The paper presents an approach to the formation of an investment portfolio that includes securities of various countries. The study is closely related to the portfolio theory of G. Markowitz, who believed that the created portfolio should consist only of optimally selected assets with the necessary risk-return ratio for the investor. Reducing the risk level of the securities portfolio is possible due to its diversification by country. The authors refer to the data of the authoritative analytical financial company MSCI, which for more than half a century has been compiling and publishing indices covering many stock markets of the world. The paper presented the classification of MSCI country indices for three types of markets, as well as calculated the risks for each of them. As a measure of risk, the authors use the standard deviation. The last stage of the study involves the construction of correlation matrices to determine the smallest relationship between the considered indices. Further, based on the correlation analysis, the authors identified 'friendly' countries for the formation of an investment portfolio with minimal risk. They form a portfolio with less risk than the risk of individual indices that make it up. The approach considered in the paper may become relevant in 2023 when the Central Bank of the Russian Federation expands the list of countries whose shares are available to Russian investors.

The article discusses the main problems associated with the process of collecting information and evaluating it, from the point of view of truthfulness, representativeness, etc. So, due to the obtained sociological data, the most important economic and political decisions should be made at the level of the leadership of the country, region, organization. This article calls on sociologists and economists to analyze the existing domestic and foreign experience (including the Soviet period) of obtaining sociological information in new conditions and to propose effective mechanisms and methods of its processing in the new conditions of the modern world. The new conditions are understood as the processes of digitalization and the onset of a new socio-economic stage - the fourth industrial revolution, as a result of which previously effective tools and sources of statistical and sociological information do not allow obtaining reliable information. The authors believe that it is necessary to revise the theoretical and practical basis of sociological research, relying, first of all, on the modern perspective of the problem of the Durkheim method, which showed that the pure natural science method cannot be applied, because the subject-researcher influences the object of sociological research. In a new way in modern conditions, it is necessary to consider the principle of representativeness of Dr. George Gallup, developed by him in the middle of the last century, when he gave convincing results. But the world is changing, and scientific approaches to conducting research should also adapt, taking into account, in particular, when conducting sociological studies of electoral behavior. This article is the first in a series of a whole series of publications calling on sociologists, economists, marketers to jointly adapt sociological methods to the conditions of a changing world.

Indicators of security and affordability of housing are one of the main indicators of social security of the population, its level of well-being. Assessment of the security and affordability of housing is relevant and the subject of research in modern economic science. The article discloses approaches to the calculation of these indicators, provides statistical data showing the provision of housing in the Republic of Belarus, the dynamics of changes in this indicator. The deviations of the indicator of housing affordability by regions and the city of Minsk from the average republican value have been calculated, which makes it possible to assess the severity of the social problem of housing security in the capital. The estimated part includes an assessment of the life cycle cost of a multi-storey residential building of typical consumer characteristics for a period of 50 years. It is proposed to assess the affordability of housing, taking into account not only the one-time costs of building or purchasing housing, but also the periodic costs of the life cycle of real estate objects: operating costs, maintenance costs, capital repairs and, ultimately, demolition. This approach allows you to estimate the total cost of home ownership. In this case, the indicator of the affordability of housing is the period of time that a citizen spends in order to earn sufficient funds for the purchase and operation of housing.

This article is devoted to the research of how the use of nonverbal forms of communications eases the interaction between people in daily life circumstances. The research revealed that in crowded cities or always busy work atmospheres like restaurants or offices, it turns out that the use of kinesics and body language makes it easier to communicate - saving a lot of time and thus being more productive. Taking into consideration Egypt - which is ranked 14th among the most populous countries in the world, we have done a study to analyse the effect of using nonverbal forms of communication on the overall meaning of speech, and it turned out that it complements, emphasises and strengthens the meaning, and clearly delivers the thoughts of the speaker who sometimes can’t express what he needs to say using verbal forms of speech. In general, gestures offer a better representation of the person and keep a good contact with the listeners, keeping their attentiveness. It proved out that most of the emotions and feelings can’t be expressed just by words, and that the use of gestures and illustrations is sometimes a must to completely deliver the intended meaning. In connection with all this, gestures open the door for the creation of new words, since not everything that can be expressed using a gesture can be explained in words. Even though there are no dictionaries or any formal references for local gestures, there is a need to involve more professional approaches to the study of gestures, thus increasing the word base of our dictionaries, which would eventually increase the general cultural level of societies.

The article is devoted to the study of the nature of errors made by native speakers of the Russian language as non-native in speech. In the research, the author revised the principles and criteria of errors and mistakes and showed absolute and relative errors along with communicative-significant and communicative-insignificant errors. The research uses the problem-oriented method. It allows you to use the terms of other sciences that give a more accurate understanding of the situation under study. Absolute errors and mistakes should include those errors that are visible and that affect (communicatively significant) or do not affect (communicatively insignificant) understanding of the situation. Relative errors and mistakes should include those errors that are not visible, but that affect the understanding of the situation. The modern linguodidactic system for evaluating errors in speech is based on the detection of only absolute errors. However, the allow of relative errors by speakers sufficiently complicates the social interaction of native speakers of the Russian language and native speakers of the Russian language as non-native, as it arises due to violations in the expression of the basic categories embedded in the Russian language and forming its uniqueness. However, situations where speakers make relative mistakes seriously complicate the social interaction of native speakers of the Russian language and non-native speakers of the Russian language, because it arises due to violations in the expression of basic categories. These categories are embedded in the Russian language and form its uniqueness. Among such categories, the author identifies the categorical expression of absolute and relative characteristic; performance and ineffectiveness of the action; belonging; existence and joint action; modality; completeness and insufficiency of the action. Finally, it was concluded that relative errors most often occur when topics containing the expression of these categories are poorly developed in curricula, textbooks and textbooks. The author concluded that understanding the nature of absolute and relative errors contributes not only to a more complete understanding of the speech of foreigners, but also to the prevention of these errors as a result of processing and adjusting the curriculum. This is necessary for the design of new textbooks and the revision of the evaluation methodology of lingvodidactic testing.

Recently, there has been a tendency to expand the powers of the judiciary. Justice refers to justice as well as the system of judicial institutions. As law enforcement agencies, the justice authorities ensure the implementation of State policy in the legal sphere and the execution of court decisions. They play an important role in creating favourable conditions for the effective functioning of the power structures of the rule of law. The article deals with the teaching of the discipline “Formation and development of judicial bodies and institutions”. A short historiographic overview is presented. Particular attention is paid to considering the role of the use of sources in the study of the educational discipline “Formation and development of judicial bodies and institutions”, the importance of students knowing historical and legal sources in the discipline is emphasized. The author conducted a questionnaire of full-time trainees 40.05.01 Legal provision of national security (level of specialty) in order to identify the main issues of teaching the discipline “Formation and development of judicial bodies and institutions”. During the study, the conclusion was confirmed that students had a special interest in meetings with representatives of the bodies and institutions of justice, as well as institutions subordinate to them, and the value of such events. This approach facilitates more effective discussion of topical discipline issues.

With the rapid development of society and IT, tangible changes are taking place in the educational system and programs, it becomes possible to explore cause-and-effect relationships and relationships between them, to find solutions in a non-standard way. Technologies, as a kind of mechanism, are capable of using new means and ways of working in the education system, embodied in a real mode. Any technologies should contribute to inadequate solutions, demonstrate their effectiveness, help to find the correct answer to the questions and problems posed, and solve them in a non-standard way. Considering design as an effective product for future education, it is necessary to learn how to identify connections between phenomena, objects, objects, observe changes, find interesting connections, pose an original question: how to change, combine, transform, turn over, replace, align, find analogy, to solve in an original way - all this leads to the formation of hard-soft-vital skills, and independent and creative, search work and the successful implementation of innovative technologies in the design process bring good results. The article discusses three groups of technologies developed and revised by us for design according to certain characteristics and in the direction of performing functions: technologies that provided non-standard, original solutions; technologies related to rethinking and transformation; creative design technologies, principles of working with these technologies.

The article discusses alternative ways of investing their own funds for a long term for individuals, alternative to a bank deposit. For example, ready-made investment solutions that can be considered an intermediate type of investment between independent trading and trust management. A structured product is based on simpler financial assets and consists of several parts, each of which performs its own function, protective or investment. The structure of the product may include deposits, securities, currencies, precious metals, raw materials and other assets, as well as derivatives on them. The variety of such solutions allows the investor to invest in various assets, choose the level of profitability, timing and even the degree of risk. They also have an accessible entry threshold. The purpose of the study is to study ready-made long-term investment solutions for individuals and make recommendations for their application. The analysis uses structured long-term investment products offered by Sberbank. According to the indicators of the coefficients, an integral report is drawn up, which includes indicators for all types of ready-made investment decisions, among which the most attractive instruments for investment are distinguished. The paper builds a model for assessing the investment attractiveness and profitability of ready-made investment solutions offered by Sberbank for individuals and gives recommendations on the use of structured products as personal investments. A complete analysis of ready-made investment decisions has been carried out, and based on the constructed model, several financial instruments can be identified that are suitable for investors who prefer strategies with low, medium or high risk.

At the turn of the two millennium, the fundamental difference in assessing the goals and means of scientific and technological progress is the consideration of architectural and planning decisions, technical and economic parameters and environmental consequences. The global nature of human impact on the habitat determines the strict requirements for choosing the parameters for the implementation of technological solutions, in particular light solutions for housing and communal services. The dynamics of electricity consumption and heat resources in Russia as a whole, including the population, was considered. The reasons for the loss of energy resources from the positions of various authors, including theft, illegal tie-ins, damage in distribution networks, insufficient level of advertising of technical and organizational and managerial innovations, are summarized. Systematized lighting solutions patented over the past 5 years in Russia, including building blocks with suspensions, hybrid lamps, heat flux sensors, luminous building parts. It was revealed that many innovative developments are based on LED solutions. The level of normative natural and cost expenditures of resources for collections of state elementary norms and federal unit rates for the construction of walls and partitions made of glass blocks was analyzed. The use of LED lighting for housing and communal services is justified. It was concluded that the power consumption when using LED lamps is several times lower than incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps.

The article is devoted to the research of a phenomenon of language orientation as aspect of human's language activity. The research revealed that language, being a phenomenon of human activity, exists as a set of individual subjective languages (private languages) and as universal objective language (general language). A codified and conventional model is general language; the set of individual ideas about language are private languages. The research showed that correlation between general and private languages forms individual's language experience. As a result of received and comprehended language experience the language orientation of language personality is formed. In turn, society exerts influence the personality by its language orientation in language area. The author determined that vectors of orientation are elements of inner permissive language structure of personality, formed and fixed by individual's language experience in the course of language socialization and social adaptation. Finally, it was concluded that language orientation presupposes the differentiation of language material to relevant and irrelevant. It may be conscious or unconscious. As a result, language experience and language orientation organize and control human's cogitative activity. It is important to understand that consistency and integrity of language orientation system are indications of stability and autonomy of language personality.
