Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is an insect tropic disease that always threatens the Indonesian population every year and becomes an outbreak in several regencies/cities in Indonesia after the changing seasons. The Aedes aegypti mosquito vector control effort has been carried out both physically with the PSN program or chemically using synthetic insecticides that can be directed against both adult mosquitoes and larvae. Fragrant citronella extract based on previous research contains many alkaloid compounds that can inhibit cholinesterase enzymes such as synthetic organophosphate class insecticides. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of concentration and time effect of citronella extract (Cymbopogon nardus) in the form of a spray as a natural bioinsecticide to control the Aedes aegypti mosquito. This research belongs to a pure research design (true experiment) with factorial design. The research unit has 3 units plus 1 unit as a control using 25 mosquitoes for each research unit. Data analysis in this study used the Repeated Measure GLM and Probit analysis. The results showed that the concentration and time effect of citronella extract had a test result of 0.0001 <0.005. The conclusion of the study was the effect of concentration and time effect of citronella extract on the death of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. The results of the probit analysis found that the value of LT50 was 27.49 minutes after the intervention and LC50 was 3,198 ppm. Keywords: Frarant of citronella , spray, Aedes aegypti

Law Number 36 of 2009 regarding Health states that the community is given the widest opportunity to process, produce, distribute, develop, improve, and use traditional medicines that can be justified for their benefits and safety. The presence of medicinal chemicals added to traditional medicines (herbs) is not appropriate to the therapeutic dose, resulting in overdosing and causing side effects that can be harmful to the health of the consumers. One of the analytical methods to detect the presence of medicinal chemicals, especially dexamethasone, is the Near Infra Red and Chemometrics method. The research design used in this study was descriptive non-analytic. The population in this study is 28 herbal medicine shop that sells herbal sore-aches traditional medicines (jamu pegal linu) in Jember Regency using the Total Sampling technique. This study is using univariate analysis of frequency distribution. This research shows that there was no chemical content of dexametasone found in all herbal medicine samples in the analysis using the Near Infra Red method while in the Chemometric testing, it was found that one of the herbal samples (code J-C) contained 2% of dexamethasone. It is imperative to Socialize to the community the impact of using herbal medicine containing medicinal chemicals, and it also needs to be analyzed using the most sensitive methods.Keyword: Chemical Abuse, Dexamethasone, Sciatica Herbs, Near Infra Red, Chemometric Methods

Studies show that face-to-face aggression extends to other types of bullying behaviours through digital technologies. Current research is limited in primary education and contradictory in terms of gender. This study looked at the prevalence of bullying and cyberbullying in Spain at an early age, identifying groups of victims from a gender perspective. It also associated school variables (sense of belonging at school, absenteeism or student confidence in STEM subjects) to the most vulnerable profile. In a second analysis, 4756 Spanish 4th grade Primary Education pupils completed the TIMMS 2015 standardized survey. The results showed four groups of victims, two characterized by multiple victimization (bullying and cyberbullying). There were significant gender differences between the groups. The percentage of girls in the profile of victims of severe harassment was higher. However, overall there was a greater presence of boys across the different groups of victims. The school variables considered were associated differentially according to gender. The student sense of belonging at school was not the same for girls and boys, nor did they have the same attitude towards absenteeism. The results are discussed in relation to other studies together with conclusions regarding the design of educational interventions and future research.
