La pandemia causada por el virus SARS-CoV-2 durante el ano 2020 ha tenido considerables impactos no solo en ambitos sanitarios, sino tambien economicos, sociales, politicos, educativos, culturales, entre otros. Debido a sus condiciones estructurales, paises en vias de desarrollo, como Ecuador, son especialmente vulnerables frente a estas circunstancias. En este sentido, la academia -desde su rol investigativo- aparece como uno de los agentes clave en las respuestas que se pudieron y podran generar frente a esta crisis. Dado este contexto, el objetivo de este articulo es presentar una vision general sobre las principales caracteristicas de la produccion cientifica ecuatoriana acerca de la COVID-19, a traves de una revision bibliometrica en la base de datos Scopus. Para este fin, se analizan los documentos academicos indexados dentro de esta base en el periodo comprendido entre enero y octubre de 2020 utilizando el paquete bibliometrix en R y el visor VOSviewer. Los resultados muestran el desarrollo de un corpus emergente de literatura sobre la tematica, a pesar de las complicaciones causadas por la pandemia. Este corpus esta impulsado principalmente por la cooperacion internacional. Al mismo tiempo, se evidencian vacios en relacion con investigaciones asociadas a los problemas sociales derivados de esta crisis

Se realizo una investigacion transversal de nivel descriptivo con el objetivo de establecer la prevalencia de portadores nasales de Staphylococcus aureus meticilino resistente (SARM) en los trabajadores de salud de un Hospital de Especialidades en Quito. La muestra fue no probabilistica por conveniencia con la participacion de 191 personas de las areas de Neonatologia, Quirofanos, Cuidados Intensivos y Anexo de Traumatologia, a los cuales se les realizo un cultivo bacteriologico de pruebas de hisopado nasal. Se aplico una encuesta para caracterizar a los servidores de salud segun su edad, sexo, el area donde trabajan y el cargo que desempenan. Los resultados revelaron que el 95 % de los participantes presentaban Staphylococcus . El 12,5 % de la muestra portaban Estafilococo aureus meticilino resistente. Ademas, el servicio con mayor distribucion de SARM fue Cuidados Intensivos con el 13,19 %. El personal con mas casos de S. aureus meticilino resistente fue el de enfermeria con 31 %. En conclusion, se determino una baja prevalencia de portadores de SARM, sin embargo, se conoce que el portador nasal desempena un papel transcendental en las infecciones causadas por Staphylococcus , puesto que la carencia de sintomatologia podria originar un contagio directo.

La integracion de las tecnologias de la informacion y la comunicacion en el proceso de ensenanza se ha vuelto una necesidad en los ultimos anos, por ello, se requiere que los docentes presenten suficientes competencias digitales, que permitan que su practica pedagogica se convierta en una experiencia exitosa y de calidad. El objetivo de la investigacion fue determinar las variables sociodemograficas asociadas a la competencia digital de los docentes peruanos de educacion basica regular. El enfoque de investigacion fue cuantitativo, el diseno no experimental y el tipo correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 202 docentes a quienes se les aplico el Cuestionario de Competencia Digital Docente y una ficha de datos sociodemograficos. Los resultados indicaron que la competencia digital de la mayoria de docentes se encuentra parcialmente desarrollada y se determino que algunas variables como el grupo etario, el sexo, la condicion laboral, los anos de servicio y el nivel de estudios se asocian significativamente a la competencia digital de los docentes. Se concluyo que es necesario que el Ministerio de Educacion fortalezca las competencias digitales de los docentes para que se desenvuelvan adecuadamente en el mundo digital y afronten los nuevos retos educativos que las tecnologias plantean.

The purpose of this article's research is to problematize the legal regulation of work with personal data and other confidential information in the context of large-scale digitization. We sought to systematize the basic concepts used in addressing the topic of information security, such as information, types of protected data, information leakage, types and channels of information leakage. Particular attention is paid to personal data security measures: the legal framework; the specifics of the appointment of sanctions; gaps and collisions in the interaction of legislative acts are determined.

The purpose of the scientific article: to determine the legal and economic aspects of the land market in European countries of the functioning of the land market in European countries, study of the impact of the land market on the economic stability of European countries, identify the factors influencing the development of the land market in Europe. To achieve the purpose outlined, were used the following methods: statistical analysis and comparison, historical retrospective, element-theoretical method, analysis, generalization and analogy. In the countries of European Union two types of land market dominate, namely: a fully open market and an open market for foreigners. A comprehensive analysis of economic aspects of the land market, reflected in the share of gross profit of the agro-industrial complex in GDP, agricultural land prices and other indicators, proves the causal link between them, the type of land market, investment and economic development in general. The main ways to improve the regulation of the land market have been proposed, namely: attracting investors, improving infrastructure, creating favorable conditions for the development of national farming, introducing innovative technologies for land cultivation, preserving the environment, fighting corruption, removing shadow business, informatization of the land market.

This article is dedicated to a theoretical and legal study of the concept of "the right to respect for family life". It is based on legal analysis of Ukrainian legislation and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights. It has been argued that the legal bases for state interference in family life are: 1) interference committed under the law, 2) interference with the interests of the majority in a democratic society, 3) interference to prevent disorder, crime, health, morality , rights and freedoms of other citizens.

One of the most important segments of the financial market is the credit market. Adequate and timely provision of the means necessary for production processes of economic entities, and the solution of vital tasks for the population largely depend on the possibility of obtaining credit resources. But the uneven distribution of financial and banking services, the supply of which is significantly behind demand for them, significantly inhibits the development of small businesses and causes imbalances in the economic and social development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
