Introduction-Traditional medicine has a long history of serving people all over the world. Today the world is looking towards the Ayurveda with great hope and faith. With these new challengesemerges in the form of queries of the modern man who would have a right to know about the drug he is consuming. To meet this new trust of inquisitiveness, standard of drugs of Indian System of Medicine is mandatory. In the process of assurance, to ascertain the prepared product is full proof and without any defects, these prepared products need to undergo several analytical parameters concerned to them and get clearance. This article is a step to standardized and validate the ayurvedic formulation through analytical study. Material and methods-The drugs selected for study are one of the mahakashaya Dasemani –Angamardha Prashaman Dasemanidescribed in Charak Samhita Sutra Sthanand Bhagottar Gutikaa Herbo-mineral formulation is from Bhaishajya Ratnavali. The various parameters studies are or organoleptic characters, physicochemical parameters of vatilike disintegration, friability, loss on drying, acid insoluble ash, water soluble ash etc. and microbial contamination. Results –All the parameters studied are within the limits and hence validate the safely and effectively use ofvati. Conclusion Analytical study of a product provides standards to judge its quality. It is useful to decide future work plan and objective parameters to know the exact status of drug by conducting the comparative study of various samples during drug preparation

Introduction: Dental caries and periodontal diseases are among the most important global oral health problems. In Ayurveda, Katu, Tikta and Kashaya Rasas are described for Dantadhawana. Most of the products available in the market are sweet in taste which favor the growth bacteria in of oral cavity whereas the Rasas mentioned in Ayurveda are supposed to suppress the growth of bacterial activity and resulting adverse effects on gums and teeth, thus the proposed formulation (Triphala, Madhu) is supposed to promote oral hygiene and restrict chances of gum and teeth disorders. Materials and methods: The role of Triphala churna with Madhu for Dantadhavana in healthy individuals was assessed. Results: The drug Triphla churna and Madhu plays a significant role in management of dental diseases as well as in maintaining healthy oral hygiene.

Pratishyaya is an Urdwajatrugata Vikara (disease above the clavicle) that can be triggered by minor etiological factors. Vataja Pratishyaya is one of the five forms of Pratishyaya mentioned in our classics and Vata is the primary dosha, with Kapha, Pitta, and Rakta as associated doshas. Vataja Pratishyaya can be correlated with Allergic Rhinitis, which is frequently encountered in OPD practise and is mostly caused by allergens and environmental pollution. Allergic Rhinitis is caused by inhalent allergens which are inhaled through nose and cause the release of freshly generated or preformed mediators. It's an atopic disorder. Atopic dermatitis is described as a family history of sensitization to allergens in the environment (pollen, dust etc). It is a benign but chronic upper airway condition with an overall frequency of around 18% in the general population. Allergy is scientifically defined in Ayurveda under the Asatmayaj Vyadhi, while its consequences are explained in inherited, Virudhahara, Dushivish, and Ritusandhi. It occurs on a regular basis, and on attending Jeerna avastha, Nasya is the main line of treatment. It is a part of Panchakarma chikitsa and is very effective. An effort has been made in this review to examine the potentials of Nasya karma in treating Pratishaya (Allergic Rhinitis).

Herbal drugs are a major part of Ayurvedic medicine, which is evolved as a system of practice from ancient period. Brihatrayee and Laghutrayee are today’s available classical texts. However, literature about Ayurveda has been created before & after these classical texts. Vangasena Samhitais one of such neglected but valuable text in between these two literatures. Vangasena Samhitaor Chikitsasarasamgrahais a comprehensive work belongs to 12thcentury AD by Vangasena. This medical treatise is often quoted by the names Vangasena samgraha, Vangadatta or Sarvasiddhantasara. In Vangasena Samhita, it mainly deals with pathology, description of diseases along with the principles of treatment, different pharmaceutical preparations, prognosis and dietetics. In this treatise author contributes many mono-herbal recipes and formulations which are indicated in various disease conditions. Total herbal preparations in Ayurvedacan be of mono-herbal (single) or poly-herbal (multiple). Among them single drug herbal recipes are very effective as well as easy to prepare and which helps in reducing, the over usage of medicinal plants in preparing the compound formulations. A total of about 371 mono-herbal recipes can be seen in Vangasena Samhita. Some of such single drugs are Guduci, Pippali, Shunti, Amalaki, Vasa, Haritaki, Shigru, Eranda etc. in various disease conditions along with their anupanaand the mode of administration in a systematic manner. The review has focused on easily available and easily applicable herbal remedies.

A woman's reproductive system is a delicate and complex system in the body. It is important to protect it from infections and injury for their health. Endometritis is inflammation of the uterine lining. It can affect all layers of the uterus and is usuallydue to an infection. The uterus is typically aseptic nature. However, the travel of microbes from the cervix and vagina can lead to infection. It's usually not life-threatening, but it's important to get it treated as soon as possible. It will generally cure when treated. Untreated infections can lead to complications with the reproductive organs, issues with fertility, and other general health problems. A female patient aged 35 years visited OPD of Prasuti Tantra and Stri Roga department of MMM Govt. Ayurved College, Udaipur, with complaints of heavy menstrual bleeding and prolonged menstrual bleeding more than seven days since six months with lower abdominal pain. Patient was given Nagkesharadi churna3 gm orally BD and Panchtikta ghrita guggulu2tab BD with lukewarm water.

Dysmenorrhea is currently society's top health concern because of today's sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise. Women today must deal with obstacles brought on by hectic lives that lead to Mithyaahara and Vihara, overexertion and malnutrition, which can result in Vikruti in "Rituchakra" and a variety of Vyadhis related to menstruation. To effectively treat dysmenorrhoea, Ayurveda suggests Ritucharya and Dinacharya, food modification, and frequent practise of yoga in the form of asanas, pranayam, and meditation. Likewise, if necessary, Uttarbasti, Garbhashaya Balya Aushadhi, Anuvasana, or Matrabasti can also be used. Stress is becoming a necessary component of modern life. A woman's health has been deteriorating as a result of her neverending search for material comforts. Today we are heading toward materialistic progress at the cost of our health, physical as well as mental. In this blind pursuit, instead of peace we end up in stressed life. Unfortunately, neither we understand that we are under stress nor get any trainingof stress management while we study or work. In this modern world there are many diseases, disorders and complications but some complications are commonest and almost each and every human being in this modern world has it, it is stress, depression and there are many medications which claims to get relief from it but only for some duration and that too has some of its side effects but, “OM” (AUM)chanting is such a traditional practice which has beneficial effects not just in relieving stress and depressionbut can also give relief from many mental and physical complications and has of course no side effects and once if learnt properly do not need any guidance. Regularly chanting of OM) can be used in daily lifestyle can be more beneficial.Present review compiles the studies which evaluated that chanting OM mantrahas the positive effect on the human health
