Para evaluar el inicio de producción y peso del huevo de las gallinas venezolanas GDB (n = 30), Maracay (n= 62), GDB/Maracay (n = 60) y Maracay/GDB (n = 36), se condujo un experimento en la finca La Fortaleza, sector La Sirena, El Palmar, estado Bolívar, durante 12 semanas. Las aves estaban en corrales, con densidad de 8 aves/m2. Se suministró alimento comercial (16 % Pc; 3,9 % Ca). Se realizaron análisis de varianza, incluyendo los efectos: grupo racial, semana y la interacción. Las gallinas iniciaron la postura entre las 20 y 21 semanas de edad. El pico de producción superior (P<0,01) fue 98,1 % para GDB/Maracay; 93,3 % Maracay; 92,4 % GDB y 87,7 % Maracay/GDB. El número de huevos totales fue superior (P<0,05) para Maracay/GDB (51). Se concluye que, exceptuando el peso del huevo, el cruzamiento entre estas dos razas incrementa la expresión de las características productivas consideradas.

The purpose of the article is to identify the positive experience of Slovakia in the field of legal liability of medical workers, which has been successful in practice and therefore worth following, both in Ukraine and in other states. To achieve this purpose, general and special scientific research methods were used, in particular dialectical, historical-legal, systematic, and comparative legal methods. The legal regulation of liability for the provision of medical services constantly generates debate in scientific circles and in practical implementation. The legislation of Ukraine does not regulate concepts such as medical mistakes and medical crimes. The lack of regulatory criteria for medical mistakes and crimes, the difficulty in determining the cause and effect relationship, as well as the need for professional supervision in the provision of medical services, encourages the study of foreign experience, mainly the experience of the European Union Member States in this field.

The object of the investigation consists of the disclosure of procedural legislation, through the implementation of effective mechanisms of legal incidence on procedural aspects, which constitute the framework for the protection of the violated environmental rights and interests of citizens or other subjects of environmental legal relationships. A certain innovation may be the introduction of the institution of group lawsuits (massive, collective)in Ukraine, which will simplify access to justice for citizens, it will increase its quality and, due to the reduction of theburden on the courts, will accelerate the consideration of cases, including those of an environmental nature. Methodology: The methodological basis of the research is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge; Through the application of this method, the legal, functional, organizational and procedural aspects of the protection of environmental rights and interests in the courts were considered. conclusions. Higher Education plays an important role in ensuring the Sustainable Development of the countries. The purpose of the article is to systematize scientific approaches to the study of the impact of digitalization on ensuring the Sustainable Development of Ukraine and its regions in the conditions of modern COVID-19 and military challenges. The methodological basis of this study is a systematic approach, as well as general and special scientific research methods, namely: systematic analysis and generalization, grouping, induction and deduction, abstract-logical, scientific abstraction and modeling, graphic methods. The authors verified that Higher Education has a tangible positive impact on the dynamics of Sustainable Development of Ukraine and its regions. First of all, this influence is carried out through the educational and research activities of universities. La Antropología cristiana interpreta la vida como una consecuencia del designio de Dios en favor de la realización plena de la persona humana. En la relación Dios-hombre radica la dignidad de este último y adquiere relevancia la vida en cuanto don divino. Esta visión del hombre asociada a lo trascendente, es una oportunidad para promover la cultura de la vida, como camino que conduce al reconocimiento de la dignidad de la persona humana y a la reivindicación del equilibrio ecológico del planeta.

Los fibrosarcomas son tumores malignos de fibroblastos, raros. La edad en las formas infantiles está entre 5 y 10 años. Afecta tejidos blandos profundos en extremidades inferiores o el tronco y puede presentarse con crecimiento rápido y variable. Objetivo: Se presenta un caso de fibrosarcoma conjuntival. Caso clínico: Paciente masculino 10 años de edad Evaluado en consulta de oftalmología por aumento de volumen en región bulbar de párpado inferior de ojo derecho, una semana de evolución y de crecimiento rápido. conjuntival. Lesión de aproximadamente 1,5 x 1.2 cm endurecida y con hiperemia Resultados: Se realizó resección del tumor, medidas 3,5 x 2,3 cm, superficie externa blanco amarillenta y con focos color marrón oscuro. Se procesa biopsia e inmunohistoquímica, reportando antígeno KI-67 en 60% lo que refleja actividad proliferativa del tejido. Conclusión: Fibrosarcoma de conjuntiva bien diferenciado con elevada actividad mitótica. Es referido para tratamiento oncológico con seguimiento por oftalmología.

El artículo tiene por objetivo resaltar el valor de la Psicología positiva como herramienta de los docentes para incentivar la autoconfianza y la salud mental del estudiante universitario. El método empleado fue la revisión sistemática, la cual se dio a través de un diagrama Prisma y una tabla de autoría. Además, la información fue recopilada de bases de datos de repositorios indexados, tales como: Scielo, Elsevier, Springer y Redalyc. Se tuvo en consideración el idioma, país y los años de antigüedad para la selección de los trabajos de investigación. La Psicología positiva influye favorablemente en la labor de los docentes, ya que estos pueden desempeñar una función óptima para guiar y acompañar a los estudiantes universitarios. Es recomendable que los docentes reconozcan sus fortalezas, debilidades y presenten un alto nivel de competencias emocionales, de manera que puedan incidir positivamente en los estudiantes y ayudarlos a tener un rendimiento académico, aunado a un desarrollo personal óptimo, asociado a la salud mental.

Los sistemas industriales de producción mientras agotan las existencias de materiales, liberan emisiones en formas que la naturaleza no puede asimilar, para solventar esta situación una incipiente alternativa es transitar a un modelo de Economía Circular en el que los procesos industriales optimicen sus flujos energéticos y se sustituya la demanda y participación de energías fósiles por renovables, situación que ha presentado barreras que aún no se entienden del todo y que han obstaculizado su adopción. Es por ello que, el objetivo de esta investigación consistió en modelar las barreras energéticas, a través del Modelado Estructural Interpretativo y la Matriz de Impacto Cruzado-Multiplicación Aplicada a la Clasificación. Se concluye que las barreras y sus interrelaciones prioritarias se orienten a lo político-regulatorio, por lo que se sugiere promover un marco jurídico fundamentado en las mejores prácticas internacionales para fomentar la transición a la circularidad energética.
