3D-reconstruction of urban scenes using satellite images and pairwise geometric histograms 利用卫星图像和成对几何直方图对城市场景进行三维重建

Approach to the reconstruction of three-dimensional models of cities from satellite images is presented in this paper. Possible areas of the use of the research results are presented. The reconstruction is based on image recognition and search of the three-dimensional object model in the database. Selecting and decomposition of the contour of the building are performed at an early stage. Recognition is based on comparing the geometric histograms of standard object and images. Image vectorization is used to construct geometric histogram. Image roofs are used for reconstruction. The results of the algorithm are given.

The technology of the development of solid seabed minerals by walking type facilities 步行式海底固体矿物开采技术

This paper is a part of the research on the continental mining of solid minerals and searching alternative solutions of raw material's procurement for leading industries. The value of conducting underwater operations for the extraction of shelf zone's ferromanganese nodules is described. Schematic diagram of conducting mining operations is provided. The construction of a mining complex for mining ferromanganese nodules of the Baltic Sea with the possibility of its separation and partial enrichment on the seabed during the process of production is proposed. The article deals with the means for moving the mining workers of seabed, the technological walking machine working by the displacement of the center of mass by way of a movable counterweight, and its construction are given. The dependence of the gravity of the counterweight satisfies the condition of the machine's movement. The question of the stability of the machine's movement and conditions of use extraction technology are shown.

Consideration of complementary error during design of the alternating current coaxial shunts 交流同轴分流器设计中互补误差的考虑

In the paper, some factors produced instrumental error of the coaxial shunts conversion ratio have been studied. Complementary error influence on the corrected shunt dynamic characteristics with increasing current magnitude has been estimated. The optimal physical properties for material of a resistive pipe coaxial shunt have been determined.

The variation of physic-mechanical properties of the functional surfaces with wear resistant coating under clear terms modification of the substrate alloy samples VK8 are analyzed. Substrate was doped with different elements (Ti, Cr, Zr and N) by ion implantation. Wear resistant coating TiN and TiAlN where formed by vacuum arc method.

This article discusses the questions of constructing an algorithm for solving differential equations that describe the dynamics of motion of a mobile two-mass mechanical system moving separately from the surface. The presented jumping mini-robot model consists of an external and an internal body, the variation of the angular velocity of which allows us to control the motion.

The results of developing the dependencies of wear intensity of machine parts surfaces from conditions of their final longitudinal turning and their final cylindrical grinding with radial supply based on the energy approach were presented. The models found give an opportunity to scientific improvement and creating of knowledge-intensive functionally-oriented techniques that allow increasing wear resistance of parts and their junctions in engineering industry workpieces.

Simulation of operation modes of inverter hydro-generator 逆变水轮发电机运行模式仿真

Micro hydropower engineering, due to the relative stability of stream regime and high energy density of water workflow, has the best technical and economic characteristics in comparison to other renewable energy sources. Micro hydropower plants (micro HPPs) meet all environmental requirements and can make a significant contribution to the electrification of remote rural areas, tourist and agricultural facilities. The load operation of hydro-generator comprised of an unregulated propeller hydro-turbine and a synchronous generator through reversible frequency converter was studied. A mathematical model in Simulink (SimPowerSystems) application of the MatLab software package was designed to analyze load operation of a hydro-turbine with a synchronous generator through the inverter.
