The objective of this study was to analyze what was tempted by direct criminal science. A basic investigation is a dialectical approach to the dissemination of legal phenomena and processes, going through gerais scientific methods (systematic and logical methods, analysis and synthesis) and specific scientific methods. The results will show that the attempted crime was part of the objective side of a certain criminal corpus. The beginning of the attempt may coincide as the beginning of the constitutive act of the crime. Furthermore, an attempt is classified by the implementation of the intention as completed and not completed. And, finally, a special kind of attempt is a "futile attempt." An unsuccessful attempt must be subject to responsibility and qualification, bem as a common attempt.

The coronavirus infection pandemic affected all spheres of human existence, making it impossible to implement traditional regulation of socially significant, political and legal issues. Based on the importance of an unprecedented new reality, the authors were tasked with studying and analyzing the problems of interaction between the State and society in the context of the pandemic and the introduction of state measures to prevent the spread of viral infection, which to a degree or another limit the rights and freedoms of a person and citizen.

This problem must be solved together at the expense of the resource capacity of countries that have sufficient or predominant agrarian specialisation to produce staple foods. The article identifies and presents the national and cultural foundations for the study of the domestic legal space, namely the modernization changes that inevitably arise and will take place in its later development. It is clear that with this sense of development of knowledge about the national legal world, it is very difficult to assess the inevitable perspectives for its development, in particular, the specificities of the implementation of digital technologies, the characteristics of its regulatory legal mechanism and possible perspectives.

The article discusses soft skills that increase work efficiency and the ability to interact with other people. The authors identified four groups of soft skills, developed a theoretical model for the formation of soft skills of students of a technical university. The presented model consists of target, substantive, procedural and evaluative-effective blocks. The characteristics of each of them are given. Criteria and levels of soft skills development have been developed.

The relevance of the research topic is determined by the fact that in a market economy, obtaining income and expenses is the direct goal of the enterprise, since it is the profit that creates guarantees for the existence and development of the organization. Significant changes occurring both in the macroeconomic aspect and at the level of an individual organization require an immediate solution to issues related to the optimization of production activities, namely, maximizing income and minimizing costs. The experience that the organizations have faced has shown to a greater extent the need to improve the methodological approach to the formation of financial results.
