The present research focuses on the impact of images on the subjective and social construction of people, more specifically in relation of the ways of existing as a woman, and on how the teaching of visual arts can work in this sense as well as on the deconstruction of meanings. The objective is to analyze how the representations of bodies can be suffocating and at the same time to discuss how the artistic production of women can free us from such chains and show us new possibilities of existence, through selfpresentation. It is a bibliographic research with a brief report on a classroom experience to allude to the issues discussed. Therefore, there are no conclusions nor results but path

This paper draws some reflections on the results of a study developed in two municipal schools for early childhood education, situated in Vitoria, the capital of Espirito Santo, through meetings with teachers and children involving cinematographic images in networks of conversations about genders, sexualities and curricula. Throughout the text, the ways teachers create, in connection with children's fabulations, processes of resistance to the attempts of standardizing curricula and homogenizing bodies, cultures and life. As methodology, the study uses a cartography of the flows and forces generated, having the cinematographic images as the trigger for conversation. The encounters with the cinematographic images followed by conversation networks enabled the expansion of intensive forces that prompt multiple sensations and provoke ruptures in cliches and dogmatic images of thought. Thus, they potentialize the collectivity in the invention of new modes of subjectivation and inventive resistance to the networks of power.

This article explores female invisibilities by means of mails exchaged between two public university teachers. It is an aesthetic activity mediated by the notion of "self writing", proposed by Michel Foucault and by the film "The invisible life" by Karim Ainouz, script by Murilo Hauser; in which image, time, and movement happen through letters. Therefore, we used letters, as well as Guida’s writings for Euridice, in the referred film, in order to situate the reader about their importance in the trajectories of research on gender and sexuality as well as their close connection with the studies of subjectivity production. Its problematic – ethical, esthetic and political – articulates visual arts, gender relations, sexualities and education, as it resonates the correspondence between the two teachers with that of the character, thus highlighting the struggles waged by women in the disinvisibilization process.

Based on the studies of visual culture, the contribution of the theoretical curriculum field and supported by post-critical theories, we analyze the functioning of a curriculum image. The article explores the need for attention to the daily experiences of the visual, the contributions of the image to the field of education, focusing on the educational processes of the curricula that happen and are functioning in everyday life. Thus, we developed the argument that the curriculum-image investigated here introduces questions and makes gaps in thinking, modifying what is seen and said, what you see and what you say, what is done and what can be done with what the subjects think of the truths to which they are linked and of what they think about themselves.

This article aimed to perform a state of knowledge about Urban Art and its different forms of expressions in the interlocution with the educommunicational processes experienced in the school environment. Investigations were carried out in the CAPES dissertation and thesis repository from 2010 to 2019. With this survey, 72 works were found that are related to research and are organized in the categories: 1. Urban Art and the interlocution with artistic production; 1.1. Psychology/Sociology; 2. Urban Art and the interlocution with the construction/spatial occupation; 2.1 Interlocution/discussions on/in Latin America; 2.2 Struggle and political relations; 3. Urban Art and dialogue with education; and 4. Urban Art and the dialogue with the feminine. In the construction of the article, we identified the scarce production related to the theme in the northern region (only 3 researches, more specifically in Belem-PA) and, still, the lack of investigative depth regarding the educommunication processes and the dialogue with the school environment.

This work aims to analyze the cultural pedagogies present in cartoons, comic strips and images present in the Brazilian Lesbian Press of the 1980s, more specifically in the ChanaComChana newsletters. Through the qualitative content analysis and the reading of images that constitute this cultural artifact, we seek to elucidate how ChanaComChana served as a space to build new knowledge and resignification about lesbian performativity.

What does the short film “I don't want to go back alone” teach us about being blind and gay and falling in love with a boy in our school class? What are the provocations that this visual artifact produces in participants of a subproject of the Pibid in Geography of a federal university in Minas Gerais? Anchoring in the post-critical and post-structuralist perspective, these questions guided this article and made it possible to problematize the visibilities of homosexuality in contemporary imagery productions, the confrontations experienced by people with visual impairments and who identify themselves as LGBTTI, the destabilization of affective and/or sexual desire as linked to visual perception disregarding other sensations and the production of romantic love in homosexual relationships.
