There are four relatively mature modes of the combination of medical and support for the aged in China, named “setting up pension services in the medical institution”, “setting up medical services in pension institution”, “medical and nursing cooperation” and community home care. But it is still facing problems like low enthusiasm of social forces to participate in the combination of medical and health care, low supply-demand matching degree of integrated medical care and pension service, insufficient caregivers, and poor professional quality. Therefore, it is significant to strengthen the attraction of social capital and mobilize the enthusiasm of social forces to participate in the combination of medical and health care. In addition, it is also necessary to construct a multi-layered model of integrated medical care and pension service and improve the salary and social cognitive level of nursing staff to retain talents.

: This study is built upon empirical testing of an exceedingly important theme of Customer Experience Management (CEM). It prompts positive behavioural intentions of the shoppers visiting the banks with a fundamental component of customer satisfaction by using social exchange theory. Data ( N = 330) was collected by utilizing a survey strategy through convenience sampling and cross-sectional research design. SPSS 20 and AMOS 22 were applied for the data analysis. To evaluate the hidden system of customer satisfaction in the relationship between CEM and Positive Word of Mouth (PWoM), a contemporary methodology (the process by Andrew Hayes) was exploited. The regression analysis results completely bolstered all the immediate connections of the examination through the outcomes somewhat upheld the mediating role of customer satisfaction with CEM and PWoM. In light of the investigation findings, it is recommended that CEM is a necessary part of the long-haul vision of the banking division to achieve a lasting competitive advantage. This investigation opens up a novel side in the writing of CEM and its association with other emotional and behavioural constructs. The findings of this study will enable managers to understand better the results of satisfied customers in response to the benefits provided by the banks to customers. This will ultimately generate loyal customers with high intentions to spread PWoM related to banking services. Therefore, it is highly recommended that banks concentrate on activities that can create long-term benefits for banks rather than generate short-term profitability benefits.

: This research examined the theories and institutions related to the labour market transition of young job seekers and compared and analyzed the cases of Korea’s related policies and program with similar Danish flexible stability models. Literature and data, including prior domestic and international studies, were gathered and analyzed. According to the findings, employment policy is more important than integrated policy (MTP) that focuses on employment (MWP), which ensures that the implementation process works well from a career cycle perspective. Furthermore, rather than employment for the unemployed, it is more important for the employment service to facilitate labour market implementation, making it easier to implement employment-related transitions by creating a "bridge to employment" for both workers and companies. The current study provides directions to find employment services for seamless labour market transition of young job seekers.

In the present era of globalization, every business entity in developed and developing economies are relying on technology to advance its production or service processes. The technological race is revolutionizing the aspects of product or service production system even most business organizations may not typically consider high-tech operations. Although technology-oriented organizations may produce very different products or services to sustain their differentiation and leadership in the market. These organizations when developing their business model and strategies may have more emphasis to build their high-tech capacity to sustain their position in the competitive market, particularly in the Saudi-based petrochemical industry. For this purpose, Saudi-based organizations attempt to obtain high-tech distinctive competencies across their national border by using the option of international joint ventures. These choices may allow them and partner firms to take advantage of national differences in terms of cost and quality factors of production such as labor, energy, land, and capital, which permits these organizations to lower their cost structures and boost oval profitability.

Peer-to-peer or digital multi-sided platform (MSP) startups have created disruptions in various industries in the past few years. In this matter, the crowds within the platform ecosystem have significant contribution for digital MSP startups’ growth. However, there are limited studies that examine the crowd-based resource and capabilities as the source of radical innovation performance since it still conducts the perspective of linear product-market supply and demand. By using network theory, this research proposal wants to examine the role of network effects toward the development of the radical innovation. The findings of PLS-SEM analysis with 70 respondents from digital MSP startups show that crowds-based resources and capabilities manifested by integrative capabilities can generate radical innovation performance through decent network effect that enables to produce high incremental innovation performance beforehand. It shows the importance interaction between digital MSP startups with the crowds for innovation purposes. Hence, the findings contribute in open innovation literatures especially in finding the contributing factors to generate radical innovation

This study analyzes how agricultural investments may strengthen the Islamic banking industry that is sustainable in the short and long term. Qualitative data sources are secondary data from BPS, Baznas, ACT Global Waqf and research on BWI in the form of secondary data from March 2007 to December 2018. Data were analyzed using the Error Correction Model (ECM) Methodology. Ziswaf have a signiicnt effect on GDP both of the long term and the short term, with the ECT coeficient was - 1.81E-07 meaning that there are increasing GDP will be adjusted within one (1) year with the residual speed of the balance value of - 181 percent. In the long term, the GDP have inluented simultaneously by all independent variables with affected positively by Exports-Agi, PMDN and Ziswaf signiicantly; and it have inluenced negatively by Export signiicantly at the R-square level of 0.98 meaning that the variables are tested to provide almost all the information needed to predict the GDP. Export-Agi was the most inluence with a value of coeficient variable 44.875570. While in the short term, GDP was signiicantly inluenced by Ziswaf on R-square 0.26 which means that there have 74 per cent of other variables outside the model that affect GDP. The selection of competitive plants in the zakat distribution program and the use of idle waqaf land is very important to be considered by institutions / individuals who are interested in PMDN investment in the agricultural sector and ziswaf management institutions. Every land and sea have the blessing and the competitive power of its own and its utilization as well as possible considering the state of the local community as a major source of labor, without neglecting the environmentaspartof sustainabledevelopment goals.Asmart-small- microinanc can be synergized with ziswaf as a step to strengthen the technical and managerial mustahik. Cash waqf can also be used as an instrument for the development of further capital. Economic growth is accompanied by sustainability is the best choice, the chance alignment of a sustainable Islamic inancial investment can be expanded globally in scope and impact. Islamic inancial transactions can be retained should provide investment categories permitted by religion (halal) and did well to supply logistics either through A-PLS or sukuk using the inancing agreements like salam, muzara'ah, and mugharasah; irrigation infrastructure for areas prone to lack of water with Musaqa or Istishna inancing. Social enterprise which empowers disabilities is growing in Indonesia. Precious One (“P-One”) is one of them. Started as a non-profit organization, P-One has been successfully converting itself into a profitable social enterprise. This study is fully focused on P-One because there’s concern from the founder on the organization performance, where even though they are growing and profitable, it’s not as fast as they are expected. Also, there is lack of literature on the relationship between social entrepreneurship, social capital, and organization performance. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the impact of social entrepreneurship and social capital on the organizational performance and to provide recommendation to the founder. The study employed mixed-method sequential explanatory strategy. This approach is performed by exercising quantitative method and followed by qualitative method. The data were gathered through questionnaires and interviews, and were then examined to see the causal relationship between defined variables by using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The research found that social entrepreneurship has significant influence on social capital and organizational performance, and social capital has significant impact on organization performance. This study provides an understanding on the correlation between social entrepreneurship, social capital, and organization performance, especially for social enterprise which empowers disability. Social entrepreneurs, especially P-One founder will have better understanding of the key factors which will impact on their performance. Further study shall expand the sampling size and add more variables in the research to generate more precise result. Including financial measurement as an indication of organization’s success would also be beneficial to give more accurate result.
