Justification of technical solutions of intercar gangway based on solid-state mathematical modeling 基于固态数学模型的车厢间通道技术方案论证

Justification of constructive solutions of intercar gangway is based on solid-state mathematical modeling methods of three-carriage home passenger trains set coupling. Possibility of buffer system refusal is justified by their replacement on intercar oscillation absorbers, zones of their arrangements and rational parameters are defined.

Increasing of topography homogeneity of the construction materials surface during final ultrasound processing 建筑材料在最终超声加工过程中表面形貌均匀性增加

There was defined a formation at the surface of steel billets during the influence of fluctuating at ultrasound frequencies regular nano-structures indicator. The nano-structures form homogeneous micro layer which differs from the original one by smaller fractal dimension. The possibility to form an orientated micro layer at the surface of thermo-processed billets was shown. The micro layer allows to improve the conditions of contacting for the details of the type of matched friction pairs.

Strategy of vibration diagnostic control of mill equipment condition 磨机设备状态振动诊断控制策略

The task of mill equipment with the vibration diagnostic system is relevant because of the need to enhance maintenance efficiency and reduce essential equipment failures. The main peculiarity of vibration processes appearing in the mill process line has been distinguished: appearing longitudinal vibrations transmitted through treated metal. Furthermore, approximation of longitudinal vibration frequencies to the strip natural frequency results in resonant vibrations. It causes strip defects and may trigger fault trip of the mill due to its breakage. The paper formulates requirements to the stationary system of the mill equipment vibration monitoring. It substantiates the strategy of vibration control based on solving two functional tasks: vibration monitoring and diagnostics. Tasks of the functional sub-systems are considered. The paper also lists mill stand defects to be determined with vibration diagnostics and criteria for their detection at the early stage. It provides the example of practical implementation of the developed strategy at establishment of the stationary system for diagnostic monitoring the equipment of the main electric drives of 630 mm five-stand cold-rolling mill at OJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works. Locations for sensor installation at the mill stand equipment have been determined. The system functional structure is under consideration. Display representation of results of parametric vibration diagnostics is provided. Results of industrial introduction of the developed system are described.

Modeling of thermal treatment of wood waste in the gasifiers 木材废料在气化炉中的热处理模拟

A mathematical model of the process of gasification of wood waste, which takes into account the heating step, drying, pyrolysis, combustion, recovery, and the connection between them was made. Modeling allows to determine the design parameters of the installation, the main technological parameters of the work and to forecast the parameters of a mixture of combustible gases at the exit of the gasifier.
建立了考虑木材废弃物加热、干燥、热解、燃烧、回收等过程及其相互关系的气化数学模型。建模可以确定装置的设计参数,工作的主要技术参数,并预测气化炉出口可燃气体混合物的参数。

The article presents a performance analysis of the small satellite thermocontrol system based on the telemetry data received by the ground control complex GCC-SSAU. The performance analysis was carried out on “AIST” (RS43-as) and “AIST” (RS-41at) small satellites. Ground testing of the thermocontrol system was performed in the thermo-vacuum chamber on the testing facility of RS? “Progress”. The article gives an overview of the operational capabilities of the thermocontrol system. The performance analysis of the system is carried out and the primary guidelines for future thermovacuum testing are given.

Mathematical models of synchronous generators for different spatial distances of disturbance point 扰动点不同空间距离下同步发电机的数学模型

The models of the synchronous generator to calculate the steady-state and transient regimes including the transients of stator windings of generator without damper windings have been presented. The ability to use different mathematical approximations of the generator models depending on the spatial distance of the disturbance point has been shown. The examples of the generator models without damper windings at various types of disturbance have been given. To determine the currents and voltages as a functions of time the state-space technique and Park - Gorev transformation have been used. Solutions are obtained by means of program - integrated environment MathCAD Runge-Kutta method. The use of the models is possible for the networks containing synchronous generators and for the design objects containing generators.

Research of characteristic of semicircular crack at intersecting line of pump head of fracturing pump 压裂泵泵头相交线半圆裂纹特性研究

According to the fact that the pump head of fracturing pump is one of the key component in petroleum fracturing technology equipment and also to guarantee fracturing technology successful implementation, the failure formation and influencing factors of pump head is presented combined with engineering application. Through the finite element analysis, the result that the intersecting line in pump head is the dangerous area to form crack is illustrated. On the basic of the model of pump head with crack established in the dangerous area, the distribution of stress and stress intensity factor in crack tip is obtained and the initial extension regularity of crack tip is conformed. The results show that the yield zone in crack tip concentrate on the surface of section chamber, and the type of semicircular crack in interesting line is I-II-III mixed mode, which the III crack is the primary factor to accelerate crack extension in the interesting line of pump head, under internal pressure. So the results obtained by analyzing pump head with crack provide theoretical guide to apply in engineering for pump head.

Numerical simulation of dynamic channel-angular pressing processes 动态通道角挤压过程的数值模拟

Severe plastic deformation of a titanium specimen during dynamic channel-angular pressing was numerically investigated in 3D statement for dynamic scheme of loading. Computations have been carried out by the finite element method within the framework of the elastic-plastic medium model with allowance for fracture. The effective values of initial velocity and loading pressure are determined for the titanium specimen.

Plasma-spraying process with the use of indirect and direct arcs is taken up. The coat strengthening is realized by local weld penetration of the coat in equally spaced zones by power impulse modulation of the plasmotron direct arc. Theoretically estimated modes of strengthening, providing coat weld penetration till the transition zone of the coat base and satisfying the surface exploitation loads are presented.
