately reflect the changes of cutting parameter and cutting condition. Characteristic signals for reflecting machining quality and representing are also found in the cutting force data. The influence of cutting force on cutting vibration and surface smooth as well as cutting fault is preliminarily clarified. It proves that cutting force can be effectively used for monitoring cutting condition, optimizing cutting parameters and predicting cutting faults.

A skeleton pruning method based on saliency sorting 一种基于显著性排序的骨架剪枝方法

The pruning of spurious skeletons is an important issue when apply skeletons for object analysis and recognition. Most existing pruning methods use threshold-like parameter to control the effects of pruning. Such approaches usually encounter difficulties in parameter tuning and the quality of pruning. A skeleton pruning method is proposed in this work. This method decomposes a skeleton into a number of skeletal components (SCs), and the terminal SCs are removed one by one according to a saliency measure. SCs may be merged into a new one after each removal. The removal process continues until the desirable number of terminals are achieved. The method can essentially be regarded as the sorting of the terminals, and the truncation of the terminals at the given number. This method is suitable for applications where the desired number of terminals can be determined a priori. Experimental results show that the method can effectively prune the skeletons from the test image bases, and it has the advantage that the terminal number parameter is very intuitive and easy to set for the applications under concern.

Study on sorting technology of fresh tea leaves based on convolutional neural network model 基于卷积神经网络模型的鲜茶叶分选技术研究

A convolutional neural network (CNN) model was designed based on computer vision technology, given the difficulty in accurately subdividing tea leaves traditional sorting methods. The model has three convolutional layers, two pooling layers, and one fully connected layer. Through the training and testing of the real shot Huoshanhuangya teas image, the correct rate of the model to identify Huoshanhuangya teas reached 95.3%. The experimental results show that the fresh tea leaves sorting technology based on the convolutional neural network model solves the problem of relying on manual sorting and mixing of different types of fresh tea, and improves the quality and value of Huoshanhuangya teas.
针对传统茶叶分类方法难以准确细分茶叶的问题,设计了基于计算机视觉技术的卷积神经网络(CNN)模型。该模型有三个卷积层,两个池化层和一个全连接层。通过对真实拍摄的火山黄崖茶图像的训练和测试,该模型识别火山黄崖茶的正确率达到95.3%。实验结果表明,基于卷积神经网络模型的鲜茶分选技术解决了依赖人工分选混合不同类型鲜茶的问题,提高了霍山黄崖茶的品质和价值。

Research on the piezoelectric transducer for bolt sound velocity detection 用于螺栓声速检测的压电传感器研究

In order to establish a rapid and simple technology for detecting bolt stress, according to the theory of ultrasonic propagation, this paper established the relationship between between sound velocity and stress-free in bolts, studied theory of piezoelectric transducer design and selected the piezoelectric transducer suitable for detecting the sound velocity of the bolt. Finally, the entire system was designed and tested by experiment. The experimental results showed that improved piezoelectric transducer can directly detect the sound velocity of bolts, and ensured the accuracy requirements at the same time. It provided a new idea and method for the ultrasonic detection of bolt stress.
为了建立一种快速简便的螺栓应力检测技术,根据超声波传播理论,建立了螺栓中声速与无应力之间的关系,研究了压电换能器的设计理论,选择了适合于检测螺栓声速的压电换能器。最后,对整个系统进行了设计和实验测试。实验结果表明,改进后的压电传感器可以直接检测螺栓的声速,同时保证了精度要求。为螺栓应力的超声检测提供了新的思路和方法。

Research on UAV dynamic calibration system 无人机动态标定系统研究

According to the the UAV’s measuring and controlling characteristics, this paper proposes a design scheme for the UAV dynamic calibration system for use and maintenance requirements. Based on radar and radio communication technology, the calibration system simulates the electromagnetic environment under different conditions, fits the way of navigation trajectory by means of multi-point positioning. The calibration system includes three parts: electromagnetic environment simulating, radio signal measuring and calibration data processing. Utilizing the dynamic calibration system’ the aircraft subsystem, the ground subsystem and the mission subsystem of the UAV are put under the overall measurement to verify the UAV parameters and technical status as a whole.

Simulation Analysis of Three-Dimensional Finite Element Model about the Corrosion Defect of Pipeline 管道腐蚀缺陷三维有限元模型仿真分析

In order to recognize the depth of the defect on the inner wall of the pipeline, the ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate the eddy current electromagnetic field of the pipeline. A 3D finite element model of a 3mm deep-defective pipe was created for the artificial flaw on the inner wall of the 20# steel pipe. The fitting analysis of the corrosion defects data at different depths of the inner wall was performed by MATLAB. The polynomial relationship curves of the coil impedance and the corrosion defects at different depths were obtained. It was observed that both the amplitude and phase of the impedance exhibited a smooth and decreasing trend with the increasing of the corrosion depth. The simulation results of the comparative thin plate spline fitting show that the polynomial approximation curve is feasible for the quantitative simulation analysis of the relationship between the corrosion depth and the amplitude and phase of the impedance.

High precision impedance measurement based on gigabit transceiver 基于千兆收发器的高精度阻抗测量

In this study, impedance measurement is implemented using the vector current-voltage method. The zero-crossing method is used to separate the real and the imaginary parts of the impedance vector, and the phase difference information is acquired using the high-speed data acquisition method. However, the limitation of the resolution of the phase difference often prevents the improvement of the accuracy of the impedance measurement. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method for high-resolution phase measurement based on high-speed acquisition technology. Using the gigabit transceiver integrated in the XILINX K-7 Series field-programmable gate arrays, we achieve a sampling rate of 6 Gbps or higher, thereby improving the resolution of the phase difference time and considerably improving the accuracy of the impedance measurement.

Applicability analysis of traditional uncertainty evaluation method for wind speed measurement with L-shaped pitot static tube 传统不确定度评定方法在l型皮托管静管风速测量中的适用性分析

The applicability of wind speed measurement uncertainty evaluation with the pitot tube for the Guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement (GUM) method is yet to be validated. Firstly, the uncertainty of the measured value of wind speed by the pitot tube is evaluated by GUM and Monte Carlo method (MCM). Then, the applicability of GUM method is verified by the method given in JCGM 101:2008 GUM supplement1, and it is concluded that the GUM method is still applicable to the evaluation of uncertainty in the wind speed measurement of pitot tube. Finally, comparing the GUM method with MCM, the influence degree of the GUM method on the volatility and dispersion of the probability distribution of wind speed measurement result is -0.31%~0.33% and -0.48%~0.26%, respectively. Since the degree of influence is small to the measured value of wind speed relatively, it is possible to determine whether to correct it according to the actual situation when applying.

A fast hybrid data encryption for FPGA based edge computing 基于FPGA的边缘计算快速混合数据加密

Recently, the Internet of Things (IoT) has been widely employed in industrial field for data collection and control application based on edge computing. The data security during storage and communication is one of the most concern in industrial system for safety. While the single security strategy and low data throughput of present data security system in embedded platform is hard to meet the increasing requirements, especially in high performance edge computing platform, such as FPGA based embedded platform. Therefore, in this paper, a fast hybrid data encryption is designed and implementation in an FPGA to enhance the data security and throughput, by combining Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption and Message Digest (MD5) encryption with a customized high parallel computation. Experimental results with the National Laboratory for Information Science and Technology dataset in a heterogeneous FPGA show that the proposed mixed encryption implementation can realized the data encryption with a high throughput for the security in edge computing application.
