La presente investigación se propuso valorar la presencia del yumbo en las obras de titulación de cinco compositores/as graduados/as en la primera cohorte del programa de maestría en Composición Musical y Artes Sonoras, de la Universidad de las Artes de Guayaquil, Ecuador. Para lograrlo se aplicó la teoría de los tópicos, específicamente implementando los enfoques que proponen Melanie Plesch y Juan Francisco Sans, con énfasis en este último que se desmarca de las lecturas semióticas más utilizadas, para proponer una funcionalidad más efectiva y práctica, liberándola de pesados lastres inoperantes e implementarla en función de la realidad musical latinoamericana. Se describieron los orígenes del yumbo de acuerdo a las investigaciones de estudiosos como Juan Mullo Sandoval y Terry Pazmiño Trotta, para valorar, desde el análisis musical y con auxilio de indicadores de topicidad, las cinco obras seleccionadas. Finalmente se demuestra, desde el punto de vista del analista receptor, que las obras presentan un índice de topicidad medio-alto, evidenciando la presencia e importancia del yumbo en las diferentes obras y formatos instrumentales que se abordan, lo que evidencia la fuerza, diversidad, riqueza y sentido identitario de la creación musical ecuatoriana contemporánea.

The purpose of this study is to substantiate the principles of enterprises’ strategic development in the conditions of digitalization according tothe principles of Industry 4.0, which is determined by such global trends as flexible automation, network integration and intelligent technologies and involves the introduction of Internet of things technology, digital ecosystems, big data analytics and complex information systems, which are represented by digital platforms, for managing business processes. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach, which makes it possible to systematically investigate the phenomena and processes occurring today in the world economy under the influence of digitalization. The application of the system approach methodology makes itpossible to use general economic research methods, including: system-structural and logistic analysis, comparative analysis and generalization, graphic. The main provisions of Industry 4.0 were highlighted, which the company must comply with in its development in order to meet international standards. Este artículo tiene como fin determinar la relación entre la gestión pedagógica y la calidad del servicio en educación inicial de la institución particular “Aprendo Jugando”, San Martín de Porres, en Lima - Perú; se tuvo un método cuantitativo aplicado, no experimental, nivel correlacional. Tras aplicar la correlación Spearman se obtuvo que la gestión pedagógica y calidad del servicio se relacionan, cuyo valor fue de r=0.789 y p=0.00. Estos resultados permitieron concluir que la institución educativa debe fomentar cambios internos para mejorar la gestión pedagógica, ya sea a través de herramientas metodológicas y actividades. Asimismo, resulta necesario que los docentes tengan mayor compromiso y liderazgo para influir positivamente en la educación de los estudiantes.

Este trabajo de investigación sirve de presentación del Número 41 de la Revista de la Universidad del Zulia, publicación científica que forma parte del patrimonio histórico de esta institución universitaria, por lo que está adscrita a la Cátedra Libre Historia de la Universidad del Zulia. El objetivo del artículo consiste en identificar la visión política del discurso pronunciado por el Bachiller José Antonio Borjas, durante la reapertura de la Universidad del Zulia, el 01 de Octubre de 1946. La reapertura de esta universidad implicó todo un proceso histórico, cuyos antecedentes involucra la época de la colonización hispánica, extendiéndose hasta la fundación del Colegio Nacional de Maracaibo, instalado el 19 de abril de 1837, siendo el antecedente más inmediato para la creación e instalación de la Universidad del Zulia, el 11 de Septiembre de 1891. Entre las conclusiones destaca la coincidencia presente en el discurso estudiantil pronunciado por el bachiller José Antonio Borjas en el acto de la Reapertura de la Universidad del Zulia, con el discurso del Rector Jesús Enrique Lossada, donde ambos valoraron la reinstalación de la universidad como un logro de la Revolución del 18 de Octubre de 1945 en Venezuela.

Esta investigación parte de una revisión documental, cuyo propósito es precisar los porqués del Anteproyecto de Ley de Convivencia Escolar Pacífica, además de las aportaciones inherentes a la actuación de la comunidad educativa, el aparato institucional del Estado, la sociedad y la familia, en su rol de actores sobre los que recae la responsabilidad de garantizar la protección a la dignidad humana, el resguardo de la integridad psicosocial y la creación de escenarios positivos en los que prime la cultura de paz, la justicia, el bien común y la tolerancia, como requerimientos sobre los que se sustenta el ejercicio de la ciudadanía mundial y la participación efectiva dentro del contexto social. Las reflexiones finales giran a entorno a los siguientes aspectos: la actuación articulada y coordinada, el trabajo cooperativo y el proceder sinérgico desde el sentido de la corresponsabilidad, constituyen factores de protección a partir de los cuales transformar no solo el escenario educativo sino las condiciones sociales en función del reconocimiento recíproco, que redunde en el logro los ideales de la convivencia pacífica; los cuales para consolidarse requieren de la educación intercultural, en valores y en derechos humanos.

The aim of this study was to determine the impact of digital technologies in the education of Art students in their knowledge and attitude towards theSustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A survey was used in this study to determine the students’ digital literacy, as well as to identify their level of knowledge of the Sustainable Development Goals and their attitude towards these goals. Mathematical methods of data processing, Cronbach’s Alpha, Kaiser’s Measure, and Pearson correlation coefficient were also applied. It was found that the level of digital literacy, as well as the knowledge and attitude of students towards the SDGs, depend on their major. It is also assumed that the students’ attitude towards the SDGs depends on the political, economic, and social situation in the country. The results of the research complement the existing theoretical knowledge, and also recommend the methodology for determining the impact of digital technologies on shaping students’ attitudes towards the SDGs. It can be tested for other majors as well

The purpose of the article is to present the methodology of forming the project culture of futureteachers. The methodological basis of the research is: modern ideas of the dialectic of the general, special and individual in the formation of project culture; philosophy of a subjective-humanistic approach to education; theoretical provisions about the social, active and creative essence of the individual, the mechanisms and conditions of its self-expression in culture; the theory of complex personality development and the formation of knowledge, abilities and skills; fundamental studies of the development of the general and professional culture of the teacher. Today, students have to cope with a large volume of tasks, have time to live and study. At the same time, today most students are not ready for the challenges of modern society. The process of forming a project culture should be aimed at creating a project-innovative environment in an educational institution, that is, creating conditions for the emergence, development and implementation of projects. Project-based learning targets future teachers foracademic, personal, and career success, and prepares them for the challenges they will face in their future careers.

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la percepción de los estudiantes de educación básica regular del norte del Perú sobre la enseñanza virtual en la Universidad Nacional de Frontera, para ello se trabajó con el total de la población muestra que aparecen matriculados en el año académico 2020. Las instituciones educativas públicas y privadas del norte del Perú que se consideraron en la presente investigación fueron: I.E 14785; I.E Carmen Estrada Panta; I.E José Matías Manzanilla; I.E Las Capullanas: I.E María Luisa Seminario Campos; I.E Trilce; I.E Villa María Cieneguillo Centro, siendo un total de 115 estudiantes que estuvieron dispuestos apoyar la investigación. El estudio es de tipo exploratorio descriptivo, en vista que tuvo como propósito la percepción de los estudiantes de educación básica regular de las instituciones educativas públicas y privadas del norte del Perú sobre la enseñanza virtual en la Universidad Nacional de Frontera. La investigación es no experimental, con un diseño transversal (en el tiempo). Para la medición de la variable Percepción estudiantil sobre la enseñanza virtual se utilizó como instrumento de medición un cuestionario conformado por 11 ítems que permitió medir la variable. Para el análisis de datos se empleó el análisis descriptivo, con el cual se determinó que es excelente, con 48.7%, la evaluación de percepción en los estudiantes de educación básica regular de las diferentes instituciones educativas del norte del Perú sobre la enseñanza virtual en la Universidad Nacional de Frontera.

Para la medición de la variable Percepción estudiantil sobre la enseñanza virtual se utilizó como instrumento de medición un cuestionario conformado por 11 ítems que permitió medir la variable. In the majority of Russian cities a theater, a cultural space, which has taken the close attention of the wide audience in recent years, is located not far from the central square or directly on it. Theater can be attractive for people’s leisure activities, take central or peripheral position in the cultural life of a city, give successful and not quite successful performances, but it will definitely remain the place whose life is rather little known about. In this article the author tries to scientifically analyze and critically conceptualize the problematics of the methodology of modern theatrical art in the formation of an actor’s emotional nature and peculiarities of his or her stage perception. The aim of this research is to reveal and analyze the essence of an actor’s emotional nature conjugated into the modern epoch with the performativepractices influencing the condition of traditional theater and personal status of an actor. The methodology of the research includes a systematic approach and a method of comparative analysis applied to the actor's nature of the artist, which developed bythe XX century, which has now covered other professional spheres of a person, thus changing the value orientations of the actor's stage performance.

Mobbing in general education schools goes beyond the organization, and not only the internal environment of schools but also a wider social context must be evaluated in creating prevention programs. Therefore, this study aims to review and highlight the specific challenges of mobbing prevention in general education institutions. The research was conducted using a semi-systematic review approach. First, a list of relevant terms, which were used to select thematically related articles in scientific databases, was formed. This was followed by reading abstracts and selectingarticles for further analysis, which enabled to distinguish relevant categories of prevention challenges. The study has shown that the main challenges arise due to the used management models, inadequate responses of the school administration, the lack of information about mobbing and procedures for solving this problem as well as personal characteristics of the victim and the specific social context. A systematic approach is needed to create prevention programs and conduct research in general education institutions, which would allow not only to evaluate individual and organizational aspects but also to predict the threats arising in the school’s social environment and the ways to minimize them.
